The evolution of Industry 4.0 made it essential to adopt the Internet of Things(IoT)and Cloud Computing(CC)technologies to perform activities in the new age of *** technologies enable collecting,storing,and retrieving essential information from the manufacturing *** collected at sites are shared with others where execution automatedly *** obtained information must be validated at manufacturing to avoid undesirable data losses during the de-manufacturing ***,information sharing from the assembly level at the manufacturing stage to disassembly at the product end-of-life state is a major *** current research validates the information optimally to offer a minimum set of activities to complete the disassembly *** optimal disassembly sequence plan(DSP)can possess valid information to organize the necessary actions in ***,finding an optimal DSP is complex because of its combinatorial *** genetic algorithm(GA)is a widely preferred artificial intelligence(AI)algorithm to obtain a near-optimal solution for the DSP *** converging nature at local optima is a limitation in the traditional *** study improvised the GA workability by integrating with the proposed priori crossover *** optimality function is defined to reduce disassembly effort by considering directional changes as *** enhanced GA method is tested on a real-time product to evaluate the *** obtained results reveal that diversity control depends on the operators employed in the disassembly *** proposed method’s solution can be stored in the cloud and shared through IoT devices for effective resource allocation and disassembly for maximum recovery of the *** effectiveness of the proposed enhanced GA method is determined by making a comparative assessment with traditional GA and other AI methods at different population sizes.

本研究的目的是为了处理制革厂的含盐废水，对盐进行回收，并研究回收盐的重新利用。采用石墨电极对制革厂的浸水废液进行电化学处理，可以将其中的TKN、蛋白质和COD分别减少78．52％、83．02％和79．35％，并且还可以对废水进行彻底消毒。采用暴晒蒸发的方式对处理后的浸水废液进行蒸发处理，并将回收的盐用于原料皮的防腐。在32天的保存期间内，通过测定皮中的水分含量和细菌数量来评价回收盐的防腐效果，发现其防腐效果与新鲜盐的防腐效果相当。本文还在大生产规模上进行了浸水废液的电化学处理，废水体积为1m^2，共处理了三批，回收的盐也重新用于原料皮的防腐，并对防腐皮及其蓝湿革的质量进行了评价。结果表明，大生产的试验结果与实验室规模的试验结果相差不大。成本核算表明，电化学处理成本约为0．68美元／m^3。本文的研究说明，电化学处理浸水废液可以有效地减少污染。

Exponential H_∞ filtering analysis for discrete-time switched neural networks with random delays using sojourn probabilities

This paper is concerned with the exponential H_∞ filtering problem for a class of discrete-time switched neural networks with random time-varying delays based on the sojourn-probability-dependent method. Using the average dwell time approach together with the piecewise Lyapunov function technique, sufficient conditions are proposed to guarantee the exponential stability for the switched neural networks with random time-varying delays which are characterized by introducing a Bernoulli stochastic *** on the derived H_∞ performance analysis results, the H_∞ filter design is formulated in terms of Linear Matrix Inequalities(LMIs). Finally, two numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design procedure.

Investigations of Tracking Phenomena in Silicone rubber Using Moving Average Current Technique

In the present work, tracking phenomenon in Silicone rubber material has beenstudied under AC and DC voltage, with ammonium chloride as a contaminant. It is observed that thetracking is more severe under the DC voltages. The tracking time is less under negative DC comparedto the positive DC voltage. The tracking mechanism is explained in detail. The leakage currentduring the tracking studies was as measured and the moving average technique was adopted tounderstand the trend in current flow. The leakage current magnitude is high with thermally agedspecimens compared to the virgin specimen, irrespective of the type of applied voltage. It isrealized that the tracking time and the leakage current magnitude shows an inverse relationship.

A Shoreline Change Analysis Along the Coast Between Kanyakumari and Tuticorin, India, Using Digital Shoreline Analysis System

The shoreline is one of the rapidly changing landforms in coastal areas. They are the key element in coastal GIS and provide the most information on coastal land form dynamics. Therefore, accurate detection and frequent monitoring of shorelines is very essential to understand the coastal processes and dynamics of various coastal features. The present study is to investigate the shoreline changes along the coast between Kanyakumari and Tuticorin of south India （where hydrodynamic and morphologic changes occur continuously after the December 2004 tsunami） by using Digital Shoreline Analysis System （DSAS）, an extension of ArcGIS. Multidate 1rS and Landsat Satellite data （1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, and 2009） are used to extract the shorelines. The data is processed by using the ErDAS IMAGINE 9.1 software and analyzed by ArcGIS 9.2 workstation. The rates of shoreline changes are estimated by three statistical methods, namely, End Point rate （EPr）, Linear regression rate （Lrr）, and Least Median of Squares （LMS） by using DSAS. The study reveals that most of the study area has undergoing erosion. Both natural and anthropogenic processes along the coast modify the shoreline configuration and control the erosion and accretion of the coastal zones. The coastal zones along the estuary have experienced accretion due to the littoral processes. The zones with headlands have more eroded than other zones along the study area. The study also shows that the coastal zones where sand is mined have relatively more rate of erosion than that of the other zones. Improper and unsustainable sand mining may also lead to severe erosion problem along this area. The shoreline change rates are altered by various geological processes along the coast. Thus, the present study implies that proper beach filling and nourishment projects should be made in the study area to save from hazards. Analytic Study of Magnetohydrodynamic Flow and Boundary Layer Control Over a Wedge

A genuine variational principle developed by Gyarmati, in the field of thermodynamics of irreversible processes unifying the theoretical requirements of technical, environmental and biological sciences is employed to study the effects of uniform suction and injection on MHD flow adjacent to an isothermal wedge with pressure gradient in the presence of a transverse magnetic field. The velocity distribution inside the boundary layer has been considered as a simple polynomial function and the variational principle is formulated. The Euler-Lagrange equation is reduced to a simple polynomial equation in terms of momentum boundary layer thickness. The velocity profiles, displacement thickness and the coefficient of skin friction are calculated for various values of wedge angle parameter m, magnetic parameter ξ and suction/injection parameter H. The present results are compared with known available results and the comparison is found to be satisfactory. The present study establishes high accuracy of results obtained by this variational technique.

room Temperature Ferromagnetism in Dual Doped (Mn^(2+), Ni^(2+)) ZnO Codoped with Li^(1+) Prepared Using EDTA Sintered at Low Temperature

Nanopowders of Znl_x_y_zMnxNiyLizO [（x = 0.04, y = 0, z = 0）, （x = 0.04, y = 0.03, z = 0） and （x = 0.04, y = 0.03, z = 0.03）] have been synthesized by sol-gel precursor route using ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid （EDTA） as a metal chelating agent. X-ray diffraction analysis confirms the formation of wurtzite hexagonal structure for all the three compositions. Mn2＋ doped ZnO exhibits room temperature ferromagnetism （rTFM）, and it is found that further Ni2＋ doping has decreased Ms because of limit of solid solubility of transition metal in ZnO. But codoping of monovalent Li1＋, further increases the ferromagnetism （FM） value, due to introduction of free carriers compared to the dual doped samples. Photoluminescence （PL） spectra of the system, exhibit near band edge （NBE） emission peak at --464 nm due to the electron transition from interstitials to the valence band. recombination of conduction electron with hole trapped at oxygen vacancy, leads to prominent defect emission peaks at --482 nm and 532 nm. The evidence of the formation of metaI-EDTA complexes are found from the Fourier transform infrared spectra at 2800-3800 cm-1 with shifting, splitting of the peak and also drastic variations in the intensity.

Determination of Heat Transport Mechanism in Aqueous Nanofluids Using regime Diagram

We provide an approximate method to determine the dominant heat transport mechanism responsible for the anomalous enhancement of thermal conductivity in aqueous nanofluids. Due to a large degree of randomness and scatter observed in the published experimental data, limits to nanofluid thermal conductivity are fixed analytically by taking into account the contribution of particle Brownian motion and clustering, and a regime diagram is developed. Experimental data from a range of independent published sources is used for validation of the developed regime diagram.

Experimental studies on the erosion rate of different heat treated carbon steel economiser tubes of power boilers by fly ash particles

The experimental investigations on the effect of the fly ash particle size, velocity, impingement angle, and feed rate were done with an emphasis on the effect of erosion on annealed SA 210 GrA1 （A） and normalized SA 210 GrA1 （N） carbon steel economizer-tube materials. Erosion rates were evaluated with different impingement angles ranging from 15° to 90°, at four different velocities of 32.5, 35, 37.5, and 40 m/s, and at four different feed rates of fly ash particles of 2, 4, 6 and 8 g/min. The erodent used was fly ash particles, sizes ranging from 50-250 μm of irregular shapes. Erosion rate is found to be the maximum at the impingement angle of 30°. Erosion rates of the carbon steel tube in different heat treatment conditions, annealed and normalized, at a constant velocity of 32.5 m/s with different angles were studied. In all cases of feed rates, impingement angles, particle sizes, and velocities of fly ash particles, it has been found that the erosion rate of the annealed tube is less than that of the normalized tube. Empirical correlations for erosion rate relating the velocity, size, feed rate, and impingement angle of the particles and elongation property of the target materials were arrived. Morphologies of the eroded surface were examined by scanning electron microscope （SEM）.
