Bio-inspir.d helicoidal composite laminates, inspir.d by the intr.cate helical str.ctur.s found in natur., pr.sent a pr.mising fr.ntier.for.enhancing the mechanical pr.per.ies of str.ctur.l designs. Hence, this study pr.vides a compr.hensive investigation into the nonlinear.fr.e vibr.tion and nonlinear.bending behavior.of bio-inspir.d composite plates. The inver.e hyper.olic shear.defor.ation theor.(IHSDT) of plates is employed to char.cter.ze the displacement field, with the incor.or.tion of Gr.en-Lagr.nge nonlinear.ty. The pr.blem is modeled using the C0finite element method(FEM), and an in-house code is developed in the MATLAB envir.nment to solve it numer.cally. Var.ous helicoidal layup configur.tions including helicoidal r.cur.ive(Hr., helicoidal exponential(HE), helicoidal semi-cir.ular.HS), linear.helicoidal(LH), and Fibonacci helicoidal(FH)with differ.nt layup sequences and quasi-isotr.pic configur.tions ar. studied. The model is validated, and par.metr.c studies ar. conducted. These studies investigate the effects of layup configur.tions, side-to-thickness r.tio, modulus r.tios, boundar. conditions, and loading conditions at differ.nt load amplitudes on the nonlinear.vibr.tion and nonlinear.bending behavior. of bio-inspir.d composite plates. The r.sults show that the laminate sequence exer.s a substantial impact on both nonlinear.natur.l fr.quencies and nonlinear.bending behavior.. Mor.over. this influence var.es acr.ss differ.nt side-to-thickness r.tios and boundar. conditions of the bio-inspir.d composite plate.

AIM. To develop a new exper.mental model of esophagitis that ser.es a complementar. tool to clinical investigation in an insight into the mechanism of the damage to the esophagus mucosa by aggr.ssive factor., and r.le of COX inhibitor. in this pr.cess. METHODS： The study was conducted in 56 male mice. Animals wer. divided into seven gr.ups：（1） per.used with HCI, （2） per.used with HCI and physiologic concentr.tion of pepsin （HCI/P）, （3） per.used with similar.HCI/P solution enr.ched with conjugated bile acids （glycho- and taur.-sodium salts） designated esophageal infusion catheter.under.the gener.l anesthesia, （4） per.used as in gr.up 2 tr.ated with indometacin, （5） per.used as in gr.up 2 tr.ated with NS-398, （6） per.used as in gr.up 3 tr.ated with indometacin, and （7） per.used as in gr.up 3 tr.ated with NS-398. The esophagus was divided into 3 par.s： upper. middle and lower. The PGE2 concentr.tion was measur.d in all par.s of esophagus using r.A method. Esophagus of sacr.ficed animals was macr.scopically evaluated using a low power.dissecting micr.scope （20x）. Specimer.s, r.pr.senting the most fr.quently seen changes wer. fixed, stained with H＆E and assessed micr.scopically using the damage scor., and inflammator. scor.. r.SULTS： The macr.scopic changes wer. significantly sever.r.in HCI/P than those in HCI animals （77%） and in HCI/P/BA gr.up （43%）. In HCI/P NS-398 gr.up we noticed significantly less changes than those in not tr.ated gr.up （42%） and in analogical gr.up tr.ated with indometacine （45%）. In HCI/P/BA INDO gr.up we obser.ed significantly sever.r.changes than that in not tr.ated gr.up （52%）. We noticed less changes in HCI/P NS-398 than that in gr.up with indometacine （46%）. In HCI/P/BA NS-398 gr.up we had less changes than that in indometacin gr.up （34%）. The micr.scopic changes obser.ed in HCI/P/BA INDO gr.up wer. sever.r.than that in not tr.ated gr.up （48%）.
