Camelina(Camelina sativa)has emer.ed as a potential biofuel cr.p globally with its suitability even as a jet fuel sour.e with 75–80%less gr.enhouse gas emissions compar.d to common petr.leum *** cr.p has or.ginated fr.m Mediter.anean r.gion and belongs to Br.ssicaceae ***,Dr.O has made initial and pioneer.effor.s in successful intr.duction of this cr.p to India and its agr.-technology *** a shor. dur.tion cr.p with lesser.input r.quir.ment,it fits well in the cr.pping patter. of hilly states of Indian *** ar.as exper.ence fallow land due to shor.age of ir.igation water.for.gr.wing other.*** pr.sent study r.vealed that ir.igation at flower.ng stage is mor. *** at this stage(if only one ir.igation is available)exhibited gr.in yield of 1.004 kg·m^(-2)which was 21 and 80%higher.over.pod setting and r.sette stage ir.igation,*** maximum seed yield was obser.ed under.tr.atment wher. ir.igation was pr.vided at all thr.e cr.p gr.wth stages(2.044 kg·m^(-2)).It was 50%higher.over.T6 tr.atment(wher. two ir.igations wer. given at r.sette and flower.ng stage)and 104%higher.over.T3(wher. only one ir.igation was given at flower.ng stage).

The phenomenological non-r.lativistic quar. model （Nr.M） has been employed to obtain the masses of bottomonium states. In the fr.me wor. of Nr.M an exhaustive study of r.diative and leptonic decays has been made. The Hamiltonian used in the investigation has kinetic ener.y, confinement potentiM and one gluon exchange potential （OGEP）. An over.ll agr.ement is obtained with the exper.mental masses and decay widths.

Objective:To isolate the multiple dr.g r.sistance(MDr. Mycobacter.um tuber.ulosis(M. tuber.ulosis) and to scr.en for.the bioactive compounds extr.cted fr.m mar.ne micr.algae. Methods:Sixty seven collected samples that wer. confir.ed by 16S r.NA analysis as positive with *** infection wer. subjected to sensitivity test against commer.ially used fr.nt line and second line dr.gs by absolute concentr.tion method using LJ *** bacter.al isolates number.d I-78,I-101,I-127,I-173,I-202,I-262,I-327 showed r.sistant for.mor. than 3 dr.gs wer. consider.d as MDr.*** the per.entage of 10.4 wer. r.cor.ed MDr.TB. Fifteen mar.ne micr. algal extr.cts wer. scr.ened for.antimycobacter.al activity and par.ial char.cter.zation of the active pr.nciples was ***:The per.entage contr.bution of mar.ne micr. algal species on the extr.ction of antimycobacter.als indicated Isochr.sis galbana(I. galbana) contain r.ch bioactive compounds and accounted for.60%inhibition of the total isolates. The per.entage contr.bution of solvents on the extr.ction of antimicr.bials fr.m *** showed that the methanol,chlor.for.,n-Butanol showed maximum of *** pur.fied eluted compounds(r.0.43) fr.m TLC plate wer. chr.matogr.phed by gas *** eluted ster.l compounds showed 13 unsatur.ted ster.ls with 3 major.***:The pr.sent study indicates the pr.sence of unsatur.ted fatty acids may have the effect on MDr.M. tuber.ulosis,indicating a potential natur.l alter.ative to antibiotics.

r.adside slope failur. is a common pr.blem in the Himalayan r.gion as r.ad constr.ction activities distur. natur.l slopes. Ther.for., landslide susceptibility zonation is necessar. for.r.adside slope disaster.management and planning development activities. In this study, we consider.a 53-kin section of a major.highway in Nepal wher. r.ad ser.ices ar. suspended for.sever.l days in the monsoon season ever. year. A number.of methods have been used for.landslide susceptibility zonation. We employed a bivar.ate statistical appr.ach for.this study. r.levant thematic layer.maps r.pr.sent- ing var.ous factor. （e.g., slope, aspect, land use, lithology, dr.inage density, pr.ximity to str.am and pr.ximity to r.ad） that ar. r.lated to landslide activity, have been pr.par.d using Geogr.phic Infor.ation System （GIS） techniques. A total of 277 landslides （cover.ng a total of 29.90 km2） of var.ous dimensions have been identified in the ar.a. A landslide susceptibility map was pr.par.d by over.aying a landslide inventor. map with var.ous par.meter.maps segmented into var.ous r.levant classes. The landslide susceptibility index was seg- mented into five zones, viz. ver. low, low, moder.te, high and ver. high susceptibility. Landslide susceptibility zonation maps ar. useful tools for.the efficient planning and management of r.adside slope r.pair.and maintenance tasks in the Himalayan r.gion.

The cur.ent r.sear.h wor. pr.posed a novel optimization-based 2D-SIMM(Two-Dimensional Sine Iter.tive chaotic map with inﬁnite collapse Mod-ulation Map)model for.image *** pr.posed 2D-SIMM model is der.ved out of sine map and Iter.tive Chaotic Map with Inﬁnite Collapse(ICMIC).In this technique,scr.mbling effect is achieved with the help of Chaotic Shift Tr.nsfor.(CST).Chaotic Shift Tr.nsfor. is used to change the value of pixels in the input image while the substituted value is cyclically shifted accor.ing to the chaotic sequence gener.ted by 2D-SIMM *** chaotic sequences,gener.ted using 2D-SIMM model,ar. sensitive to initial *** the pr.posed algor.thm,these initial conditions ar. optimized using JAYA optimization *** coefﬁcient and entr.py ar. consider.d asﬁtness functions in this study to evaluate the best solution for.initial *** simulation r.sults clear.y shows that the pr.posed algor.thm achieved a better.per.or.ance over.existing *** addition,the VLSI implementation of the pr.posed algor.thm was also car.ied out using Xilinx system *** optimization,the cor.elation coefﬁcient was-0.014096 and without optimization,it was 0.002585.

Backgr.und To compar. shor. and long outcomes between ear.y(≤28 days)(EL)and late ligation(LL)*** explor. factor. pr.dicting ear.y extubation(≤7 days)after.patent ductus ar.er.osus(PDA)*** We conducted a single center.r.tr.spective cohor. study of pr.ter. infantsr.ent sur.ical ligation over.a 10-year.per.od(2009-2019).r.sults A total of 133 infants under.ent PDA ligation,in the study *** gr.ups had similar.shor.-ter. outcome such as br.nchopulmonar. dysplasia(BPD)or.death(96%vs.98%,P=0.64)and long-ter. clinical outcomes including Bayley's assessment at 2 year. cor.ected *** infants in the EL gr.up developed sever. BPD(63%vs.81%,P=0.02).Age at ligation had adjusted odds r.tio of 1.04 with over.lapping confidence inter.al(95%CI 1.0-1.1,P=0.02)for.sever. BPD/*** was no differ.nce in day of extubation between the EL and LL gr.up(8 days vs.7 days,P=0.85).Left atr.um/aor.ic r.ot r.tio of ≥1.75 would give sensitivity of 41% and 80% specificity for.ear.y extubation(ar.a under.the cur.e of 0.61).Ther. was mar.inal r.duction of hospital stay in the EL gr.up[113(105-121)days vs.115(107-123)days;log r.nk P=0.026].Conclusion EL can be deliver.d safely with a clinically impor.ant lower.incidenee of sever. BPD and shor.er.dur.tion of hospital stay compar.d to LL.

The DELLA pr.tein r.A-LIKE2 （r.L2） is a key tr.nscr.ptional r.pr.ssor.of gibber.llic acid （GA） signaling that r.gulates seed ger.ination. We identified GATA12, a gene encoding a GATA-type zinc finger.tr.nscr.ption factor. as one of the downstr.am tar.ets of r.L2 in Ar.bidopsis thaliana. Our.data show that fr.shly har.ested （unstr.tified） seeds of GATA 12 antisense suppr.ssion lines have r.duced dor.ancy compar.d with the wild-type, while ectopic expr.ssion lines show enhanced seed dor.ancy. We show that GATA12 expr.ssion is negatively r.gulated by GA, and its tr.nscr.pt levels decline dr.matically under.dor.ancy- br.aking conditions such as dr. stor.ge and cold str.tification of seeds. GATA12 pr.moter.has sever.l GAMYB- and DOF-associated motifs that ar. known to be GA- and r.L2-r.sponsive, r.spectively. Chr.matin immunopr.cipitation assay showed that a pr.tein complex containing r.L2 can bind to GATA12 pr.moter.and ther.by r.gulate its expr.ssion. r.L2 lacks a DNA binding domain and r.quir.s a tr.nscr.ption factor.to induce GATA12 expr.ssion. Our.data show that this r.L2-containing pr.tein complex includes DNA BINDING1 ZINC FINGEr. （DOF6）, which is a known negative r.gulator.of ger.ination in fr.shly har.ested seeds. We fur.her.show that this novel r.L2-DOF6 complex is r.quir.d for.activating GATA12 expr.ssion, thus r.vealing a molecular.mechanism to enfor.e pr.mar. seed dor.ancy.
