This ar.icle pr.sents a com.act wideband m.cr.str.p-fed planar.m.nopole antenna com.osed of a r.ctangular.patch and slotted gr.und str.ctur.. By placing pair.of sym.etr.cal squar. stubs, m.king slots in the stubs, putting stubs on the sides of the r.diating patch, gives wide-band char.cter.stics. The antenna only one of its kinds in str.ctur., sm.ll in size and sim.le design due to less num.er.of design par.m.ter., com.ar.d with the existing UWB antennas in the liter.tur.. The bandwidth, r.diation patter. and other.antenna par.m.ter. ar. at acceptable level. IE3D m.thod of m.m.nts based sim.lation softwar. is used for.design and analysis. The sim.lated r.sults ar. confir.ed by conducting exper.m.nts with the help of r.hde and Schwar., Ger.an m.ke ZVK m.del No.8651 Vector.Networ. Analyzer.and discussed.

Com.act m.cr.str.p antennas have r.cently r.ceived m.ch attention due to the incr.asing dem.nd of sm.ll antennas for.per.onal com.unication equipm.nt. The pr.blem.of achieving a wide im.edance bandwidth for.com.act m.cr.str.p antennas is becom.ng an im.or.ant topic in m.cr.str.p antenna design. In this paper.the design and developm.nt of a 2 × 1 ar.ay of a low cost slotted m.cr.str.p line fed shor.ed patch antenna (m.SPA) has been pr.sented. Both the shor.ed patch and m.cr.str.p line feed networ. have air.substr.te. The m.ter.al cost is thus r.duced to a m.nim.m. The ar.ay consists of two adjacent patches fed, using a sim.le m.cr.str.p T networ.. The im.edance bandwidth of near.y 40%, cover.ng the bandwidth r.quir.m.nt of 1750 m.z band is obtained. Also the antenna exhibits dual band oper.tion. The cr.ss polar.zation r.diation in H-Plane obser.ed with a single elem.nt antenna has been r.duced consider.bly with 2 × 1 ar.ay. A peak antenna gain of 9.2 dBi is obtained with a sm.ll var.ation of 0.8 dBi. Fr.m.the r.sults obtained it is clear.that the antenna ar.ay studied has a low cost fabr.cation and is suitable for.applications in DCS m.bile com.unication base station.

Biodiesel pr.duction fr.m.m.cr.algae depends on algal biom.ss pr.duction thr.ugh autotr.phic cultivation,and it has a lot of potential as a feasible alter.ative sour.e of *** lethal and m.tagenic effects of ethyl m.thanesulphonate(Em.)ar. investigated in the pr.sent study on the or.anism.Chlor.lla pyr.noidosa for.the gener.tion of paler.*** *** wild-type str.in was tr.ated with 0.1,0.2,and 0.5 m.Em. doses and the colonies that appear.d after.20 days of gr.wth on a solid TAP m.dium.wer. analyzed,and a total of two m.tant colonies with less pigm.ntation wer. *** CPm.(10.02±0.03 and 3.12±0.04µg/m.)and CPm.(9.55±0.0 and 32.84±0.03µg/m.)m.tants had lower.chlor.-phyll a and b and car.tenoids content than wild *** pr.duced significant biom.ss(1.34-and 1.31-fold enhanced biom.ss in CPm. and CPm.)and lipid content than the wild *** findings suggest that genetic m.dification of *** has the potential to pr.duce str.ins with incr.ased biom.ss pr.ductivity and lipid content for.biofuel pr.duction.

Acute m.eloid leukem.a (Am.) is a phenotypically heter.geneous disor.er. The m. subtype of Am. is fr.quently associated with the cytogenetic m.r.er.inver.ion 16 and/or.the pr.sence of eosinophilia. Blast cr.sis is the aggr.ssive phase of the tr.phasic chr.nic m.eloid leukem.a (Cm.), which is a disease with Philadelphia (Ph) chr.m.som. as the m.jor.abnor.ality. In the pr.sent study, we r.por. a 76-year.old patient suspected of having Am. with eosinophilic differ.ntiation (Am.-m.), which in clinical tests r.sem.les Cm. blast cr.sis with m.ltiple chr.m.som.l abnor.alities. Isochr.m.som. 21 [i(21)(q10)] was the m.st r.cur.ent featur. noted in m.taphases with 46 chr.m.som.s. r.ng chr.m.som., tetr.ploid endor.duplication, r.cur.ent aneuploid clones with loss of X chr.m.som., m.nosom. 17, m.nosom. 7, and str.ctur.l var.ation tr.nslocation (9;14) wer. also obser.ed in this patient. Fluor.scent in situ hybr.dization (FISH) confir.ed the absence of Ph chr.m.som.. This r.por. shows how cytogenetic analyses r.vealed atypical str.ctur.l aber.ations in the m. subtype of Am..

r.lstonia solanacear.m.infecting Davana （Ar.em.sia pallens Wall.） fr.m.com.er.ial nur.er.es in India was isolated on m.dified sem. selective m.dia （Sm.A）. Her., we r.por. a new host for.r.lstonia solanacear.m.i.e. davana. It has huge dem.nd in m.dicinal and ar.m.tic industr.es. Isolate was confir.ed as r.ce-l, biovar.3 by m.r.hological, physiological, biochem.cal and pathogenicity studies. Two sets of pr.m.r. （OLI 1 ＆ Y2 and Y 1 ＆ Y2） wer. used in this study. Fur.her. the identity of the isolate was confir.ed by ser.logical diagnostic kit obtained fr.m.Inter.ational Potato r.sear.h Center. Lim., Per. and single chain var.able fr.gm.nt antibody specific to r.lstonia solanacear.m.used to confir. the casual or.anism.
