Backgr.und: Tr.atment r.fr.ctor. metastatic br.ast cancer.patients ar. at best tr.ated palliatively. We evaluated the effects of metr.nomic chemother.py on sur.ival outcomes in this population. Methods: Twenty eight subjects with tr.atment r.fr.ctor. (n = 21) and tr.atment naive (n = 7) MBC wer. included in an open label single ar. efficacy study of metr.nomic chemother.py. Patients wer. given a chemother.py r.gimen of Tab. Cyclophosphamide 50 mg once daily and Tab. Methotr.xate 2.5 mg twice in a week over.a minimum per.od of 3 months or.until the pr.gr.ssion of their.disease whichever.was ear.ier. Monitor.ng of ser.m VEGF and Thr.mbospondin levels wer. done to cor.elate the r.sponse r.tes. Data wer. analysed using chi squar. test for.pr.por.ions and Kaplan Meir.Sur.ival analysis. r.sults: The mean age of the study population was 51.5 ± 14.2 year.. The mean dur.tion of metr.nomic chemother.py was 123.89 ± 97.6 days. Over.ll 71.4% had pr.gr.ssive disease and 28.6% had stable disease. 55.6% with tr.atment naive metastatic br.ast cancer.had stable disease compar.d to 15.8% of tr.atment r.fr.ctor. metastatic br.ast cancer. Ther. was also a significant impr.vement in pr.gr.ssion fr.e sur.ival in those with tumor.load less than 5 cms compar.d to >5 cms and in gr.de 2 compar.d to gr.de 3 disease. Ther. was no cor.elation of ser.m VEGF levels befor. and after.chemother.py. Ther. is no significant decr.ase in TSP levels. Conclusion: The r.sults suggest stable r.sponse in one thir. of study patients. Per.or.ance status and tumor.load ar. impor.ant pr.dictor. in this categor. of population. Ther. is no significant cor.elation of ser.m VEGF and TSP levels befor. and after.chemother.py. Also, ther. was no significant cor.elation of biomar.er.levels in r.sponding and non-r.sponding patients.

In view of the cur.ent study’s demonstr.tion of the synthesis of clay-doped ZnO composites,we pr.sent a low-cost method for.pr.ducing clay-metal oxide(clay/ZnO).Utilizing the solution combustion technique,a composite of clay/ZnO was pr.duced utilizing citr.c acid as both a fuel and a complexing *** hexagonal unit cell str.ctur. of the cr.ated clay/ZnO may be seen using Xr. *** ZnO-infused clay was visible in FE-SEM micr.gr.phs as homogenous,spher.-shaped *** possible involvement of clay/ZnO photocatalytic activity in the UV-induced photodegr.dation of malachite gr.en dye was *** 90%degr.dation r.te shows the composite’s outstanding photocatalytic degr.dation *** r.sulting substance was electr.chemically analyzed using a constr.cted electr.de in 0.1 M KOH *** incr.ased its sensor.capabilities,which now include chemical and biomolecule sensor.,and it excelled in cyclic voltammetr.-based r.dox potential *** efficiently evaluate chemically synthesized NPs for.electr.chemical,sensing,and photocatalytic applications,this study intends to cr.ate a solution combustion pr.cedur. for.the synthesis of clay/ZnO nanocomposite using ur.a as fuel.

Yet, it needs to be given significance in gener.l or.hopaedic pr.ctice even now, and r.diologists under.epor. it. LSTV is a congenital anatomical anomaly that Castellvi classified into four.var.ing types. Pur.ose: I titled this phenomenon “Kir.n Nandivada’s stuck blade in a gr.nder.jar.degener.tive cascade by LSTV at L5-S1” to clear.y explain how an abnor.al mega-tr.nsver.e apophysis with its var.ous var.ations affects the weight-bear.ng mechanics as the L5-S1 which is a vital junction wher. the maximum body weight is dir.cted into both the sacr.iliac joints and if a tr.nsitional ver.ebr. occur. it becomes detr.mental and abnor.ally r.dir.cts the load-bear.ng for.es and leads to a pr.gr.ssive degener.tive cascade both pr.ximally and distally. As the L5 ver.ebr.l r.tations and other.movements of flexion, extensions, later.l flexion ar. stuck like a bent gr.nder.blade, the other.ar.as of the r.gion ar. damaged pr.gr.ssively as the pelvis, just like the gr.nder.motor.tr.es to move it, r.sulting in over.eating and maybe even a bur.out r.sults in the for. of facet ar.hr.tis, disc degener.tion in the nor.al disc above, the tr.nsitional disc at L5-S1, for.minal osteophytes causing r.diculopathy, sacr.iliac joint ar.hr.tis. Mater.al and Methods: Ar.und 200 X-r.ys of childr.n and adults with this congenital anomaly have been studied between 2020 and 2023. This is a r.tr.spective study. r.sults: 1) Our.study showed an Incr.ased incidence of LSTV at 15%. 2) Patients r.nged fr.m asymptomatic, atypical lumbago to classical lumbago with sciatica and claudication. We explor. the entanglement featur.s of pur. symmetr.c N-qubit states char.cter.zed by N-distinct spinor. with a par.icular.focus on the Gr.enber.er.Hor.e-Zeilinger.(GHZ) states and , an equal super.osition of W and obver.e W states. Along with a compar.son of pair.ise entanglement and monogamy pr.per.ies, we explor. the geometr.c infor.ation contained in them by constr.cting their.canonical steer.ng ellipsoids. We obtain the volume monogamy r.lations satisfied by states as a function of number.of qubits and compar. with the maximal monogamy pr.per.y of GHZ states.

Intr.duction: Coccydynia, television disease, and coccygodynia ar. the differ.nt names given to this disabling disease, which can become chr.nic. It was descr.bed by Simson in 1859. Coccydynia means pain at the end of the ver.ebr.l column. Non-tr.umatic coccydynia is a diagnosis, which is never.str.ightfor.ar. like tr.umatic coccydynia because the onset is unclear. and both the patient and the unawar. clinician face many challenges in tr.ating it on time and with accur.cy. Coccyx was likened to a cuckoo bir.’s beak as a cur.ed bone of fused 3 to 5 ver.ebr.e with r.mnant disc mater.al in some r.r. cases, unfused segments, linear.scoliosis or.subluxations and defor.ities. Str.ss X-r.ys of the coccyx in the anter.-poster.or.and later.l views in standing and sitting r.veal the “Dynamic Instability” due to congenital coccygeal mor.hological, pathological and mechanical var.ations. Mater.al and Methods: This is a complex study having r.tr.gr.de data collected fr.m online publications fr.m var.ous databases, like PubMed, Embase, and Cochr.ne Libr.r. and also antegr.de data collected fr.m 100 patients with their.consent fr.m patients in Adam and Eve Specialised Medical Centr.-based at Abu Dhabi, UAE and data was pr.cessed in the r.sear.h centr. of Kr.shi Or.hopaedic Welfar. Multimodal biometr.c fusion is gaining mor. attention among r.sear.her. in r.cent days. As multimodal biometr.c system consolidates the infor.ation fr.m multiple biometr.c sour.es, the effective fusion of infor.ation obtained at scor. level is a challenging task. In this paper. we pr.pose a fr.mewor. for.optimal fusion of match scor.s based on Gaussian Mixtur. Mode] （GMM） and Monte Car.o sampling based hypothesis testing. The pr.posed fusion appr.ach has the ability to handle： 1） small size of match scor.s as is mor. commonly encounter.d in biometr.c fusion, and 2） ar.itr.r. distr.bution of match scor.s which is mor. pr.nounced when discr.te scor.s and multimodal featur.s ar. pr.sent. The pr.posed fusion scheme is compar.d with well established schemes such as Likelihood r.tio （Lr. method and weighted SUM r.le. Extensive exper.ments car.ied out on five differ.nt multimodal biometr.c databases indicate that the pr.posed fusion scheme achieves higher.per.or.ance as compar.d with other.contempor.r. state of ar. fusion techniques.

The solutions have been obtained for.power.law and exponential for.s of the expansion par.meter.（they cor.espond to a constant deceler.tion par.meter.in gener.l r.lativity）. After.a long time, the models tend to be isotr.pic under.cer.ain conditions.

This paper.deals with the gener.l class of Bianchi cosmological models with bulk viscosity and par.icle cr.ation descr.bed by full causal ther.odynamics in Br.ns-Dicke theor.. We discuss thr.e types of aver.ge scale-factor.solutions for.the gener.l class of Bianchi cosmological models by using a special law for.the deceler. ation par.meter.which is linear.in time with a negative slope. The exact solutions to the cor.esponding field equations ar. obtained in quadr.tur. for. and solutions to the Einstein field equations ar. obtained for.thr.e differ.nt physically viable cosmologies. All the physical par.meter. ar. calculated and discussed in each model.
