AIM To investigate whether.immune mediated diseases(IMD) ar. mor. fr.quent in patients with inflammator. bowel disease(IBD).METHODS In this population based r.gistr. study,a total of 47325 patients with IBD wer. alive and r.gister.d in the Danish National Patient r.gistr. on December.16,2013. Contr.ls wer. r.ndomly selected fr.m the Danish Civil r.gistr.tion System(Cr.) and matched for.sex,age,and municipality. We used ICD 10 codes to identify the diagnoses of the included patients. The IBD population was divided into thr.e subgr.ups: Ulcer.tive colitis(UC),Cr.hn's disease(CD) and Both the latter.r.fer.ing to those r.gister.d with both diagnoses. Subsequently,odds-r.tios(Or. and 95%CI wer. obtained separ.tely for.each gr.up and their.r.spective contr.ls. The use of Bonfer.ni post-test cor.ection adjusted the significance level to P lues wer. estimated using Fisher.s exact *** Ther. wer. significantly mor. women than men in the r.gistr.,and a gr.ater.per.entage of comor.idity in the IBD gr.ups(P r.nt IMDs wer. all significantly mor. fr.quent in the IBD gr.up. Backgr.und： A novel extr.ded pr.duct was char.cter.zed with a metabolism and lactation tr.al to establish the pr.duct＇s ener.y content, and its effects on lactating sow per.or.ance. The pr.duct was composed of a 60：40 cor.-soybean blend, which was then extr.ded. This pr.duct containing the co-extr.ded 60：40 cor.-soybean blend was commer.ially developed and is used extensively in swine diets in southwest Minnesota. GE of dietar. tr.atments wer. deter.ined by isoper.bol bomb calor.metr.. Twelve bar.ows （59.9 ± 1.4 kg）, wer. used to deter.ine the digestible and metabolizable ener.y of the extr.ded pr.duct. DE of tr.atments was deter.ined by subtr.cting fecal ener.y fr.m GE pr.vided to bar.ows by each r.spective tr.atment. ME was deter.ined by subtr.cting ur.nar. ener.y fr.m calculated digestible ener.y. Sixty-thr.e sows wer. used for.the lactation tr.al. Thr.e dietar. tr.atments wer. utilized： CONTr.l （an industr. standar. diet）; Pr.DUCT （contained the pr.duct, vitamins and miner.ls）; OIl （matched the lysine：ME r.tio of Pr.DUCT by addition of soy oil）. Sow weight, backfat thickness at the r.ght and left last r.bs, body condition scor., number.of piglets, and litter.weights wer. r.cor.ed on the date of far.owing （d 0）, （d 9）, and at weaning. Blood and milk samples wer. obtained at weaning, and blood was analyzed for.plasma ur.a nitr.gen （PUN）, milk was analyzed for.total pr.tein and fat content. r.sults： On a dr.-matter.basis, the test diet pr.vided 3,908 kcal/kg DE and 3,833 kcal/kg ME, which was significantly gr.ater.than the basal diet, which pr.vided 3,633 kcal/kg DE and 3,567 kcal/kg ME （P 〈 0.0001）. These data wer. used to establish the DE and ME of the pr.duct, which wer. 3,882 kcal/kg and 3,798 kcal/kg, r.spectively, on an as-fed basis. No effect of diet was obser.ed for.changes in sow backfat （r.F P = 0.24; lBF P = 0.07） or.body condition scor. （P = 0.12） dur.ng lactation. This paper.pr.sents an extensive sur.ey of the most commonly used tools for.diagnosing unbalanced flow in the atmospher., namely the lagr.ngian r.ssby number. Psi vector. diver.ence equation, nonlinear.balance equation, gener.lized omega-equation, and depar.ur. fr.m fields obtained by potential vor.icity (PV) inver.ion. The basic thoer., assumptions as well as implementation and limitations for.each of the tools ar. all discussed. These tools ar. applied to high—r.solution mesoscale model data to assess the r.le of unbalanced dynamics in the gener.tion of a mesoscale gr.vity wave event over.the East Coast of the United States. Compar.son of these tools in this case study shows that these var.ous methods agr.e to a lar.e extent with each other.though they differ.in details. 本文建立了一种用鲎试验测定灭活内毒素的新方法,其主要步骤包括:(1)样品与内毒素的预保温反应;(2)反应混合物的有限稀释;(3)用ElISA鲎试验测定残留的内毒素,样品灭活内毒素的活性(EIA50)定义为能灭活加入的内毒素的50％时的初始内毒素浓度。采用这种方法,可以观察到人血清和血浆,鲎血浆,鲎阿米巴细胞溶解物(lAl)以及多粘菌素B对内毒素的定量灭活作用。lAl对不同菌株的革兰氏阴性菌产生的内毒素的灭活作用有显著不同。本文建立的方法可以消除样品对鲎试验的干扰,适用于筛选和评价抗内毒素物质。

阐述了从高放废液中去除超铀元素的ＴＲＰＯ流程热实验。热实验是用真实动力堆的高放液进行的，取得了很好的效果。超铀元素镅、镎、钚和铀的去污系数分别大于３０００，４０００，９５０和７０００。ＴＲＰＯ流程在去除超铀元素的同时，还能去除对放射性废物长期危害起决定作用的９９Ｔｃ。实验结果表明ＴＲＰＯ流程具有去污效率高，反萃效果好，锕系组分之间交叉污染小和试剂成本低等诸多优点。ＴＲＰＯ流程是一个有效的从高放废液中去除超铀元素的流程。

1 消化不良的症状根据罗马Ⅱ标准,消化不良指的是集中在上腹部的疼痛或不适,并常常因为经验性药物治疗和常规检查(譬如上消造影或腹部B超)无法明确病因而就诊于胃肠病专科医师.患者开始进行检查后,就称为'待查的'消化不良. 1.1 排除引起消化不良的常见原因对消化不良的患者,胃肠病专科医生通常进行胃镜检查以除外粘膜病变,如食管炎、胃炎、十二指肠炎,同时也除外象溃疡和癌症这样的少见原因.在这些患者中,大概有30%～40%胃镜下无阳性发现或病变轻微无法解释症状.
