the landscape of human resource management within large enterprises necessitates efficient and unbiased recruitment practices to ensure organisational effectiveness and foster diversity(Ayoko&Fujimoto,2023).Traditional hiring processes often create biases,which cause additional challenges in achieving proper objectives(Bogen,2021).According to Workable(***),the average time to fill a job requisition is 41 days(Howden,2023).this paper proposes a framework for the development and implementation of an Artificially capable Intelligent(AcI)-powered Human resource(Hr)Assistant for large enterprises(possibly more than 300 employees)to eliminate these unnecessary challenges caused by biases in hiring practices,therefore directly addressing fair and just participation in society and the world of *** framework integrates AcI technologies,particularly candidate identification,to revolutionise Hr *** leveraging AcI algorithms,the proposed hyper-realistic assistant aims to revolutionise the recruitment *** will significantly reduce the average time to fill job ***,the AcI-powered system is designed to mitigate biases inherent in traditional hiring practices,thus fostering a fair and inclusive environment for all candidates in the shortest possible time *** paper includes the key components and working processes of the AcI-powered Hr Assistant *** a comprehensive theoretical analysis,the paper investigates the system’s working process and how the framework aligns with the goal of promoting a fair and participatory environment in the world of ***,the proposed framework represents a main step towards enhancing organisational effectiveness,fostering diversity,and advancing equitable recruitment practices in the futuristic workplace.

control of dust in underground coal mines is critical for mitigating both safety and health *** decades,the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health(NIOSH)has led research to evaluate the effectiveness of various dust control technologies in coal *** studies have included the evaluation of auxiliary scrubbers to reduce respirable dust downstream of active mining and the use of canopy air curtains(cAcs)to reduce respirable dust in key operator *** detailed dust characterization was not a focus of such studies,this is a growing area of *** preserved filter samples from three previous NIOSH studies,the current work aims to explore the effect of two different scrubbers(one wet and one dry)and a roof bolter cAc on respirable dust composition and particle size *** this,the preserved filter samples were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis and/or scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive *** indicate that dust composition was not appreciably affected by either scrubber or the ***,the wet scrubber and cAc appeared to decrease the overall particle size *** an effect of the dry scrubber was not consistently observed,but this is probably related to the particular sampling location downstream of the scrubber which allowed for significant mixing of the scrubber exhaust and other return *** from the insights gained with respect to the three specific dust control case studies revisited here,this work demonstrates the value of preserved dust samples for follow-up investigation more broadly.

Progress in the studies of chirality in atomic nuclei at ithemba LABS is *** regions of chirality,around mass 80 and 190 have been discovered using the AFrODITE array,specifically in the nuclei^(74)As,^(78,80,82)Br,^(81)Kr,and^(193,194,198)*** phenomena have been observed,including multiple chiral bands in the same nucleus,the coexistence of octupole correlations and nuclear chirality,and the coexistence of pseudo spin and nuclear *** best example of chiral degeneracy to date was found in ^(194)*** level scheme of ^(106)Ag has been revisited and interpreted in terms of two-and four-quasiparticle *** using the particle-rotor model have shown that the fingerprints of chirality in the two-quasiparticle system only can occur in an idealised model *** systems with a higher number of quasiparticles,the calculations showed that nuclear chirality can persist.

cannabinoids are lipophilic substances derived from cannabis sativa that can exert a variety of effects in the human *** have been studied in cellular and animal models as well as in human clinical trials for their therapeutic benefits in several human *** of these include central nervous system(cNS)diseases and dysfunctions such as forms of epilepsy,multiple sclerosis,Parkinson’s disease,pain and neuropsychiatric *** addition,the endogenously produced cannabinoid lipids,endocannabinoids,are critical for normal cNS function,and if controlled or modified,may represent an additional therapeutic avenue for cNS *** review discusses in vitro cellular,ex vivo tissue and in vivo animal model studies on cannabinoids and their utility as therapeutics in multiple cNS *** addition,the review provides an overview on the use of cannabinoids in human clinical trials for a variety of cNS *** and endocannabinoids hold promise for use as disease modifiers and therapeutic agents for the prevention or treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and neurological disorders.

超大城市的规模扩张意味着广域范围的城市乡村的联动发展。在这一空间重构过程中,城乡关系的分野被忽视了,超大城市借助于交通、项目甚至新城建设“侵入”乡村,从而模糊了城乡边界。随着新城直接面向乡村治理,超大城市实现了“乡政村治”向“村政城治”的逻辑转换。在这一过程中,超大城市通过织密权力网络、集中居住等政策强化城市在地性公共服务对于乡村治理的引领,但是这一思路又强化了村庄对于超大城市的依附。超大城市的乡村振兴需要承认城乡关系的历时性特征,系统反思新城建设、乡村发展中的空间、产业与人口关系联动,通过政策均衡实现超大城市生态、生产、生活功能的内在契合。

Slits have been widely used in laser-plasma interactions as plasma optical components for generating high-harmonic light and controlling laser-driven particle ***,we propose and demonstrate that periodic thin slits can be regarded as a new breed of optical elements for efficient focusing and guiding of intense laser *** fundamental physics of intense laser interaction with thin slits is studied,and it is revealed that relativistic effects can lead to enhanced laser focusing far beyond the pure diffractive focusing *** addition,the interaction of an intense laser pulse with periodic thin slits makes it feasible to achieve multifold enhancement in both laser intensity and energy transfer efficiency compared with conventional *** results provide a novel method for manipulating ultra-intense laser pulses and should be of interest for many laser-based applications.

We investigated ^(50,52-54)cr-induced fusion reactions for the synthesis of the superheavy element in the 104≤Z≤122 *** cross sections produced in this investigation using ^(54)cr projectiles were compared with those obtained in prior *** estimated cross sections from this analysis are consistent with the findings of prior *** the current study,the predicted cross section was found to be 42fb at 236 MeV for ^(53)cr+^(243)Am,23.2 fb at 236 MeV for ^(54)cr+^(247)cm,95.6 fb at 240 MeV for ^(53)cr+248Bk,and 1.33 fb at 242 MeV for ^(53)cr+***,these projected cross sections with excitation energy and beam energy will be useful in future cr-induced fusion reaction investigations.

Methionine(Met)is an essential and first limiting amino acid in the poultry diet that plays a significant role in chicken embryonic development and *** present study examined the effect of in ovo injection of DL-Met and L-Met sources and genotypes on chicken embryonic-intestinal development and *** eggs of the two genotypes,TETrA-SL layer hybrid(TSL)—commercial layer hybrid and Hungarian Partridge colored hen breed(HPc)—a native genotype,were randomly distributed into four treatments for each *** treatment groups include the following:1)control non-injected eggs(NoIn);2)saline-injected(SaIn);3)DL-Met injected(DLM);and 4)L-Met injected(LM).the in ovo injection was carried out on 17.5 d of embryonic development;after hatching,eight chicks per group were sacrificed,and the jejunum was extracted for *** results showed that both DLM and LM groups had enhanced intestinal development as evidenced by increased villus width,villus height,and villus area(Pcompared to the *** DLM group had significantly reduced crypt depth,glutathione(GSH)content,glutathione S-transferase 3 alpha(GST3),occludin(OcLN)gene expression and increased villus height to crypt depth ratio in the TSL genotype than the LM group(Pthe HPc genotype has overexpressed insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF1)gene,tricellulin(MD2),occludin(OcLN),superoxide dismutase 1(SOD1),and GST3 genes than the TSL genotype(Pconclusion,these findings showed that in ovo injection of Met enhanced intestinal development,and function,with genotypes responding differently under normal *** also influenced the expression of intestinal antioxidants,tight junction,and growth-related genes.
