A simulation optimization approach is developed for managing irrigation operations in agriculture. The approach combines a highly complex crop growth and yield simulation model with an optimization algorithm to calculate an irrigation sequence that maximizes crop yield. The approach overcomes the limitations of many existing irrigation scheduling optimization methods that rely on simpler but more inaccurate crop growth and yield models to ensure computational tractability. The performance of the approach is demonstrated through simulation.

The fruits of Eucalyptus globulus *** known to have a plenty of medicinal properties,such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,and immunosuppressive *** previous study found that the phloroglucinol-sesquiterpene adducts in the fruits of *** were immunosuppressive active constituents,especially Eucalyptin C(EuC).Phosphoinositide 3-kinases-γ(PI3Kγ)plays a pivotal role in T cell mediated excessive immune *** this study,EuC was first discovered to be a novel selective PI3Kγinhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.9μmol·L^(−1) and selectivity over 40-fold towards the other PI3K *** docking,molecular dynamics simulation,and cellular thermal shift assay showed that EuC bound to PI3Kγ.Furthermore,EuC suppressed the downstream of PI3Kγto induce the apoptosis and inhibit the activation of primary spleen cells derived from allergic contact dermatitis *** work highlights the role of the fruits of *** as a source of bioactive plant with immunosuppressive activity.

Eight strains of nervous necrosis virus (NNV) isolated in Vietnam were used to detect the pathogenicity and immune response in sea bass (SB). All strains induced cytopathic effect in SB cell line, complete destruction of monolayer of cells appeared after seven days post infection (dpi). Virus titer was different for each strain, TCID 50 ranged from 10 2.7 to 10 6.9, and LD 50 from 10 1.5 to 10 7.5. Five NNV strains named QN 02, QN 05, QN 07, ND 11 and KH 05 had higher virulence than the other three, the first causing 100% mortality in experimental fish 3-5 dpi. NNV KH 05 had the highest antigenic similarity, and it was inactivated completely by 0.2% formalin, 0.002 mol/L binary ethylenimine (BEI) and 0.1% beta-propiolactone. The neutralization antibody titer obtained in fish of groups immunized by BEI 0.002 m and beta-propiolactone 0.1% inactivated virus was four to eight times higher than that of the group treated with the formalin inactivated virus. The antibody titer in fish immunized with beta-propiolactone inactivated virus was more persistent. The efficacy of vaccines developed from beta-propiolactone inactivated virus and aluminium hydroxide (AH) or aluminum phosphate (AP) was observed by intramuscularly immunizing Epinephelus fuscoguttatus size 1.5 cm. Neutralizing antibodies appeared in vaccinated fish on 10th day post-immunization (dpi) at a dilution of 1:16; 1:32 and highest levels were reached on 30-45 dpi, at dilutions of 1:256 and 1:512, after treatment with AH and AP vaccine, respectively. The relative percent of survival (rPS) of vaccine at 30 dpi was highest with challenge doses 0.2-1 ? 10 6.8 TCID 50, the rPS varied from 80%-83.3% in both groups of AH and AP immunization. This result provides the basis for developing a vaccine against NNA disease.

Carbon-coated manganese dioxide nanoparticles and their enhanced electrochemical properties for zinc-ion battery applications

In this study, we report the cost-effective and simple synthesis of carbon-coated α-mnOnanoparticles(α-mnO@C) for use as cathodes of aqueous zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs) for the first time. α-mnO@C was prepared via a gel formation, using maleic acid(CHO) as the carbon source, followed by annealing at low temperature of 270 °C. A uniform carbon network among the α-mnOnanoparticles was observed by transmission electron microscopy. When tested in a zinc cell, the α-mnO@C exhibited a high initial discharge capacity of 272 m Ah/g under 66 m A/g current density compared to 213 m Ah/g, at the same current density, displayed by the pristine sample. Further, α-mnO@C demonstrated superior cycleability compared to the pristine samples. This study may pave the way for the utilizing carbon-coated mnOelectrodes for aqueous ZIB applications and thereby contribute to realizing high performance eco-friendly batteries.

用粉煤灰(FA)作为惰性粒子,电沉积得到复合镀层Ni/FA。粉煤灰的尺寸为3-7μm,主要成分是72%SiO2和25%Al2O3。进行电沉积的工艺条件是瓦兹镀镍液含粉煤灰的浓度为5、20、50 g/L,电流密度为2、4A/dm2,温度为50℃,磁搅拌速度为250 r/min。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEm+EDX)、电化学测试和硬度测量来研究复合镀层Ni/FA的形态、成分和性能。镀层中粉煤灰的含量与镀液中粉煤灰的浓度以及相关工艺参数有关。由于镀层中加入了粉煤灰从而使镀层的力学与电化学性能得到改善。复合镀层Ni/FA的硬度达HV430,而纯Ni镀层的硬度只有HV198。电化学测试表明,复合镀层Ni/FA的耐腐蚀比纯镍镀层的高。

敦煌造山带南部红柳峡混杂带基质的研究,为认识敦煌造山带的形成和演化提供了新的依据。本文从沉积学、地球化学和年代学等方面系统讨论了该混杂带基质的特征和形成环境。结果显示,基质的岩石类型主要包括变泥质岩(云母石英片岩)和变质砂岩,普遍发生强烈变形。局部弱变形变质的基质仍保留有原生沉积构造(如T_(ab)、T_(de)、T_(bde)组合的鲍马序列),反映原岩是一套浊积岩复理石。显微岩相学特征显示,基质碎屑组分以长石、石英和岩屑为主,长石和岩屑含量较高,分别为47%和27%,反映大量火成岩物质的加入,且碎屑颗粒的分选性和磨圆度较差,说明搬运距离较近。地球化学方面,低的化学蚀变指数(CIA=49~67),反映复理石基质物源区母岩经历的风化程度较低。高的成分变化指数(ICV>0.8)以及Zr/Sc-Th/Sc投图结果显示,沉积物再循环程度低,为近物源区的初次沉积。基质Sc、Cr、Co、Ni含量低,Eu/Eu*、La/Sc、Th/Sc、La/Co、Th/Co和Cr/Th等元素比值类似于来自长英质源区的沉积物,暗示其物源区母岩以中-酸性岩石为主。La/Sc-Ti/Zr和Th-ScZr/10投图结果显示,复理石基质形成于陆缘弧或活动大陆边缘构造背景。弱变形浅变质砂岩的碎屑模式表明,基质的物源来自"切割型弧-过渡型弧"源区。综上,红柳峡混杂带基质在碎屑组成方面,以再循环程度低、近物源堆积的"切割型弧-过渡型弧"源区长英质碎屑组分为主,在沉积构造方面,发育鲍马序列和深水块体搬运沉积(mTD)构造,表明基质形成于陆缘弧或活动大陆边缘的俯冲带海沟环境。碎屑锆石年代学显示三组年龄:2300ma、1850ma和423ma,结合区域地质背景分析,初步认为物源碎屑可能来自混杂带北侧的三危山弧和东巴兔-蘑菇台弧的古生代花岗岩类以及俯冲折返的变质基性岩岩块。复理石基质的变质砂岩中获得的最年轻的岩浆碎屑锆石年龄为389ma,说明该砂岩形成于中泥盆世之后,暗示敦煌造山带南部红柳峡地区洋盆尚未俯冲完毕,碰撞作用尚未开始。

目的:基于一测多评法(QAmS)建立肝舒胶囊中虎杖苷、新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸C 7种成分含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Phenomenex NX-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm),乙腈—0.2%甲酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.00 mL/min,检测波长328 nm,以虎杖苷为内参物,建立该成分与其他6个成分的相对校正因子,计算各成分含量,并与外标法测定所得含量进行比较,验证所建立方法的可行性。结果:新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C的相对校正因子(rCF)分别为1.1922、1.1839、1.2789、1.0510、0.9947、0.9945,相对保留时间(rrT)分别为0.3042、0.5036、0.5513、1.1531、1.1931、1.2771。5批样品QAmS计算所得结果与外标法检测结果一致(相对误差在-5%~5%)。结论:建立的QAmS操作简便,稳定性、精密度与重复性均良好,可用于肝舒胶囊的质量控制。
