Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,including chronic hypertension,gestational hypertension,and preeclampsia,are the most common complications in pregnant women,affecting approximately 15%of pregnancies.[1,2]Hemolysis,elevated liver enzymes,and low platelet count(HELLP syndr.m..can occur in 0.2%-0.6%of all pregnancies,and 10%-15%of patients are diagnosed with preeclampsia.[3,4]Among its severe complications,liver hematoma is r.m..kable and may lead to liver *** identification of HELLP syndr.m..is crucial for proper therapeutic management and to avoid fatal outcomes[4,5]since when a hepatic hematoma occurs,the risk of rupture increases to 12%.[3,5]

The electrochemical CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)rr) to controllable chemicals is considered as a pr.m..ing pathway to store intermittent renewable energy. Herein, a set of catalysts based on copper-nitrogendoped carbon xerogel(Cu-N-C) are successfully developed varying the copper amount and the nature of the copper precursor, for the efficient CO_(2)rr. The electrocatalytic performance of Cu-N-C materials is assessed by a rotating ring-disc electrode(rrDE), technique still rarely explored for CO_(2)rr. For comparison, products are also characterized by online gas chr.m..ography in a H-cell. The as-synthesized Cu-NC catalysts are found to be active and highly CO selective at low overpotentials(fr.m..0.6 to -0.8 V ***) in 0.1 m KHCO_(3), while H_(2) fr.m..he competitive water reduction appears at larger overpotentials(-0.9 V vs. rHE). The optimum copper acetate-derived catalyst containing Cu-N_(4) moieties exhibits a CO_(2)-to-CO turnover frequency of 997 h^(-1) at -0.9 V vs. rHE with a H_(2)/CO ratio of 1.8. These results demonstrate that rrDE configuration can be used as a feasible approach for identifying electrolysis products fr.m..O_(2)rr.

地壳浅部(m)速度模型既是地壳结构与变形研究和资源勘探前景评估的基础,又可为壳幔深部结构成像等研究提供先验信息.针对区域尺度结构,被动源方法相比主动源方法具有明显优势.被动源方法中,基于接收函数和/或体波振幅比的成像方法由于具有较高空间分辨率,近年来受到广泛关注.然而,盆地松散沉积层内部的反射混响常导致此类方法表现出较强的多解性及不确定性,限制了其应用.因此,本文提出一种基于多频径向接收函数波形及其与垂向接收函数振幅比的两步反演法,以约束地壳浅部S波速度结构.理论测试表明,两步反演策略能有效降低反演多解性、提高结果稳定性.将该方法应用于一条横跨中国东北沉积盆地的线性地震台阵数据,获得了地壳浅部S波速度精细结构图像.结果显示,盆地与山地地壳浅部结构差异显著:二连盆地浅部(m)和松辽盆地浅部(m)速度较低(m s^(-1)),反映低速沉积层;松辽盆地7km以深地壳速度较高(3.4~3.8km s^(-1)),可能反映早白垩世镁铁质岩浆侵入体.此外,成像结果中速度异常分布与盆地内大型断裂、隆起及沉积凹陷等构造的地表位置吻合,速度异常延深深度也与已有地震勘探结果相吻合.这些观测表明,两步反演法能有效约束松散沉积盆地S波速度随深度变化特征,并实现区域尺度地壳浅部结构高精度成像.

The group standard Pharmacovigilance guidelines for clinical application of Chinese patent medicines for.m..osal administration was released on January 16, 2024, on the national group standards information platform by the Institute of Basic research in Clinical medicine of China Academy of Chinese medical Sciences and School and Hospital of Stomatology of Peking University, under the centralized management by the China Association of Chinese medicine. The standard number is T / CACm 1563. 6-2024. It aims to propose key elements and specify technical methods for safety monitoring and reporting, signal identification, risk assessment, and risk control based on the Drug administration law of the People ' s republic of China (revised in 2019), which establishes normative pharmacovigilance guideline of Chinese patent medicine for.m..osal administration that is in line with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCm) based on the pharmacovigilance content for clinical application of Chinese patent medicine for.m..osal administration. The group standard has been discussed by internal and external experts through multiple rounds of consultation. It serves as a guiding document for stakeholders involved in pharmacovigilance activities, including pharmaceutical license holders, drug manufacturers, medical institutions, research institutes, and pharmaceutical trading enterprises. © 2024 Zhongguo Zhongyi Yanjiuyuan. The Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is a network that is constructed in regions that are inaccessible to human *** widespread deployment of wireless micro sensors will make it possible to conduct accurate environmental monitoring for a use in both civil and military *** make use of these data to monitor and keep track of the physical data of the surrounding environment in order to ensure the sustainability of the *** data have to be picked up by the sensor,and then sent to the sink node where they may be *** nodes of the WSNs are powered by batteries,therefore they eventually run out of *** energy restriction has an effect on the network life span and environmental *** objective of this study is to further improve the Engroove Leach(EL)protocol’s energy efficiency so that the network can operate for a very long time while consuming the least amount of *** lifespan of WSNs is being extended often using clustering and routing *** meta Inspired Hawks Fragment Optimization(mIHFO)system,which is based on passive clustering,is used in this study to do *** cluster head is chosen based on the nodes’residual energy,distance to neighbors,distance to base station,node degree,and node *** on distance,residual energy,and node degree,an algorithm known as Heuristic Wing Antfly Optimization(HWAFO)selects the optimum path between the cluster head and Base Station(BS).They examine the number of nodes that are active,their energy consumption,and the number of data packets that the BS *** overall exper.m..tation is carried out under the mATLAB *** the analysis,it has been discovered that the suggested approach yields noticeably superior outcomes in terms of throughput,packet delivery and drop ratio,and average energy consumption.

In this paper,layered periodic foundations(LPFs)are numerically examined for their responses to longitudinal and transverse modes in the time and frequency *** different unit-cells,i.e.,2-layer,4-layer,and 6-layer unit-cells,comprising concrete/rubber,concrete/rubber/steel/rubber,and concrete/rubber/steel/rubber/lead/rubber.m..erials,respectively,are taken into ***,the viscoelasticity behavior of the rubber is modeled with two factors,i.e.,a frequency-independent(FI)loss factor and a linear frequency-dependent(FD)loss *** the extraction of the complex dispersion curves and the identification of the band gaps(BGs),the simulations of wave transmission in the time and frequency domains are performed using the COmSOL *** par.m..ric studies evaluate the effects of the rubber viscoelasticity models on the dispersion curves and the wave transmission for the longitudinal and transverse *** results show that considering the rubber viscoelasticity enhances the wave attenuation ***,the transverse-mode damping is more sensitive to the viscoelasticity model than its longitudinal *** 6-layer unit-cell LPF exhibits the lowest BG,ranging fr.m...8 Hz to 6.5 Hz.
