The application of extr.c.llular vesicles,particularly exosomes(EXs),is rapidly expanding in the field of medicine,owing to their remarkable properties as natural carriers of biological *** study investigates utilization of exosomes derived from stromal cells of tumor adjacent normal tissues(NAF-EXs)for personalized medicine,which can be derived at the time of diagnosis by endoscopic ***,we show that exosomes(EXs)derived from NAFs demonstrate differential bio-physical char.c.eristics,efficient cellular internalization,drug loading efficiency,pancreatic tumor targeting and delivery of ***-derived EXs(NAF-EXs)were used for loading ormeloxifene(OrM),a potent anti-cancer and desmoplasia inhibitor as a model *** found that OrM maintains normal fibroblast cell phenotype and renders them incompatible to be triggered for a cAF-like phenotype,which may be due to regulation of ca^(2+) influx in fibroblast ***-EXs-OrM effectively blocked oncogenic signaling pathways involved in desmoplasia and epithelial mesenchymal transition(EMT)and repressed tumor growth in xenograft mouse *** conclusion,our data suggests preferential tropism of NAF-EXs for PDAc tumors,thus imply feasibility of developing a novel personalized medicine for PDAc patients using autologous NAF-EXs for improved therapeutic outcome of anti-cancer ***,it provides the opportunity of utilizing this biological scaffold for effective therapeutics in combination with standard therapeutic regimen.

The paper addresses the adaptive behaviour of parallel fuzzy proportional plus fuzzy integral plus fuzzy derivative (FP+FI+FD) controller. The parallel FP+FI+FD controller is actually a non-linear adaptive controller whose gain changes continuously with output of the pr.c.ss under.c.ntrol. Two non-stationary pr.c.sses, whose char.c.eristics change with time, are considered for simulation study. Simulation is performed using software LabVIEW TM . The set-point tr.c.ing response of parallel FP+FI+FD is compared with conventional parallel proportional plus integral plus derivative (PID) controller, tuned with the Ziegler-Nichols (Z-N) tuning technique. Simulation results show that conventional PID controller fails to tr.c. the set-point and becomes unstable as the pr.c.ss changes its char.c.eristic with time. But the parallel FP+FI+FD controller shows considerably much better set-point tr.c.ing response and does not deviate from steady state. Also, a huge spike is observed in the output of PID controller as the reference set-point and pr.c.ss parameters are changed, while the FP+FI+FD controller gives spike free control signal.

The power index formula has been used to obtain the band head spin(I0) of all the superdeformed(SD) bands in Hg isotopes. A least squares fitting approach is used. The root mean square deviations between the determined and the observed transition energies are calculated by extr.c.ing the model parameters using the power index formula. Whenever definite spins are available, the determined and the observed transition energies are in accordance with each other. The computed values of dynamic moment of inertia J~((2)) obtained by using the power index formula and its deviation with the rotational frequency is also studied. Excellent agreement is shown between the calculated and the experimental results for J~((2)) versus the rotational frequency. Hence, the power index formula works very well for all the SD bands in Hg isotopes expect for195Hg(2, 3, 4).

Purpose： Orofacial trauma is becoming a leading medical problem worldwide. Most of the studies pertaining to orofacial trauma have been done in urban areas but very little scientific literature is available for rural areas. Methods： A prospective medical institute-based study of orofacial injury patients was carried out from May 2013 to April 2016 （36 Months）. Data regarding incidence, age and sex distribution, causes, types and site of injury, treatment modalities and trauma associated complications were collected and analysed. results： A total of 784 patients were studied. Males outnumbered females by a ratio of 2.9：1. Age range was 9 monthse75 years with the peak incidence in the age-group of 18-34 years. Most injuries were caused by road-side accidents （72.7%）, followed by assault and falls in 11.6% and 8% respectively. Soft tissue injuries and mandibular fr.c.ures were the most common type of injuries. Head/neck （50.29%） and limb injuries （27.2%） were the most prevalent associated injuries. Surgical debridement and soft tissue suturing was the most common emergency pr.c.dure. closed reduction was performed in 61% of patients and open reduction and internal fixation in 30% of cases and 9% were managed conservatively. complications occurred in 6.88% of patients, mainly due to infection and malocclusion. The mean duration of hospital stay was （10.12 ± 6.24） days. conclusion： This study highlights the importance of department of dental surgery along with other disciplinaries in the management of orofacial injuries. road-side accident remains the major etiological factor of orofacial injuries in our setting.

The systematics of kinematic moment of inertia J and dynamic moment of inertia J of superdeformed（SD） bands in A -130, 150, 190 mass regions have been studied. We have obtained the values of J^（1） and J^（2）for all the SD bands observed in the A-130, 150, 190 mass regions by using the experimental intraband E2 transition energies. The result of this work includes the variation of J with the product of valence proton and neutron numbers（NpNn）. The phenomenon of band mixing has been observed in the A -130, 150 mass regions and band crossing has been observed in the A-190 mass region. The systematics also includes the variation of J with the product of valence proton and neutron numbers（NpNn）. Evidence of staggering behaviour has been observed in all three A-130, 150 and 190 mass regions. We present for the first time the variation of J^（1）and J^（2）of SD bands in the A-130, 150, 190 mass regions with NpNn.

The experimental rotational spectra of superdeformed（SD） bands of 130La, 131ce（1,2）, 132ce（1,2,3） and133 ce（1,2,3） in the A～130 mass region are systematically analyzed with the four parameter formula, power index formula, nuclear softness formula, and VMI model. It is observed that out of all the formulae, the four parameter formula suits best for the study of the 130La, 131ce（1,2）, 132ce（2,3） and 133ce（1,2,3） SD bands. The four parameter formula works efficiently in determining the band head spin of the 130La, 131ce（1,2） 132ce（2,3） and 133ce（1,2,3） SD bands. Good agreement is seen between the calculated and observed transition energies whenever the accurate spin is assigned. In 132ce（1）, the power index formula is found to work better than the other three formulae. The dynamic moment of inertia is also calculated for all the formulae and its variation with the rotational frequency is investigated.

In this work, the three-dimensional Poisson’s equation in cylindr.c.l coordinates system with the Dir.c.let’s boundary conditions in a portion of a cylinder for is solved dir.c.ly, by extending the method of Hockney. The Poisson equation is approximated by second-order finite differences and the resulting large algebraic system of linear equations is treated systematically in order to get a block tri-diagonal system. The accur.c. of this method is tested for some Poisson’s equations with known analytical solutions and the numer.c.l results obtained show that the method produces accurate results.

Day by day,biometr.c.based systems play a vital role in our daily *** paper proposed an intelligent assistant intended to identify emotions via voice message.A biometr.c.system has been developed to detect human emotions based on voice r.c.gnition and control a few electronic peripherals for alert *** proposed smart assistant aims to provide a support to the people through buzzer and light emitting diodes(LED)alert signals and it also keep tr.c. of the places like households,hospitals and remote areas,*** proposed approach is able to detect seven emotions:worry,surprise,neutral,sadness,happiness,hate and *** key elements for the implementation of speech emotion r.c.gnition are voice pr.c.ssing,and once the emotion is r.c.gnized,the machine interface automatically detects the actions by buzzer and *** proposed system is trained and tested on various benchmark datasets,i.e.,ryerson Audio-Visual Database of Emotional Speech and Song(rAVDESS)database,Acoustic-Phonetic continuous Speech corpus(TIMIT)database,Emotional Speech database(Emo-DB)database and evaluated based on various parameters,i.e.,accur.c.,error rate,and *** comparing with existing technologies,the proposed algorithm gave a better error rate and less *** rate and time is decreased by 19.79%,5.13 *** the rAVDEES dataset,15.77%,0.01 s for the Emo-DB dataset and 14.88%,3.62 for the TIMIT *** proposed model shows better accur.c. of 81.02%for the rAVDEES dataset,84.23%for the TIMIT dataset and 85.12%for the Emo-DB dataset compared to Gaussian Mixture Modeling(GMM)and Support Vector Machine(SVM)Model.
