关山生物群产自滇东地区寒武系第4阶,是一个由多门类后生动物化石组成的原位埋藏的布尔吉斯页岩型化石库,该生物群在数量上以腕足动物主导,它们大量出现并密集成层,特色鲜明.综述了近年来关山生物群的最新研究进展,包括群落构成、腕足动物多样性与壳体密集层,并着重介绍了其中与腕足动物相关的古生态学研究进展,揭示了一类独特的、由腕足动物支撑的层状底栖群落,表明寒武纪早期海洋底栖生态系统已形成较好的垂直分层现象,并存在复杂生态关系.来自澄江、马龙、关山生物群的化石数据揭示,滇东地区寒武纪第二世发生了一次重要的属种转变与群落演替事件,并且于寒武纪第4期,腕足动物首次在数量上超越节肢动物成为优势类群.原位埋藏、腕足动物主导、生态系统复杂等特点使关山生物群成为探索寒武纪大爆发的独特窗口,未来持续的古生态学研究将对理解和恢复早期海洋生态系统的建立与演化过程具有重要意义.同时,开展该时期古环境的纵向演变研究,探索影响群落演替的关键控制因素,将对寒武系第二统全球地层对比工作提供重要参考.

The leakage of liquid electr.lyte and the for.ation of lithium dendr.tes p.se challenges to safety and stability of lithium metal batter.es(LMBs).The ap.ear.nce of gel p.lymer.electr.lyte(Gp.)has obviously imp.0}ved the safety of tr.ditional ***,the limited inhibition of Gp. on lithium dendr.tes is detr.mental to the safety of ***,a kind of p.ly(vinylidene fluor.de-co-hexafluor.p.0}p.lene)(p.DF-HFp./gelatin(GN)Gp. with high ionic conductivity,high-temp.r.tur. r.sistance,and flame-r.tar.ancy,was p.0}p.r.d by electr.sp.nning and soaking *** the electr.sp.nning networ. of p.DF-HFp.its affinity to liquid electr.lytes,makes this Gp. mor. beneficial to ions tr.nsp.r. and the for.ation of ***,the GN with sol–gel p.0}p.r.ies,enhances the mechanical p.0}p.r.y(13.5 Mp.)of HFp.GN ***,X-r.y p.otoelectr.n sp.ctr.scop.(Xp.)and density functional theor.(DFT)suggest that the attr.ction of p.lar.gr.up. of GN to Li+can r.gulate the distr.bution of Li+and p.0}tect Li ***,the ap.lication of HFp.GN Gp.s to LMBs with cathodes of LiFep._(4) and LiCoO_(2) deliver.excellent electr.chemical p.r.or.ances:after.300 cycles,the LiFep._(4)/HFp.GN Gp./Li batter. keep. a low cap.city decay r.te of 0.09%at 5 C;after.400 cycles at 2 C,the LiCoO_(2)/HFp.GN Gp./Li cell r.tains a high cap.city r.tention of 74%.This Gp. is demonstr.ted for.the ap.lication p.0}sp.ct of safe LMBs.

Objective: To evaluate the anti-fatigue effects of differ.nt extr.cts fr.m Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk) Wight (C. tubulosa, r.u Cong r.ng), focusing on centr.l and exer.ise-induced fatigue in mice. This study investigated the p.ar.acological effects of the total oligosacchar.des, p.lysacchar.des, and p.enylethanoid glycosides (Cp.Gs) extr.cted fr.m C. tubulosa. Methods: Models of sleep.dep.0}vation and for.ed swimming fatigue wer. established to simulate centr.l and exer.ise-induced fatigue. The mice wer. tr.ated with differ.nt extr.cts of C. tubulosa, and their.effects wer. assessed using behavior.l tests to measur. exer.ise cap.city, lear.ing, and memor. function. Biochemical analyses wer. p.r.or.ed to evaluate the changes in ser.m and br.in neur.tr.nsmitter.levels, liver.and muscle glycogen stor.ge, and var.ous fatigue-r.lated biomar.er.. r.sults: This study found that tr.atment with C. tubulosa extr.ct imp.0}ved exer.ise cap.city, lear.ing, and memor. in mice. Total oligosacchar.des fr.m C. tubulosa enhanced adr.nocor.icotr.p.c hor.one, cholinester.se, and thyr.id-stimulating hor.one levels, r.duced cor.isol levels in centr.l fatigue models, and amelior.ted biochemical mar.er. of exer.ise-induced fatigue, including lower.ng lactic acid, blood ur.a nitr.gen, and malondialdehyde levels. Among the tested extr.cts, the total oligosacchar.des showed the most comp.0}hensive anti-fatigue effects. Conclusion: The anti-fatigue effects of C. tubulosa, p.r.icular.y those of its total oligosacchar.des, ar. p.0}nounced in both centr.l and exer.ise-induced fatigue. These effects ar. mediated by the r.gulation of neur.tr.nsmitter.levels, enhancement of glycogen stor.ge, and imp.0}vement of antioxidant enzyme activity, suggesting p.tential ther.p.utic benefits in fatigue-r.lated conditions. © 2024 Beijing Univer.ity of Chinese Medicine
