We study the structure of rings which satisfy the von Neumann regularity of commutators,and call a ring r C-regularif ab-ba ∈(ab-ba)r(ab-ba)for all a,b in *** a C-regular ring r,we prove J(r[X])=N^(*)(r[X])=N^(*)(r)[X]=W(r)[X]■Z(r[X]),where J(A),N^(*)(A),W(A),Z(A)are the Jacobson radical,upper nilradical,Wedderburn radical,and center of a given ring A,respectively,and A[X]denotes the polynomial ring with a set X of commuting indeterminates over A;we also prove that r is semiprime if and only if the right(left)singular ideal of r is *** provide methods to construct C-regular rings which are neither commutative nor von Neumann regular,from any given ***,for a C-regular ring r,the following are proved to be equivalent:(i)r is Abelian;(ii)every prime factor ring of r is a duo domain;(ii)r is quasi-duo;and(iv)r/W(r)is reduced.

Prba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_(1.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(5+δ)(PrbSCF) has attracted much research interest as a potential triple ionic and electronic conductor(TIEC) electrode for protonic ceramic fuel cells(PCFCs). The chemical formula for Pr.b.CF is AA'b_(2)O_(5+δ), with Pr(A-site) and ba/Sr(A'-site) alternately stacked along the c-axis. Due to these structural features, the bulk oxygen ion diffusivity is significantly enhanced through the disorder-free channels in the PrO layer;thus, the A site cations(lanthanide ions) play a pivotal role in determining the overall electrochemical properties of layered perovskites. Consequently, previous research has predominantly focused on the electrical properties and oxygen bulk/surface kinetics of Ln cation effects,whereas the hydration properties for PCFC systems remain unidentified. Here, we thoroughly examined the proton uptake behavior and thermodynamic parameters for the hydration reaction to conclusively determine the changes in the electrochemical performances depending on Lnba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_(1.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(5+δ)(LnbSCF,Ln=Pr, Nd, and Gd) cathodes. At 500 ℃, the quantitative proton concentration of PrbSCF was 2.04 mol% and progressively decreased as the Ln cation size decreased. Similarly, the Gibbs free energy indicated that less energy was required for the formation of protonic defects in the order of Pr.b.CF bSCF bSCF. To elucidate the close relationship between hydration properties and electrochemical performances in LnbSCF cathodes, PCFC single cell measurements and analysis of the distr.b.tion of relaxation time were further investigated.

Mixed-dimensional composite structures using zero-dimensional(0D)quantum dots(QDs)and two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)materials are expected to attract great interest in optoelectronics due to the potential to generate new optical ***,we report on the unique optical characteristics of a devices with mixed dimensional vertically stacked structures based on tungsten diselenide(WSe_(2))/CdSeS QDs monolayer/molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))(2D/0D/2D).Specifically,it exhibits an ambipolar photoresponse characteristic,with a negative photoresponse observed in the 400-600 nm wavelength range and a positive photoresponse appeared at 700 nm *** resulted in the high negative responsivity of up to 52.22 mA·W^(−1)under 400 nm,which is 163 times higher than that of the photodetector without CdSeS *** also demonstrated the negative photoresponse,which could be due to increased carrier collision pr.b.bility and non-radiative *** modeling and simulation reveal that Auger recombination among the types of non-radiative recombination is the main cause of negative photocurrent ***,we discovered ambipolar photoresponse near a specific wavelength corresponding to the energy of quantum *** study revealed interesting phenomenon in the mixed low-dimensional stacked structure and paved the way to exploit it for the development of innovative photodetection materials as well as for optoelectronic applications.

Soft electromechanical sensors have led to a new paradigm of electronic devices for novel motion-based wear.b.e applications in our daily lives. However, the vast amount of random and unidentified signals generated by complex body motions has hindered the precise recognition and practical application of this technology. recent advancements in artificial-intelligence technology have enabled significant strides in extracting features from massive and intricate data sets, ther.b. presenting a breakthrough in utilizing wear.b.e sensors for practical applications. beyond traditional machine-learning techniques for classifying simple gestures, advanced machine-learning algorithms have been developed to handle more complex and nuanced motion-based tasks with restricted training data sets. Machine-learning techniques have improved the ability to perceive, and thus machine-learned wear.b.e soft sensors have enabled accurate and rapid human-gesture recognition, providing real-time feedback to users. This forms a crucial component of future wear.b.e electronics, contr.b.ting to a r.b.st human–machine interface. In this review, we provide a comprehensive summary covering materials, structures and machine-learning algorithms for hand-gesture recognition and possible practical applications through machine-learned wear.b.e electromechanical sensors.

目的应用320层CT(MDCT)评估成人自由呼吸状态下冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)的可行性。方法在74例接受CCTA检查的病人中,37例在自由呼吸状态下进行,另外37例在标准的屏气状态下完成。分别对所有冠状动脉的16段质量评分进行分析,并将其定义为:1极好,2良好,3不良。比较2种检查方法下每幅影像的信噪比(SNr)、对比噪声比(CNr)和有效辐射剂量。结果屏气和自由呼吸两种检查方法的影像质量评分差异无统计学意义[(1.10±0.31)∶(1.12±0.33);P=0.443]。两种检查方法间的SNr和CNr差异无统计学意义,有效剂量的总均数差异亦无统计学意义(P=0.585)。结论应用320层MDCT自由呼吸下CCTA与标准屏气CCTA影像质量之间差异无统计学意义。对于那些屏气困难或因不可忽视的呼吸暂停导致的心率不稳的病人,自由呼吸CCTA可作为评估冠状动脉的替代方法。要点①心脏CT的应用越来越广泛,不可避免地会面对一些屏气不足的病人。②MDCT(如320层)为这些屏气不足的病人带来了新的机会。③自由呼吸状态下与屏气状态下所获得的影像质量相当。④较高的辐射剂量限制了它的临床应用。
