The purpose of this research is to obtain the optimum cutting parameters to achieve the dimensional accuracy of Nimonic alloy miniature gear manufactured using Wire *** cutting parameters investigated in this study are current,pulse on time(PON),pulse off time(POFF),wire tension(WT)and dielectric *** glycol,nanopowder of alumina and oxygen are mixed to demineralized water to prepare novel dielectric *** in inner diameter,deviation in outer diameter,deviation in land and deviation in tooth width are considered to check the dimensional *** L_(16) is employed for experimental design and multiple response optimization is performed using Entropy TOPSIS and Pareto *** indicate that pulse on time is the most notable parameter for good dimensional accuracy followed by dielectric fluid,current,pulse off time and wire *** glycol mixed demineralized water is preferred for low dimensional *** optimum WEDM parameters are pulse on time at 20μs,Ethylene glycol mixed demineralized water dielectric fluid,current at 3 A,pulse off time at 4μs,and wire tension at 18 N.

Available reports have confirmed a link between bacterial infection and the progression of different types of cancers,including colon,lungs,and prostate *** we report the Chlamydia pneumonia proteins targeting in endoplasmic reticulum(Er)using in-silico approaches and their possible role in lung cancer *** predicted 48 proteins that target human Er,which may be associated with protein folding and protein-protein interactions during *** results showed *** proteins targeting human Er and their implications in lung cancer *** targeted proteins may be involved in competitive interactions between host and bacterial proteins,which may change the usual pathway functions and trigger the development of lung ***,*** unfolded protein accumulation in the human Er possibly induces Er stress,consequently activating the unfolded protein response(UPr),and providing a favorable microenvironment for cancer *** current study showed the *** protein targeting in Er of host cell and their implication in lung cancer *** results may help researchers better manage lung cancer and establish a molecular mechanism for *** lung cancer association.

One of the goals of health for everybody in 21st century is the improvement of quality of life. Thus, to find the best treatment for medical problems, it is not only enough to evaluate the results of interventions on morbidity and mortality in clinical studies, but also that the outcome of interventions in terms of socio-cultural aspect should be evaluated. Uterine Prolapse strikes at the heart of a woman’s sense of her own women nature and therefore her security along with her marital relationship should be guaranteed after the surgery process. After the removal of uterus women can’t find herself fulfilled though it is sick one as changes appear in women’s life both in understanding of her health as well as socio-cultural position that they gained after being as women. Many of the women who underwent surgery process are still suffering from both physical and psychological impairments. Some of them are experiencing psychological problem as they feel no longer a whole or real woman because of the removal of their reproductive organs, while others still had an orgasm from intercourse not just feeling dead. The changes to their sex life have created problem to them as they still struggle to cope with the loss they feel in their life as husbands always fed up as they argue with him. Such types of suffering and pain happen due to the socio-cultural circumstances in which a woman is brought up. They are seen as productive machine which had never been stopped though they are passing from pain and suffering. Thus, the overall issue of surgery process is to assure the quality of life of women to be them as a good wife and mother as well as good employer outside the home but before all this feeling of a whole womanhood in their life.

Filtration of sodium chloride from seawater using carbon hollow tube composed of carbon nanotubes

The present article deals with filtration of seawater to remove sodium chloride(NaCl)using filter made from organized structures of carbon nanotubes(CNTs).The filter consists of hollow carbon cylinder(length~10 cm,diameter~1 cm),which is composed of radially aligned *** carbon hollow cylinder has been synthesized by continuous spray pyrolysis of ferrocene–benzene solution in argon *** hollow cylinder has been turned into a water filter by closing one end and keeping a small funnel at the *** of seawater(Marina Beach,Chennai,India)has been obtained both under the self pressure of seawater column in the hollow cylinder and under the difference of pressure created by enclosing the filter in a vacuum tight *** has been found that the efficiency of filtration is about two times higher under partial vacuum(~10–2 torr)created on the filtrate(water)*** filtration of seawater,a deposit in the inner surface of hollow cylinder has been *** deposit has been characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray analysis,and it has been found that the deposit was *** filtration leads to almost complete removal of NaCl from the seawater.

The SnS thin films were synthesized by chemical bath deposition （CBD）, dip coating and successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction （SILAr） techniques. In them, the CBD thin films were deposited at two tem- peratures： ambient and 70℃. The energy dispersive analysis of X-rays （EDAX）, X-ray diffraction （XrD）, raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and optical spectroscopy techniques were used to characterize the thin films. The electrical transport properties studies on the as-deposited thin films were done by measuring the I-V characteristics, DC electrical resistivity variation with temperature and the room temperature Hall effect. The obtained results are deliberated in this paper.

The steady two-dimensional laminar boundary layer flow and heat transfer of a viscous incompressible electrically conducting fluid over an exponentially stretching surface in the presence of a uniform magnetic field with thermal radiation are investigated. The governing boundary layer equations are transformed to ordinary differential equations by taking suitable similarity transformation and solved numerically by shooting method. The effects of various parameters such as magnetic parameter, radiation parameter, Prandtl number and Eckert number on local skin-friction coefficient, local Nusselt number, velocity and temperature distributions are computed and represented graphically.

Employing LAB and/or their metabolites to reduce aflatoxins from food products is one of the fascinating areas of ***,in the present work an attempt was made to study the effect of isolated lactic acid bacteria(LAB)on the reduction of aflatoxin M1(AFM1)from phosphate buffer saline(PBS)and reconstituted skim milk(rSM).Out of 68 isolates,nine strains of LAB isolated from food products were examined to bind and reduce *** isolates were incubated with AFM1 at different time and temperature(24 h,48 h,and 72 h at 37℃ and 4℃)and later the residual toxin in the supernatant was *** preliminary results through thin layer chromatography(TLC)revealed that all isolates were able to bind AFM1 in ***,based on the intensity of spots observed in TLC sheets,it was indicated that two isolates,H1 and S2 genotypically identified as *** and *** shown better AFM1 binding ability as compared to other ***,the heat treated cells of both the selected strains did not show significant difference to AFM1 binding ability as compared to live *** of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)observed that *** H1 and *** had shown 78% and 72%AFM1 binding in PBS at 37℃ after 72 *** was a significant difference(Prence was not observed for *** ***,these isolates also observed reduction of naturally present AFM1 in 10%*** is the first study reporting the AFM1 binding capability of the genus Weissella(strain *** H1)and Enterococcus *** results showed that indigenous strains of LAB are able to bind AFM1 effectively.

Syncope forms a major part of medical in-flight emergencies contributing one-infour in-flight medical events accounting to 70%of flight *** such patients,it is important to elucidate the pathophysiology of syncope prior to *** hypotension is the most common etiology of in-flight syncopal ***,individuals without any underlying autonomic dysfunction can still experience syncope from hypoxia also known as airline *** steps in managing such patients include positioning followed by the airway,breathing and circulation of *** interventions need to be in close coordination with ground control to determine decision for flight *** which have been tried for prevention include mental challenge and increased salt and fluid *** current paper enhances the understanding of airline syncope by summarizing the associated pathophysiologic mechanisms and the management medical personnel can initiate with limited resources.

Climate warming is expected to advance treelines to higher elevations. However, empirical studies in diverse mountain ranges give evidence of both advancing alpine treelines as well as rather insignificant responses. In this context, we aim at investigating the sensitivity and responsiveness of the near-natural treeline ecotone in rolwaling Himal, Nepal, to climate warming. We analysed population densities of tree species along the treeline ecotone from closed forest stands via the krummholz belt to alpine dwarf shrub heaths （3700-4200 m） at 50 plots in 2013 and 2014. We quantified species - environment relationships, i.e. the change of environmental conditions （e.g., nutrient and thermal deficits, plant interactions） across the ecotone by means of redundancy analyses, variation partitioning and distance-based Moran＇s eigenvector maps. In particular, we focus on explaining the high competitiveness of rhododendron campanulatum forming a dense krummholz belt and on the implications for the responsiveness of Himalayan krummholz treelines to climate change. results indicate that treeline trees in the ecotone show species-specific responses to the influence of environmental parameters, and that juvenile and adult tree responses are modulated by environmental constraints in differing intensity. Moreover, the species - environment relationships suggest that the investigated krummholz belt will largely prevent the upward migration of other tree constrain the future response species and thus of Himalayan krummholz treelines to climate warming.

Objective:To profile the secondary metabolites and to evaluate the antidiabetic potential of hydroethanolic leaf extracts of Conocarpus ***:The various hydroethanolic extracts of Conocarpus lancifolius leaf were prepared by ultrasonication assisted *** phenolic contents,flavonoid contents,antioxidant activity,α-glucosidase andα-amylase inhibitions of leaf extracts were *** metabolite profiling was accomplished by UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS *** antidiabetic assessment of the most potent extract was carried out by measuring the hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effect in the high fat diet-fed diabetic albino *** blood glucose level,haemoglobin,total cholesterol,high-density lipoproteins(HDL)and low-density lipoproteins(LDL)were ***:The 60%ethanolic extract exhibited the highest phenolic and flavonoid contents of(349.39±2.13)mg GAE/g dry extract and(116.95±2.34)mg rE/g dry extracts,respectively,and the highest DPPH scavenging activity with an IC50 value of(32.87±1.11)μg/*** IC50 values forα-glucosidase andα-amylase inhibitions were(38.64±0.93)μg/mL and(44.80±1.57)μg/mL,***-Q-TOF-MS/MS analysis confirmed the presence of gallic acid,ellagic acid,corilagin,kaempherol-3-O-rutinoside,caffeic acid derivative,isorhamnetin and galloyl derivatives in the 60%ethanolic *** extract at a dose of 450 mg/kg body weight reduced blood glucose level,total cholesterol,LDL and HDL,and increased haemoglobin in alloxan-induced diabetic mice,Conclusions:Conocarpus lancifolius leaves are proved as a good source of biologically functional metabolites and possess antidiabetic activity which may be further explored to treat diabetes.
