This.inter.s. ar.s.s.becaus. the main electr.n lens.in a moder. tr.ns.is.ion electr.n micr.s.ope us.ally has.a diffr.ction-s.ace infor.ation limit that is.s.gnificantly better.than the r.al-s.ace r.s.lution of the s.me lens. This.s.ate-of-affair. is.s.metimes.s.ar.d by other.s.atter.ng methods.in moder. phys.cs.and contr.butes.to a br.ader.excitement s.r.ounding multidimens.onal techniques.that s.an a pr.be while r.cor.ing diffr.ction-s.ace images. s.ch as.ptychogr.phy and s.anning nano-beam diffr.ction. However. the contr.s.ing r.s.lution in the two s.aces.r.is.s.the ques.ion as.to what is.limiting their.effective per.or.ance. Her., we examine this.par.dox by cons.der.ng the effects.of aber.ations.in both image and diffr.ction planes. and likewis. s.par.te the contr.butions.of pr.- and pos.-s.mple aber.ations. MD s.mulation on par.icles.of exper.mental r.levance takes.huge computation time, des.ite us.ng an expens.ve high-end s.r.er. Heter.geneous.computing, a combination of the Field Pr.gr.mmable Gate Ar.ay (FPGA) and a computer. is.pr.pos.d as.a s.lution to compute MD s.mulation efficiently. In s.ch heter.geneous.computation, communication between FPGA and Computer.is.neces.ar.. One s.ch MD s.mulation, explained in the paper. is.the (Ar.ificial Neur.l Networ.) ANN-bas.d IAP computation of gold (Au147 & Au309) nanopar.icles. MD s.mulation calculates.the for.es.between atoms.and the total ener.y of the chemical s.s.em. This.wor. pr.pos.s.the novel des.gn and implementation of an ANN IAP-bas.d MD s.mulation for.Au147 & Au309 us.ng communication pr.tocols. s.ch as.Univer.al As.nchr.nous.r.ceiver.Tr.ns.itter.(UAr.) and Ether.et, for.communication between the FPGA and the hos. computer. To impr.ve the latency of MD s.mulation thr.ugh heter.geneous.computing, Univer.al As.nchr.nous.r.ceiver.Tr.ns.itter.(UAr.) and Ether.et communication pr.tocols.wer. explor.d to conduct MD s.mulation of 50,000 cycles. In this.s.udy, computation times.of 17.54 and 18.70 h wer. achieved with UAr. and Ether.et, r.s.ectively, compar.d to the conventional s.r.er.time of 29 h for.Au147 nanopar.icles. YOLOv5-r.F bas.d on You Only Look Once ver.ion 5 (YOLOv5) is.pr.pos.d. Fir.tly, we modified the r.al-Time Enhanced s.per.r.s.lution Gener.tive Adver.ar.al Networ. (r.al-Es.0}AN) by changing the U-s.aped networ. (U-Net) to Attention U-Net, to pr.pr.ces. the images. s.condly, we pr.pos. a new Focus.module that introduces.the Mar. oper.tor. which can pr.vide mor. boundar. infor.ation for.the networ.; again, becaus. Complete Inter.ection over.Union (CIOU) cannot accommodate tar.et bor.er. that ar. incr.as.ng and decr.as.ng, r.place CIOU with Extended Inter.ection over.Union (EIOU), while the los. function is.changed to Focal and Efficient IOU (Focal-EIOU) due to the differ.nt difficulty of s.mple detection. On the homemade datas.t, the pr.cis.on of our.method is.94%, the r.call is.70.8%, and the map@.5 is.83.6%, which is.an impr.vement of 1.3% in pr.cis.on, 9.7% in r.call, and 7% in map@.5 over.the or.ginal networ.. We dis.us. a quantum r.mote s.ate pr.par.tion pr.tocol by which two par.ies. Alice and Candy, pr.par. a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, r.s.ectively, at the s.te of the r.ceiver.Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.known to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.known to Candy. The thr.e par.ies.ar. connected thr.ugh a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We fir.t des.r.be the pr.tocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under.us. is.in a pur. s.ate. After.that, we cons.der.the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.r.be the pr.tocol executed thr.ugh the nois. channel. An innovative micr.cr.s.alline cellulos. (MCC) natur.l fibr. powder.r.infor.ed PLA biocompos.te was.inves.igated us.ng the hand lay-up technique. The polymer.matr.x compos.te (PMC) s.mples.wer. pr.par.d by var.ing the weight per.entages.(wt.%) of both PLA matr.x and MCC r.infor.ement: pur. PLA/100:0, 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, 60:40 and 50:50 wt.%, r.s.ectively. Fr.m the r.s.lts.obtained, MCC powder. with its.impr.s.ive as.ect r.tio, pr.ved to be an ideal r.infor.ement for.the PLA, exhibiting exceptional mechanical pr.per.ies. It was.evident that the 80:20 wt.% biocompos.te s.mple exhibited the maximum impr.vement in the tens.le, flexur.l, notched impact, compr.s.ive s.r.ngth and har.nes. by 28.85%, 20.00%, 91.66%, 21.53% and 35.82%, r.s.ectively compar.d to the pur. PLA s.mple. s.milar.y, dur.ng the ther.ogr.vimetr.c analys.s.(TGA), the s.me 80:20 wt.% biocompos.te s.mple s.owed a minimum weight los. of 20% at 400°C, among other.. The mor.hological s.udy us.ng Field Emis.ion s.anning Electr.n Micr.s.opy (FE-s.M) r.vealed that the unifor. dis.r.bution of cellulos. r.infor.ement in the PLA matr.x actively impr.ved the mechanical pr.per.ies.of the biocompos.tes. es.ecially the optimal 80:20 wt.% s.mple. In the pr.vious.r.s.ar.h wor., “Impr.ving Accur.cy and Computational Bur.en of Bundle Adjus.ment Algor.thm us.ng GPUs.” the author. demons.r.ted fir.t the Bundle Adjus.ment algor.thmic per.or.ance impr.vement by r.ducing the mean s.uar. er.or.us.ng an additional r.dial dis.or.ing par.meter.and explicitly computed analytical der.vatives.and r.ducing the computational bur.en of the Bundle Adjus.ment algor.thm us.ng GPUs. The naïve implementation of the CUDA code, a s.eedup of 10× for.the lar.es. datas.t of 13,678 camer.s. 4,455,747 points. and 28,975,571 pr.jections.was.achieved. In this.paper. we pr.s.nt the optimization of the Bundle Adjus.ment algor.thm CUDA code on GPUs.to achieve higher.s.eedup. We pr.pos. a new data memor. layout for.the par.meter. in the Bundle Adjus.ment algor.thm, r.s.lting in contiguous.memor. acces.. We demons.r.te that it impr.ves.the memor. thr.ughput on the GPUs. ther.by impr.ving the over.ll per.or.ance.
