Heart failure represents the end point of a variety of cardiovascular *** is a growing health burden and a leading cause of death *** date,limited treatment options exist for the treatment of heart failure,but exercise has been well-established as one of the few safe and effective interventions,leading to improved outcomes in ***,a lack of patient adherence remains a significant barrier in the implementation of exercise-based therapy for the treatment of heart *** insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF1)phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)pathway has been recognized as perhaps the most critical pathway for mediating exercisedinduced heart growth and ***,we discuss how modulating activity of the IGF1PI3K pathway may be a valuable approach for the development of therapies that mimic the protective effects of exercise on the *** outline some of the promising approaches being investigated that utilize PI3K-based therapy for the treatment of heart *** discuss the implications for cardiac pathology and cardiotoxicity that arise in a setting of reduced PI3K ***,we discuss the use of animal models of cardiac health and disease,and genetic mice with increased or decreased cardiac PI3K activity for the discovery of novel drug targets and biomarkers of cardiovascular disease.

The nonlinear Kortewege-de Varies(KdV)equation is a functional description for modelling ion-acoustic waves in plasma,long internal waves in a density-stratified ocean,shallow-water waves and acoustic waves on a crystal *** paper focuses on developing and analysing a resilient double parametric analytical approach for the nonlinear fuzzy fractional KdV equation(FFKdVE)under gH-differentiability of Caputo fractional order,namely the q-Homotopy analysis method with the Shehu transform(q-HASTM).A triangular fuzzy number describes the Caputo fractional derivative of orderα,0r modelling *** fuzzy velocity profiles with crisp and fuzzy conditions at different spatial positions are in-vestigated using a robust double parametric form-based q-HASTM with its convergence *** ob-tained results are compared with existing works in the literature to confirm the efficacy and effectiveness of the method.

The effect of current pulses on the fracture morphology in the superplastic deformation of 2091 Al Li alloy at two kinds of initial strain rate ( 1=3.33×10 -3 s -1 ; 2=3.33×10 -2 s -1 ) was *** results show that current pulse turns fracture of superplastic deformation at low strain rate from local interior fracture morphology to typical fracture by growth and interlinkage of cavities, and at high strain rate from rough grain boundary surface to smooth grain boundary surface. It is indicated that the characteristic, that current pulse promotes atomic diffusion, maintains an equiaxial grain microstructure at low strain rate, and accelerates the development of diffusional type of cavity and relaxes stress concentration at triple junction of grain boundaries at high strain rate, and makes the superplastic deformation at two kinds of strain rate show a normal superplastic fracture morphology.

Agriculture-to-urban water transfer is currently an important measure to meet the increasing water demand resulting from rapid industrialization and urbanization in *** benefits of agriculture-to-urban water transfer is critical to assess water transfer proposals,and it can also provide reliable basis for redistributing the benefits of agriculture-to-urban water *** paper has developed a comprehensive framework in which production function approach is applied to quantify the value of water use in agricultural and industrial sectors,and contingent valuation method is employed to investigate the value of water use in municipal consumption and ecological environment.A case study from Zhuji City in China verified the feasibility and validity of the method proposed in the *** indicate that the agriculture-to-urban water transfer increases the water value created by improving allocation efficiency of water use in different *** benefits of agriculture-to-urban water transfer mainly originate from the fact that the economic value in industrial water use is higher than in the other sectors’water ***,the urban residents have a stronger desire to improve the water eco-environment which leads to higher water value in urban area.

We study the ground-state properties of the _(YY)^(6)He double hyperon for _(ΛΛ)^(6)He and _(ΩΩ)^(6)He nuclei in a threebody model(Y+Y+α).We solve two coupled Faddeev equations corresponding to the three-body configurations(αY,Y)and(YY,α)in configuration space with the hyperspherical harmonics expansion method by employing the most recent hyperon-hyperon interactions obtained from lattice QCD *** numerical analysis for _(ΛΛ)^(6)He,using threeΛΛlattice interaction models,leads to a ground state binding energy in the(-7.468,-7.804)MeV domain and the separations r_(Λ-Λ)>and r_(α-Λ)>in the domains of(3.555,3.629)fm and(2.867,2.902)fm,*** binding energy of the double-Ω hypenucleus _(ΩΩ)^(6)He leads to -67.21 MeV and consequently to smaller separations r_(Ω-Ω)>=1.521 fm and r_(α-Ω)>=1.293 *** addition to geometrical properties,we study the structure of ground-state wave functions and show that the main contributions are from the s-wave *** results are consistent with the existing theoretical and experimental data.

rapid prototyping,real-time control and monitoring of various events in robots are crucial requirements for research in the fields of modular and swarm robotics.A large quantities of resources(time,man power,infrastructure,etc.)are often invested in programming,interfacing the sensors,debugging the response to algorithms during prototyping and operational phases of a robot development *** cost of developing an optimal infrastructure to efficiently address such control and monitoring requirements increases significantly in the presence of mobile *** numerous solutions have been developed for minimizing the resources spent on hardware prototyping and algorithm validation in both static and mobile scenarios,it can be observed that researchers have either chosen methodologies that conflict with the power and infrastructure constraints of the research field or generated constrained solutions whose applications are restricted to the field *** paper develops a solution for addressing the challenges in controlling heterogeneous mobile robots.A platform named Quanta-a cost effective,energy efficient and high-speed wireless infrastructure is prototyped as a part of the research in the field of modular *** is capable of controlling and monitoring various events in/using a robot with the help of a light-weight communication protocol independent of the robot hardware architecture(s).
