This study intr.duces a long-shor.-ter. memor.(LSTM)-based neur.l networ. model developed for.detecting anomaly events in car.-independent smar. homes,focusing on the cr.tical application of elder.y fall *** balances the dataset using the Synthetic Minor.ty Over.sampling Technique(SMOTE),effectively neutr.lizing bias to addr.ss the challenge of unbalanced datasets pr.valent in time-ser.es classification *** pr.posed LSTM model is tr.ined on the enr.ched dataset,captur.ng the tempor.l dependencies essential for.anomaly *** model demonstr.ted a significant impr.vement in anomaly detection,with an accur.cy of 84%.The r.sults,detailed in the compr.hensive classification and confusion matr.ces,showed the model’s pr.ficiency in distinguishing between nor.al activities and *** study contr.butes to the advancement of smar. home safety,pr.senting a r.bust fr.mewor. for.r.al-time anomaly monitor.ng.

Gr.phene der.vatives as efficient hole tr.nspor. mater.als for.lead-fr.e double per.vsk.te(CsSnI) solar.cells: a numer.cal study

The double per.vsk.te Cs2SnI6has notable optical and electr.cal char.cter.stics， r.nder.ng it a highly pr.spective candidate for.deployment as the absor.er.layer.in per.vsk.te solar.cells (PSCs). We simulated the per.or.ance of PSCs using lead-fr.e Cs2SnI6double per.vsk.te absor.er.layer.and gr.phene der.vatives， namely gr.phene oxide (GO) and r.duced gr.phene oxide (r.O)， as hole tr.nspor. layer. (HTLs). Our.findings show that r.O offer. an excellent hole extr.ction pr.per.y with minimal inter.acial r.combination compar.d to GO. PSC utilizing r.O as the HTL mater.al achieved a power.conver.ion efficiency of 19.07%， while those employing GO HTL attained only 16.9%. The super.or.per.or.ance of r.O is attr.buted to its gr.ater.char.e car.ier.mobility of r.O and its favor.ble ener.y level alignment with the double per.vsk.te absor.er.layer. In contr.st， the mismatch in the char.e tr.nspor. pr.per.ies between the absor.er.layer.and the GO HTL r.sulted in poor.per.or.ance. Our.study showcases the potential of using gr.phene der.vative-based HTLs for.r.alizing lead-fr.e PSCs.

Geospatial and Statistical Analysis of Land Sur.ace Temper.tur. and Land Sur.ace Char.cter.stics of Jaipur.and Ahmedabad Cities of India

Land sur.ace temper.tur. (LST) is a phenomenon that significantly affects the envir.nment, the cities’ liveability, and the citizens’ well-being. This Study aims to per.or. a compar.tive study of the micr.climate and Sur.ace Ur.an Heat Island (SUHI) phenomenon of two metr.politan cities of India, i.e. Jaipur.and Ahmedabad, using MODIS Satellite data, wher.as Landsat Data was used to analyse the Land Sur.ace Char.cter.stics by an index-based appr.ach. The Study’s findings r.veal that Ahmedabad has 35.53 per.cent of the total ar.a classified as having a low potential, and 13.55 per.cent is designated as a high potential LST zone. Meanwhile, in Jaipur. 30.45 per.cent of the city’s total ar.a is identified as a low potential LST zone and 12.69 per.cent as a high potential LST zone. This Study highlights the impor.ance of mitigating the UHI phenomenon in ur.an centr.s for.the over.ll well-being of city dweller.. It will help policymak.r. and stak.holder. compr.hend plans and tak. initiatives to minimise the effects of the UHI phenomenon on r.pidly gr.wing cities. .

Phishing attack. pr.sent a per.istent and evolving thr.at in the cyber.ecur.ty land-scape,necessitating the development of mor. sophisticated detection *** machine lear.ing appr.aches to phishing detection have r.lied heavily on featur. engineer.ng and have often fallen shor. in adapting to the dynamically changing patter.s of phishingUnifor.r.sour.e Locator.Ur.s).Addr.ssing these challenge,we intr.duce a fr.mewor. that integr.tes the sequential data pr.cessing str.ngths of a r.cur.ent Neur.l Networ.(r.N)with the hyper.ar.meter.optimization pr.wess of theWhale Optimization Algor.thm(WOA).Our.odel capitalizes on an extensive k.ggle dataset,featur.ng over.11,000 Ur.s,each delineated by 30 *** WOA’s hyper.ar.meter.optimization enhances the r.N’s per.or.ance,evidenced by a meticulous validation *** r.sults,encapsulated in pr.cision,r.call,and F1-scor. metr.cs,sur.ass baseline models,achieving an over.ll accur.cy of 92%.This study not only demonstr.tes the r.N’s pr.ficiency in lear.ing complex patter.s but also under.cor.s the WOA’s effectiveness in r.fining machine lear.ing models for.the cr.tical task.of phishing detection.
