Let f be a function, continuous and real valued on the segment △,△ (-∞,∞) and {rn} be the sequence of the rational functions of best uniform approximation to fon △ of order (n,n). In the present work, the convergence of {rn} in the complex plane is considered for the special caseswhen the poles (or the zeros, respectively) of {rn} accumulate in the terms of weak convergence of measures to acompact set of zera *** a consequence, sufficient conditions for the holomorphic and the meromorphic continuability of fare given.

Distribution of Points of Interpolation and of Zeros of Exactly Maximally Convergent Multipoint PadéApproximants

Given a regular compact set E in , a unit measure μ supported by , a triangular point set , and a function f , holomorphic on E , let πβ,fn,m be the associated multipoint β-Padé approximant of order (n,m) . We show that if the sequence πβ,fn,m , n∈Λ , ∧∈n,k are uniformly distributed on with respect to u as n∈Λ . Furthermore, a result about the behavior of the zeros of the exact maximally convergent sequence Λ is provided, under the condition that Λ is “dense enough”.

We studied the effect of titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))nanoparticles(NPs)on dielectric behavior of Naþion-conducting salt-complexed polymer nanocomposite system formed from a binary polymer blend of poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)and polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP),with the addition of both sodium metaperiodate(NaIO_(4))at concentration 10 wt.%and TiO_(2) NPs of size10 nm,at concentrations 1,2,3,4 and 5 wt.%.Free standing nanocomposite PEO/PVP/NaIO_(4)/TiO_(2) films(150m)were characterized at room-temperature by analyzing their complex electrical impedance and dielectric spectra in the range 1 Hz–1 *** the concentration of 3 wt.%of TiO_(2) NPs,both ion conductivity and dielectric permittivity of the PEO/PVP/NaIO_(4)/TiO_(2) ion-conducting dielectrics reach an enhancement by more than one order of magnitude as compared to nanoadditive-free case.
