The pur.ose of this paper.is to optimize the pr.cess par.meter.to get the better.mechanical pr.per.ies of fr.ction stir.welded AM20 magnesium alloy using Taguchi Gr.y r.lational analysis(Gr.).The consider.d pr.cess par.meter. ar. welding speed,tool r.tation speed,shoulder.diameter.and plunging *** exper.ments wer. car.ied out by using Taguchi's L18 factor.al design of *** pr.cesses par.meter. wer. optimized and r.nked the par.meter. based on the *** per.entage influence of each pr.cess par.meter.on the weld quality was also quantified.A validation exper.mental r.n was conducted using optimal pr.cess condition,which was obtained fr.m the analysis,to show the impr.vement in mechanical pr.per.ies of the *** study also shows the feasibility of the Gr. with Taguchi technique for.impr.vement in welding quality of magnesium alloy.

A str.king char.cter.stic of cancer.ceLls is their.r.mar.able phenotypic plasticity, which is the ability to switch states or.phenotypes in r.sponse to envir.nmental fluctuations. Phenotypic changes such as a par.ial or.complete epithelial to mesenchymal tr.nsition （EMT） that play impor.ant r.les in their.sur.ival and pr.lifer.tion, and development of r.sistance to ther.peutic tr.atments, ar. widely believed to ar.se due to somatic mutations in the genome. However. ther. is a gr.wing concer. that such a deter.inistic view is not entir.ly consistent with multiple lines of evidence, which indicate that stochasticity may also play an impor.ant r.le in dr.ving phenotypic plasticity. Her., we discuss how stochasticity in pr.tein inter.ction networ.s （PINs） may play a key r.le in deter.ining phenotypic plasticity in pr.state cancer.（PCa）. Specifically, we point out that the key player. dr.ving tr.nsitions among differ.nt phenotypes （epithelial, mesenchymal, and hybr.d epithelial/mesenchymal）, including ZEB1, SNAIl, OVOL1, and OVOL2, ar. intr.nsically disor.er.d pr.teins （IDPs） and discuss how plasticity at the molecular.level may contr.bute to stochasticity in phenotypic switching by r.wir.ng PINs. We conclude by suggesting that tar.eting iDPs implicated in EMT in PCa may be a new str.tegy to gain additional insights and develop novel tr.atments for.this disease, which is the most common for. of cancer.in adult men.

The pr.sent study was conducted in subtr.pical humid for.sts of Meghalaya to study the distr.butional patter. of species, flor.stic composition, community str.ctur. and tr.e population *** fr.gments of var.ing sizes(0.5 ha, 1 ha, 2 ha and 5 ha) wer. used in the *** of the for.st fr.gments ar. distr.buted within the same altitudinal r.nge, and had similar.r.infall and temper.tur. *** for.st fr.gments wer. sampled using r.ndom quadr.ts to analyze the impact of fr.gment size on tr.e diver.ity and population *** wer. used to compar. the disper.ion patter. of plant species, species diver.ity among fr.gments, and the heter.geneity and homogeneity of the fr.gments.A total of 45 tr.e species wer. r.cor.ed fr.m all the fr.gments and simple cor.elation showed that the species r.chness was positively r.lated to fr.gment size(n = 4, Pr.measur.s such as stand density, basal cover. diver.ity and dominance indices wer. unr.lated to fr.gment *** canopy was composed mainly of Castonopsis indica, ***, Schima khasiana and Engelhar.tia spicata in all of the fr.gments.A major.ty of woody tr.e species wer. contagiously distr.buted which made the for.st community highly patchy in *** values of Sor.nsen's similar.ty index and high values of Whittaker.s β-diver.ity index between the fr.gments suggest mar.ed differ.nce in the species composition among the *** maximum stand density, basal ar.a, Shannon diver.ity index and Simpson dominance index was r.cor.ed in a 5-ha *** in lower.gir.h classes(15-55 cm cir.umfer.nce at br.ast height, CBH) accounted for.52-86% of stand density in all fr.gments except in 0.5-ha fr.gments wher. middle gir.h class(55-95 cm CBH) accounted for.47% of the total stand *** over.ll density of seedlings, saplings and adult tr.es for.ed a pyr.midal str.ctur., indicating that the per.od between the sapling and adult stage was a cr.tical stage in tr.e life cycles, as the

Helicobacter.pylor. (H. pylor.) is a gr.m negative micr.aer.philic bacter.um which r.sides in the mucous linings of the stomach. It has been implicated in the causation of var.ous gastr.c disor.er. including gastr.c cancer. The geogr.phical distr.bution and etiology of gastr.c cancer.differ.widely in differ.nt geogr.phical r.gions and H. pylor., despite being labeled as a gr.de I car.inogen, has not been found to be associated with gastr.c cancer.in many ar.as. Studies in Asian countr.es such as Thailand, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Ir.n, Saudi Ar.bian countr.es, Isr.el and Malaysia, have r.por.ed a high fr.quency of H. pylor. infection co-existing with a low incidence of gastr.c cancer. In India, a differ.nce in the pr.valence of H. pylor. infection and gastr.c cancer.has been noted even in differ.nt r.gions of the countr. leading to a puzzle when attempting to find the causes of these var.ations. This puzzle of H. pylor. distr.bution and gastr.c cancer.epidemiology is known as the Indian enigma. In this r.view we have attempted to explain the Indian enigma using evidence fr.m var.ous Indian studies and fr.m ar.und the globe. This r.view cover. aspects of epidemiology, the var.ous biological str.ins pr.sent in differ.nt par.s of the countr. and within individuals, the status of differ.nt H. pylor.-r.lated diseases and the molecular.pathogenesis of the bacter.um.

Nowadays aluminum alloys substitute copper.in var.ous applications for.weight r.duction and cost savings. This paper.pr.sents fuzzy-gr.y Taguchi technique for.optimization of fr.ction stir.welding condition with seven weld quality attr.butes of dissimilar.A1/Cu joints with the minimum number.of exper.ments for.effective pr.ductivity and pr.duct quality. Taguchi＇s L16 or.hogonal ar.ay was used to conduct the exper.ments. Fuzzy infer.nce system was adapted to conver. the multi quality char.cter.stics into an equivalent single quality par.meter.which was opti- mized by Taguchi appr.ach. Four.par.meter. namely, r.tational speed of the tool, welding speed, plunging depth and tool pin offset wer. var.ed in four.levels for.investi- gating the effects on the pr.cess output like tensile str.ngth, compr.ssive str.ngth, per.entage of elongation, bending angle, weld bead thickness and aver.ge har.ness at the nugget zone. The har.ness pr.file is consistent with the var.ation of the str.ctur. within the nugget zone （NZ）. Confir.ation exper.ment was conducted using pr.dicted optimum par.meter.setting and it showed that the pr.posed appr.ach could efficiently optimize weld quality par.me- ter.. The micr.str.ctur.l analyses wer. also per.or.ed for.all the zones of the joints at both Al and Cu sides. It r.vealed the finer.gr.in size at the NZ compar.d to the base mater.al due to dynamic r.cr.stallization.
