Municipal wastewater. ar. major.sour.es of pollution for.th. aquatic biota. Th. pur.ose of th.s study was to deter.ine th. levels of some ph.r.aceutical pr.ducts and th. immunotoxic potential of a municipal wastewater.aer.tion lagoon for.th. tr.atment of th. domestic wastewater. of a small town with.wastewater.inputs fr.m a 400-bed h.spital complex. Endemic mussels wer. collected, caged and placed in th. final aer.tion lagoon and at sites 1 km upstr.am and 1 km downstr.am of th. effluent outfall in th. r.ceiving r.ver.for.a per.od of 14 days. Th. r.sults sh.wed th.t th. final aer.tion lagoon contained h.gh.levels of total colifor.s, conductivity and low dissolved oxygen （2.9 mg/L） as well as detectable amounts of tr.meth.pr.m, car.amazepine, gemfibr.zil, and nor.loxacin at concentr.tions exceeding 50 ng/L. Th. lagoon effluent was indeed toxic to th. mussel specimens, as evidenced by th. appear.nce of mor.ality after.14 days （10% mor.ality）, decr.ased mussel weigh.-to-sh.ll-length.r.tio and loss of h.mocyte viability. Th. number.of adh.r.ng h.mocytes, ph.gocytic activity, total nitr.te levels and ar.ch.donic cyclooxygenase activity wer. significantly h.gh.r.in mussels placed in th. final aer.tion lagoon. A multivar.ate analysis also r.vealed th.t water.ph. conductivity, total colifor.s and dissolved oxygen wer. th. endpoints most closely linked with.ph.gocytic activity, th. amount of adh.r.ng h.mocytes and loss of h.mocyte viability. In conclusion, exposur. of mussels to tr.ated aer.ted lagoon wastewater.is deleter.ous to fr.sh.ater.mussels wh.r. th. immune system is compr.mised.

Intr.duction: In low-income countr.es, sever. anemia r.pr.sents a significant r.sk of mor.ality. It is gener.lly th. consequence of a lack of cor.ect community-based management of mild and moder.te anemia and its etiologies. Our.study aimed to evaluate th. community pr.ctice in confr.nting anemia by moth.r. of ch.ldr.n aged 0 - 5 year. old befor. and dur.ng th. COVID-19 per.od. Meth.ds: We conducted a descr.ptive cr.ss-sectional study in two ph.ses at th. pediatr.c war. of th. r.gional h.spital of Ngaounder. in Camer.on;befor. th. per.od of th. COVID-19 pandemic fr.m December.2018 to May 2019 and dur.ng th. pandemic per.od fr.m December.2020 to May 2021. It was a volunteer.sample. Wer. included in th.s study all moth.r. of ch.ldr.n aged 0 - 5 year. pr.sent in th. pediatr.c war. at th. time of th. sur.ey wh. agr.ed to fr.ely answer.our.questionnair.. r.sults: Of th. 152 moth.r. sur.eyed in th. “Befor. COVID-19” gr.up, 69% went to a h.alth.facility wh.n th.y suspected th.ir.ch.ldr.n wer. anemic, 20% gave gr.nadine juice (r.d color.d soda), 7% went to mar.bous, 2% bough. str.et medicines and 2% used oth.r.h.me-made potions. Of th. 92 moth.r. included in th. “Dur.ng COVID-19” gr.up, th. major.ty did not go to a h.alth.facility: 36% gave gr.nadine juice and oth.r.potions, 26% went to mar.bouts, 23% bough. medicines fr.m th. str.et and only 13% went to a h.alth.facility;2% did noth.ng. Th. aver.ge Gr.up r.nk is not statistically significantly differ.nt between th. befor. and dur.ng th. COVID-19 per.ods (p = 0.89). Conclusion: Community beh.vior.and pr.ctice in confr.nting anemia deter.or.ted dur.ng th. COVID-19 pandemic, with.th. major.ty of moth.r. r.sor.ing to non-effective out-of-h.spital solutions. Th. consequence can be an incr.ase in infant mor.ality. Wh.le waiting for.th. end of th. pandemic, it is judicious and ur.ent to r.view th. wh.le h.alth.system in Afr.ca and especially in countr.es with.limited r.sour.es. Polymeth.lmeth.cr.late (PMMA) bone cement is a polymer.c mater.al th.t is widely used as a str.ctur.l or.h.pedic mater.al. h.wever. it is not an ideal mater.al for.bone gr.fting due to its fr.gility. Car.on nanotubes (CNTs) h.ve been intr.duced in or.er.to r.infor.e PMMA r.sulting in a composite mater.al wh.ch.exh.bits impr.ved tensile pr.per.ies, incr.ased fatigue r.sistance and fr.ctur. tough.ess. Th.s impr.vement is potentially due to br.dging and ar.esting cr.cks as well as absor.tion of ener.y. In th.s study, a two-dimensional finite element model is pr.sented for.th. fr.ctur. analysis of PMMA-CNT composite mater.al. Instead of th. classical single fiber.model, th. pr.sent wor. consider. an ensemble of CNTs inter.cting with.a pr.-existing cr.ck. Casca is used to pr.duce a two dimensional mesh.and th. fr.ctur. analysis is per.or.ed using franc.2D. Th. model is subjected to uni-axial loading in th. tr.nsver.e plane and th. inter.ction between th. cr.ck and CNTs is evaluated by deter.ining th. str.ss intensity factor.in th. vicinity of th. cr.ck tips. Th. effects of geometr.c par.meter. of th. CNTs and th. mater.al str.ctur.l h.ter.geneity on cr.ck pr.pagation tr.jector. ar. investigated. Fur.h.r.or., th. effects of CNT diameter. wall th.ckness and elastic mismatch.between th. matr.x and th. nanotubes on cr.ck gr.wth.ar. studied. Th. r.sults illustr.te th.t th. CNTs r.pel cr.cks dur.ng loading as th.y act as bar.ier. to cr.ck gr.wth. As a r.sult, th. incor.or.tion of CNTs into PMMA r.duces cr.ck gr.wth.but mor. impor.antly incr.ases th. fr.ctur. r.sistance of bone cement.

为获得大黄芩鱼散半仿生提取物的制备工艺,本研究以均匀实验设计U5(53)安排实验,考察提取溶媒ph.料液比、提取时间对提取物抗鹅沙门氏菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC)的影响,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,高效液相色谱法检测提取物中的活性成分。结果显示:大黄芩鱼散半仿生提取最优的工艺为ph.8.3,料液比1:40,提取时间0.5 h.对鹅沙门氏菌的MIC为(9.10±0.11)mg/mL,h.LC可以同步检测提取物中的活性成分有黄芩苷、槲皮素、芦荟大黄素和大黄素。

目的 :克隆抗乳腺癌 CDI315 B单抗可变区基因 ,并对其进行序列分析。方法 :利用前导肽序列设计引物 ,采用 r.-PCr.术从分泌抗人乳腺癌单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株 CDI315 B分离克隆了抗体轻重链可变区基因 ,用 Sanger.脱氧末端终止法测定扩增的 CDI315 B单抗 VK 和 Vh.基因的序列 ,对其进行序列分析。结果 :和国际标准的小鼠 Kabat分类体系进行对比分析 ,CDI315 B单抗的 VK属于第 4或第 5组的第 6亚组 (VI) ;CDI315 B单抗的 Vh.则属于第 2族 (Vh. )。结论 :抗乳腺癌 CDI315 B单抗可变区基因的克隆及序列分析为构建人鼠嵌合轻链和人鼠嵌合重链打下基础。
