r.cent studies indicated that vitamin A(va)might be involved in the pathology of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).This cr.ss-sectional study was conducted to explor. the association between cir.ulating va level and T2DM.A total of 1818 subjects aged 50 year. old and above wer. r.cr.ited fr.m the *** logistic r.gr.ssion and r.str.cted cubic spline(r.S)wer. applied to analyze the association of plasma va level with the r.sk of *** va and lipid-adjusted va levels of T2DM patients wer. significantly higher.than that of non-T2DM subjects(Pr.tios of plasma va/total cholester.l(TC),va/high-density lipopr.tein cholester.l(HDL-c)and va/low-density lipopr.tein cholester.l(LDL-c)wer. positively associated with the r.sk of T2DM in the aging population(Pr.d with the Q1 level,subjects with Q2 to Q3 levels of plasma va/tr.glycer.de(TG)have decr.ased r.sk of T2DM(odds r.tio(Or.Q2=0.68,P_(Q2)=0.021;Or.3=0.59,P_(Q3)r.r.sults indicated that the imbalance of cir.ulating lipids and va might affect the r.lationship between va and *** middle and aging subjects with higher.r.tios of plasma va/TC,va/HDL-c,and va/LDL-c displayed incr.ased r.sk for.T2DM,but the moder.te r.tio of va/TG might pr.tect against r.sk of T2DM.

BACKGr.UND Aconitine poisoning is highly pr.ne to causing malignant *** elimination of aconitine fr.m the body takes a consider.ble amount of time,and dur.ng this per.od,patients ar. at a significant r.sk of death due to malignant ar.hythmias associated with aconitine *** SUMMAr. A 30-year.old male patient was admitted due to accidental ingestion of aconitinecontaining *** ar.ival at the emer.ency depar.ment,the patient inter.ittently exper.enced malignant ar.hythmias including ventr.cular.tachycar.ia,ventr.cular.fibr.llation,ventr.cular.pr.matur. beats,and car.iac *** inter.entions such as car.iopulmonar. r.suscitation and defibr.llation wer. pr.mptly ***,veno-ar.er.al extr.cor.or.al membr.ne oxygenation(va-ECMO)ther.py was *** r.suscitation was achieved befor. 创新主体在创新生态系统中存在多样性、共生性、适应性、动态演化性以及价值共创,数字技术范式下技术转移价值创造日益复杂化、多元化。基于此,本文从技术转移价值创造理论内涵、影响因素以及结果出发,系统回顾职能创新、创新系统、三螺旋以及创新生态系统理论下技术转移价值创造研究发展历程,总结技术转移价值创造研究理论来源和前沿动态;构建基于产业创新生态系统理论视角的技术转移价值创造理论分析框架,重点关注公共研发组织与企业之间的知识互动及其价值共创和价值协同,分析隐性知识和生态系统领导者的策略与领导的重要影响。本文提出四个未来研究方向,包括创新主体之间互利共生的管理研究、学术企业家在技术转移价值创造中的作用研究、面对面交流和在线交流的相对重要性研究,以及多元化技术转移价值目标和表现研究。本文重新界定了数字技术范式下技术转移价值创造理论内涵,揭示了数字技术范式下技术转移价值创造机制,以期推动技术转移价值创造理论研究和实践探索。

针对大模型运行中的内容信任危机、价值信任危机和模型信任危机,“对齐”被视为解决危机的可行路径,但以人类反馈为主的“对齐”工作难以应对可能出现的人类智力范畴之外的“超人模型”,“以小督大”“以弱应强”式的“超级对齐”则有助于增加“超人模型”的无害性与可信任度。在“超级对齐”中,小模型成为重塑信任的关键角色。具体而言,场景小模型作为“有能力”的小模型,对齐垂直领域而缓解内容信任危机;私域小模型打造“可信赖的”小模型形象,实现实时对齐;“可依靠的”边缘小模型对齐边缘价值并维稳对齐环境;“可连接的”大小模型联动,在辩论中达到模型间对齐。未来小模型重塑信任的进路将从个性化、透明性与可赋权入手,情感信任、技术信任与权力信任齐发力。

探讨二妙散通过α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(α7nAchr.-Janus激酶2(JAK2)/信号转导及转录激活因子3(STAT3)途径改善类风湿关节炎大鼠炎症的免疫学机制。56只雌性Wistar.鼠随机分为正常(HG)组、胶原诱导性关节炎模型(CM)组、迷走神经切断(va)组、假手术(SH)组、二妙散治疗模型(EM)组、二妙散治疗迷走神经切断(EV)组、二妙散治疗假手术(ES)组,每组8只。除HG组外,其他组均构建胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)大鼠模型,造模成功后进行颈部单侧迷走神经切断术及假手术(仅分离迷走神经),术后7 d开始给药治疗,持续治疗35 d。记录大鼠体质量及关节情况,观察大鼠脾脏病理学变化,ELISA检测大鼠血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量,qr.-PCr.Wester. blot和免疫组化检测脾脏中α7nAchr.JAK2/STAT3通路核心基因mr.A及蛋白表达。结果显示,CM组对比HG组、va组对比CM组和SH组,大鼠体质量显著降低(Pr.A水平显著升高(Pr.A表达显著降低(Pr.mr.A及蛋白表达显著上升(Pva组,大鼠体质量上升及关节炎评分无明显差异,脾脏淋巴小结数量减少不显著,体积仍较大,炎症无明显改善,血清IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α含量表达不显著,脾脏中α7nAChr.JAK2、STAT3 mr.A无明显差异,脾脏中p-JAK2/JAK2、α7nAChr.白表达显著降低(Pr.导的JAK2/STAT3途径改善CIA大鼠炎症,提示α7nAchr.JAK2/STAT3途径可能是治疗类风湿关节炎的潜在靶标。
