Objective:Hypospadias is a common congenital pr.blem among male *** r.pid absor.able sutur.s(polyglactin,Vicr.l)and delayed absor.able sutur.s(polydioxanone,PDO)ar. used in hypospadias r.pair.based on the sur.eon's *** study was conducted to compar. post-ur.thr.plasty complication r.tes in pediatr.c patients with hypospadias using Vicr.l or.PDO ***:This is a r.tr.spective study which was designed and per.or.ed on 583 childr.n aged 1-7 year. old who had under.one hypospadias r.pair.fr.m Januar. 2012 to December.*** data wer. obtained fr.m the patients'medical ***:Over.ll,post-sur.ical complications wer. obser.ed in 60(10.3%)patients compr.sing ur.thr.-cutaneous fistula(n=39,6.7%),meatal stenosis(n=10,1.7%),ur.thr.l str.ctur.(n=7,1.2%),and glans dehiscence(n=4,0.7%).The mean age of the childr.n with complications was 3.0±1.3 *** to Kaplan-Meier.estimate,the inter.al between sur.er. and development of complications was significantly shor.er.in the Vicr.l gr.up(p=0.037).Over.ll,complications wer. mor. pr.valent in Vicr.l sutur. than PDO sutur.(15.1%vs.5.3%,pr.gr.ssion model r.vealed that in compar.son to the distal type,pr.ximal hypospadias(odds r.tio[Or.:103.9,95%confidence inter.al[CI]:32.2-334.9,pr.82.9,95%CI:25.9-264.6,pr.l sutur. instead of PDO sutur.(Or.62.4,95%CI:21.2-183.8,pr.ased the odds of developing post-ur.thr.plasty ***:We suggest PDO sutur. in the r.pair.of hypospadias due to its lower.complication r.te,especially in cases of pr.ximal and mid-shaft hypospadias which can get mor. complicated than the distal type.

Ir.n, allowing the r.cognition of one lithostr.tigr.phic unit. The Lower.Cr.taceous shallow-water.limestones on the nor.heast of Shir.z contains abundant and diver.ified or.itolinid for.minifer.. A biostr.tigr.phy, based on the or.itolinid taxa and their.distr.bution, is pr.posed for.the Aptian and Albian deposits in the Lower.Cr.aceous (Aptian-lower.Albian) Zagr.s basin, nor.heaster. Shir.z located at southwester. Ir.n, allowing the r.cognition of one lithostr.tigr.phic unit. Thr.e or.itolinid biozones have been r.cognized: 1) Palor.itolina lenticular.s Assemblage Zone in the Lower.Aptian;2) Mesor.itolina par.a Total r.nge Zone in the Late Aptian;3) Or.itolina (Mesor.itolina) texana Assemblage Zone in the upper.ost Aptian-lower.Albian, the body of str.ta being char.cter.zed by a distinctive assemblage of Or.itolina (Mesor.itolina) texana and O. Life on the ear.h is dependent on dynamic inter.ctions between its physical, chemical and biological components. In fact, all the individual pr.cesses ar. r.sponsible for.r.gulating the envir.nmental equilibr.um which can pr.vide biospher. for.multiple for.s of human life. In or.er.to over.ome on shor.comings, the use of immobilized cell bior.actor.technology which pr.vides a valuable effective for.tr.atment of waste water.is discussed. An immobilized system which in this matter.is applied is about absor.ed or.captur.d micr.or.anisms in a solid substr.tum to r.tain them in a r.actor.or.analytical system. The multiply of these immobilized cells is done when by nutr.ents be supplied and then migr.te to the sur.aces which ar. r.fer.ed to biofilms. The biofilms can be developed on var.ous suppor. systems such as polypr.pylene pall, r.cks, sands, char.oal, cer.mics, and glass beads. The contr.llable r.action vessels which ar. used for.these colonized sur.aces ar. r.fer.ed to bior.actor.. 区域粮食产量因灾损失评估之内蒙古自治区灾情-产量模型构建

基于1981-2020年内蒙古自治区农业气象灾害灾情及该地区粮食作物播种面积和产量数据,构建灾情-粮食作物产量评估模型,并对该模型进行验证,以此估算该地区粮食作物因灾减产量。结果表明:(1)1981-2020年内蒙古自治区粮食作物播种面积、总... 详细信息

基于1981-2020年内蒙古自治区农业气象灾害灾情及该地区粮食作物播种面积和产量数据,构建灾情-粮食作物产量评估模型,并对该模型进行验证,以此估算该地区粮食作物因灾减产量。结果表明:(1)1981-2020年内蒙古自治区粮食作物播种面积、总产和单产均呈显著上升趋势,增速分别为74.48×10^(3)hm2·a^(-1)、78.85×10^(4)t·a^(-1)和100.97kg·hm^(-2)·a^(-1)。(2)1981-2020年内蒙古农业气象灾害受灾、成灾面积均呈先上升后下降趋势,同期全国农业气象灾害成灾和受灾面积亦呈先上升后下降趋势。(3)干旱是该地区最主要的农业气象灾害,其受灾和成灾面积分别占历年各灾种的总受灾和成灾面积的64.10%和62.45%。灰色关联度分析表明,在受灾率和成灾率水平上干旱是与粮食单产关联度最高的农业气象灾害,在绝收率水平上风雹与粮食单产关联度最高。(4)构建的灾情-粮食作物产量评估模型模拟准确率较高,其模拟粮食产量与实际粮食产量呈极显著相关(r.=0.99,Pr.(2)=0.77,P<0.01),降速为0.48个百分点·a^(-1),平均因灾损失率为14.79%,68.42%的年份粮食单产因灾损失率高于10%。综上分析,基于1981-2020年统计数据构建的内蒙古自治区灾情-粮食作物产量评估模型可以较好地模拟和预测粮食作物产量、评估粮食产量因灾损失,从而满足农业气象业务和服务的需要。
