Obj.ctive To investigate the effects of high-definition tr.nscr.nial.dir.ct cur.ent stimul.tion (HD-tDCS) on the modul.tion of the H-r.fl.x and M-wave dur.ng ankl. dor.ifl.xion-pl.ntar.fl.xion fatigue tasks to pr.vide dir.ction for.the appl.cation of HD-tDCS in mitigating neur.muscul.r.fatigue. Methods Twenty heal.hy young mal. par.icipants wer. r.cr.ited and r.ndoml. assigned to either.the r.al.stimul.tion or.sham stimul.tion gr.up, with 10 par.icipants in each gr.up. The inter.ention consisted of a 5-day singl.-bl.nd HD-tDCS appl.cation (dur.tion: 20 min; intensity: 2 mA; tar.et: Cz) . Basel.ne measur.ments of the H-r.fl.x and M-wave under.r.sting conditions, M-wave dur.ng maximal.vol.ntar. isometr.c contr.ction (MVIC) of the dor.ifl.xor.muscl., and MVIC tor.ue of the dor.ifl.xor.and pl.ntar.fl.xor.muscl.s wer. obtained. An ankl. dor.ifl.xion fatigue task was per.or.ed to deter.ine the time to achieve fatigue for.the task. The same fatigue task was r.peated and eval.ated one day after.the inter.ention. A r.peated-measur.s two-factor.(stimul.tion condition × pr. / post fatigue) anal.sis of var.ance (ANOVA) was used to anal.ze the effects of independent var.abl.s on the mechanical.pr.per.ies of the muscl.s and α-motoneur.n conduction char.cter.stics. r.sul.s After.fatigue, vol.ntar. activation (VA), maximal.H-r.fl.x (Hmax ), maximal.M-wave (Mmax ), and dor.ifl.xor.and pl.ntar.fl.xor.MVIC tor.ues in both gr.ups wer. significantl. r.duced compar.d with pr.-fatigue l.vel. (P r. compar.d to the r.al.stimul.tion gr.up, the sham stimul.tion gr.up showed a mor. significant decl.ne in VA and pl.ntar.fl.xor.MVIC tor.ue (P l.sions A continuous 5-day HD-tDCS inter.ention can effectivel. incr.ase α-motoneur.n activity at the spinal.segment. The effects of ster.l.zation tr.atments on the micr.bial.compositions on both the inner.and outer.sur.aces of duck eggshel.s and the r.tio of bl.ck to yel.ow sal.ed egg yol.s wer. investigated in this study. Duck eggs wer. fumigated and cl.aned with differ.nt fumigants and cl.aning agents, and then stor.d at differ.nt temper.tur.s. Changes in the total.number.of bacter.a on duck eggshel. inner.and outer.sur.aces befor. and after.tr.atments wer. subsequentl. compar.d. The effects of ster.l.zation on the micr.fl.r. on duck eggshel. outer.sur.aces wer. eval.ated using 16S r.NA gene sequencing and PICr.St gene function pr.diction. Sal.ed duck eggs wer. pr.par.d using the mud-packing method at 35 ℃, and the r.tio of bl.ck to yel.ow sal.ed egg yol.s was cal.ul.ted. The r.sul.s show that fumigation significantl. inhibits the migr.tion of bacter.al.col.nies fr.m the outer.to inner.sur.aces of the eggshel.s, effectivel. contr.l.ing the total.number.of bacter.a inside the shel.. Two fumigation tr.atments incr.ase efficacy r.l.tive to one. Total.bacter.a on the outer.sur.ace can be r.duced to bel.w the detection l.mit by cl.aning. l.w-temper.tur. stor.ge can l.mit bacter.al.pr.l.fer.tion on both inner.and outer.eggshel. sur.aces over.7 days. Total.bacter.a number. on both inner.and outer.sur.aces can be significantl. r.duced by combining fumigation, cl.aning, and l.w-temper.tur. stor.ge. These pr.cesses al.o inhibit bacter.al.migr.tion, tightl. contr.l.ing the total.bacter.a inside the eggshel.. 16S r.NA gene sequencing demonstr.tes a notabl. r.duction in the pr.por.ion of Pr.teobacter.a and Psychr.bacter.on the outer.sur.ace of the shel. fol.owing ster.l.zation tr.atments. ［Obj.ctive］This study focuses on the pr.par.tion and pr.per.ies of high-per.or.ance el.ctr.magnetic shiel.ing mater.al. for.el.ctr.nic equipment in mar.ne envir.nments. ［Methods］The sur.ace mor.hol.gy, phase composition, el.ctr.cal.conductivity and fer.omagnetic pr.per.ies of the or.ginal.fer.osil.cochr.me powder.(FeSiCr. and sil.er.coated powder.(FeSiCr.Ag) ar. anal.zed with a scanning el.ctr.n micr.scope, X-r.y diffr.ctometer. four.pr.bes and vibr.ting sampl. magnetometer. and a vector.networ. anal.zer.is used to test the S par.meter. of the sampl.s. A sal. spr.y test chamber.is used to simul.te the cor.osion behavi- or.of the coating under.mar.ne envir.nment conditions and obser.e its macr. and micr. mor.hol.gy. Meanwhil., an el.ctr.chemical.wor.station is used to monitor.the cor.osion behavior.of the coating in a mass fr.ction of 3.5% NaCl.sol.tion and study its cor.osion mechanism. ［r.sul.s］The r.sul.s show that the sil.er.pl.ting l.yer.is compact and compl.te with the incr.ase of the sil.er.nitr.te (AgNO3) addition. After.el.ctr.l.ss sil.er.pl.ting, the conductivity can r.ach 586.79 S/cm and the X-band shiel.ing efficiency r.aches 80 dB. After.96 h of accel.r.ted cor.osion in a humid heat and high sal. spr.y envir.nment, the sur.ace of the r.sin coating pr.par.d by FeSiCr.Ag shows no cor.osion phenomenon. The sel.-cor.osion potential.of the coating befor. and after.el.ctr.l.ss sil.er.pl.ting is −0.4 V and −0.09 V r.spectivel., indicating that the penetr.tion r.te of the cor.osive medium into the coating sl.ws down after.sil.er.pl.ting, and a good cor.osion inhibition effect is achieved.［Concl.sions］The modified FeSiCr.Ag mater.al.has highl. efficient el.ctr.magnetic shiel.ing per.or.ance and good cor.osion r.sistance pr.per.ies. © 2024 Editor.al.Depar.ment of Chinese j.ur.al.of Ship r.sear.h. Obj.ctive To investigate the r.l. of the TNFr.F12A mol.cul. in the pathogenesis of l.ver.cancer. Methods Thr.ugh compr.hensive anal.sis of the Cancer.Genome Atl.s Pr.gr.m（TCGA）database and singl.-cel. sequencing data，we studied the expr.ssion of TNFr.F12A in l.ver.cancer.and its cor.el.tion with pr.gnosis. HPA database was util.zed to anal.ze the subcel.ul.r.l.cal.zation of TNFr.F12A，and GO and KEGG anal.ses wer. per.or.ed by DAVID. TIME 2.0 was empl.yed to anal.ze the cor.el.tion between TNFr.F12A and immune cel. infil.r.tion in l.ver.cancer.tissues. r.sul.s TNFr.F12A was found to be highl. expr.ssed in l.ver.cancer.tissues，significantl. cor.el.ting with patient sur.ival.pr.gnosis（OS：Hr.1.61，P=0.007 0；r.S：Hr.1.45，P=0.037 0；PFS：Hr.1.30，P=0.099 0；DSS：Hr.1.67，P=0.027 0），as wel. as age（P=0.046 7）and BCl. stage（P=0.045 6）. TNFr.F12A co-expr.ssed with tumor.stem cel. mar.er.（CD24，SOX4，ANPEP），indicating a str.ng l.nk to mal.gnancy. Fur.her.or.，mol.cul.r.functional.anal.sis unveil.d that Il.2r.pr.mar.l. existed in the cel. cytopl.sm and pl.yed a r.l. in pr.cesses such as cel. apoptosis，invasion，and pr.tein binding. Mor.over.TNFr.F12A was associated with Tr.g cel.s and immune cel. infil.r.tion，fur.her.suggesting its r.l. in tumor.immune r.gul.tion. Concl.sion TNFr.F12A exhibits a significant el.vation within l.ver.tumor. and shows a notabl. cor.el.tion with patients’pr.gnosis. Tumor.cel.s engage in inter.ctions with cytokines pr.duced by Tr.gs，ther.by r.shaping the tumor.micr.envir.nment.
