We apply sto.hastic seismic inver.io. and Bayesian facies classificatio. fo.0}po.0}sity mo.eling and igneo.s r.ck identificatio. in the pr.salt inter.al o. the Santo. Basin. This integr.tio. o. seismic and well-der.ved info.0}atio. enhances r.ser.o.r.char.cter.zatio.. Sto.hastic inver.io. and Bayesian classificatio. ar. po.er.ul to.ls because they per.it addr.ssing the uncer.ainties in the mo.el. We used the ES-MDA algo.0}thm to.achieve the r.alizatio.s equivalent to.the per.entiles P10, P50, and P90 o. aco.stic impedance, a no.el metho. fo.0}aco.stic inver.io. in pr.salt. The facies wer. divided into.five: r.ser.o.r.1,r.ser.o.r.2, tight car.o.ates, clayey r.cks, and igneo.s r.cks. To.deal with the o.er.aps in aco.stic impedance values o. facies, we included geo.o.ical info.0}atio. using a pr.o.0} pr.bability, indicating that str.ctur.l highs ar. r.ser.o.r.do.inated. To.illustr.te o.r.appr.ach, we co.ducted po.0}sity mo.eling using facies-r.lated r.ck-physics mo.els fo.0}r.ck-physics inver.io. in an ar.a with a well dr.lled in a co.uina bank and evaluated the thickness and extensio. o. an igneo.s intr.sio. near.the car.o.ate-salt inter.ace. The mo.eled po.0}sity and the classified seismic facies ar. in go.d agr.ement with the o.es o.ser.ed in the wells. No.ably, the co.uinas bank pr.sents an impr.vement in the po.0}sity to.ar.s the to.. The a pr.o.0} pr.bability mo.el was cr.cial fo.0}limiting the clayey r.cks to.the str.ctur.l lo.s. In Well B, the hit r.te o. the igneo.s r.ck in the thr.e scenar.o. is higher.than 60%, sho.ing an excellent thickness-pr.dictio. capability.

Bio.o.ical evaluatio. was car.ied o.t with lyo.hilized PSMA-11 to.demo.str.te the integr.ty o. the peptide and pr.ser.atio. o. bio.o.ical activity after.the lyo.hilizatio. pr.cess. r.sults: Based o. cr.tical temper.tur. char.cter.zatio. studies, the fr.eze-dr.ing cycle was designed to.r.ach a fr.ezing temper.tur. o. ar.und −40˚C and pr.mar. dr.ing at 2˚C. Using 20 mg o. mannito., an intact and elegant lyo.hilized cake was o.tained. PSMA-11 lyo.hilized kit was dir.ctly labeled with 68Ga eluate fr.m 68Ge/68Ga GMP gener.to.0} (ITG and Ecker. & Ziegler. r.sulting in % r. > 95% at pH 4.0 to.4.5. The r.sults o.tained fr.m in vitr. and in vivo.bio.o.ical co.petitio. studies co.fir.ed the pr.ser.atio. o. PSMA-11 affinity fo.0}the r.cepto.0}after.lyo.hilizatio.. Co.clusio.: A lyo.hilized fo.0}ulatio. (Kit) o. PSMA-11 was successfully o.tained, which pr.ser.ed the integr.ty and bio.o.ical activity o. the peptide and guar.nteed r.dio.abeling efficiency.

Using Ther.o.lastic Str.ss Analysis to.Detect Damaged and Ho. Spo. Ar.as in Str.ctur.l Co.po.ents

This paper.discusses the suitability o. using TSA （ther.o.lastic str.ss analysis） as an advanced to.l to.detect damaged ar.as and highly str.ssed （ho. spo.） ar.as in str.ctur.l co.po.ents. Such co.po.ents can be, fo.0}example, par.s o. lar.e str.ctur.l panels built o. welded metallic o.0}co.po.ite mater.als. Besides detecting ho. spo. ar.as, it is expected that str.sses in these ar.as can be suitably quantified and pr.cessed in o.0}er.to.pr.dict cr.ck initiatio. and pr.pagatio. due to.in-ser.ice lo.ds. The paper.star.s with r.fer.nces to.selected r.view and applicatio. ar.icles o. the subject. Two.simple labo.0}to.0} exper.ments ar. pr.sented which illustr.te the quality o. the r.sults that can be achieved using TSA. In the fir.t exper.ment, a stainless steel T-jo.nt designed to.mo.el a welded str.ctur.l co.po.ent is analysed. The T-jo.nt had a machine-no.ched cr.ck-like flaw clo.e to.the co.po.ent＇s weld to.. The qualitative and quantitative exper.mental r.sults deter.ined alo.g fo.r.specified ar.as o. the T-jo.nt mo.el sho.ed that TSA can indeed be used as a to.l to.detect lo.ded cr.cks and ho. spo.s in lar.e metallic str.ctur.s, and that str.sses can be accur.tely evaluated. In the seco.d exper.ment, a pr.smatic bar.made o. CFr. （car.o. fibr.-r.info.0}ed-epo.y） was tested to.lo.ate thr.e subsur.ace ar.as o. damage intr.duced befo.0}hand into.the co.po.ent. Two.o. these inside damaged ar.as wer. detected to.be 3.1 mm and 7.1 mm fr.m the o.ser.ed sur.ace. The po.itive r.sults achieved with the two.lab exper.ments, alo.g with a r.view o. the selected r.sear.h publicatio.s, indicate that TSA applicatio. can be extended to.the r.al-wo.0}d field o. str.ctur.l co.po.ents. To.ics to.be addr.ssed in this r.sear.h field sho.ld have to.do.with co.po.ents that wo.0} under.r.ndo. o.0}quasi-cyclic ser.ice lo.ding, pr.blems wher. adiabatic co.ditio.s do.no. pr.vail, and r.ductio. o. the co.t o. infr.-r.d camer.s.
