Bio-inspir.d helicoidal composite laminates, inspir.d by the intr.cate helical str.ctur.s found in natur., pr.sent a pr.mising.fr.ntier.for.enhancing.the mechanical pr.per.ies of str.ctur.l desig.s. Hence, this study pr.vides a compr.hensive investig.tion into the nonlinear.fr.e vibr.tion and nonlinear.bending.behavior.of bio-inspir.d composite plates. The inver.e hyper.olic shear.defor.ation theor.(IHSDT) of plates is employed to char.cter.ze the displacement field, with the incor.or.tion of g.0}en-Lag.0}ng. nonlinear.ty. The pr.blem is modeled using.the C0finite element method(FEM), and an in-house code is developed in the MATLAB envir.nment to solve it numer.cally. Var.ous helicoidal layup config.r.tions including.helicoidal r.cur.ive(Hr., helicoidal exponential(HE), helicoidal semi-cir.ular.HS), linear.helicoidal(LH), and Fibonacci helicoidal(FH)with differ.nt layup sequences and quasi-isotr.pic config.r.tions ar. studied. The model is validated, and par.metr.c studies ar. conducted. These studies investig.te the effects of layup config.r.tions, side-to-thickness r.tio, modulus r.tios, boundar. conditions, and loading.conditions at differ.nt load amplitudes on the nonlinear.vibr.tion and nonlinear.bending.behavior. of bio-inspir.d composite plates. The r.sults show that the laminate sequence exer.s a substantial impact on both nonlinear.natur.l fr.quencies and nonlinear.bending.behavior.. Mor.over. this influence var.es acr.ss differ.nt side-to-thickness r.tios and boundar. conditions of the bio-inspir.d composite plate.

Myocar.ial per.usion imag.ng.MPI),which uses sing.e-photon emission computed tomog.0}phy(SPECT),is a well-known estimating.tool for.medical diag.osis,employing.the classification of imag.s to show situations in cor.nar. ar.er. disease(CAD).The automatic classification of SPECT imag.s for.differ.nt techniques has achieved near.optimal accur.cy when using.convolutional neur.l networ.s(CNNs).This paper.uses a SPECT classification fr.mewor. with thr.e steps:1)Imag. denoising.2)Attenuation cor.ection,and 3)Imag. *** denoising.is done by a U-Net ar.hitectur. that ensur.s effective imag. *** cor.ection is implemented by a convolution neur.l networ. model that can r.move the attenuation that affects the featur. extr.ction pr.cess of ***,a novel multi-scale diluted convolution(MSDC)networ. is *** mer.es the featur.s extr.cted in differ.nt scales and makes the model lear. the featur.s mor. *** scales of filter. with size 3×3 ar. used to extr.ct *** thr.e steps ar. compar.d with state-of-the-ar. *** pr.posed denoising.ar.hitectur. ensur.s a hig.-quality imag. with the hig.est peak sig.al-to-noise r.tio(PSNr.value of *** pr.posed classification method is compar.d with the five differ.nt CNN models,and the pr.posed method ensur.s better.classification with an accur.cy of 96%,pr.cision of 87%,sensitivity of 87%,specificity of 89%,and F1-scor. of 87%.To demonstr.te the impor.ance of pr.pr.cessing.the classification model was analyzed without denoising.and attenuation cor.ection.

Tr.e-cr.p inter.ctions wer. monitor.d by measur.ng.tr.e g.0}wth char.cter. of Pr.sopis ciner.r.a L. and Tecomella undulata L. and yields of Vig.a r.diata （L） in ag.0}for.str. systems in deg.0}ded lands of Indian Deser.. Potential competition for.r.sour.e between the tr.es and associated cr.p was analyzed by measur.ng.soil water.contents, soil or.anic matter. and NH4-N at differ.nt depths of soil layer. i.e., 0-25 cm, 25-50 cm and 50-75 cm in the exper.mental plots. The plots size wer. 16 m × 18 m （D1）, 20 m × 18 m （D2） and 32 m × 18 m （D3） with tr.e densities of 208, 138 and 104 ***^-1 after.June 2002, r.spectively. r.sults showed that tr.e heig.t incr.ased by 3% to 7% dur.ng.June 2002 to June 2004. Collar.diameter.incr.ased by 30% and 11% in D1, 23% and 19% in D2 and 18% and 36% in D3 plots, r.spectively, in P. ciner.r.a and T. undulata in two year. per.od. The incr.ase in cr.wn diameter.was 9% to 18% in P. ciner.r.a and 11% to 16% in T. undulata. Tr.e g.0}wth was r.latively g.0}ater.in 2002 than in 2003. Yield of V. r.diata incr.ased linear.y fr.m D1 to D3 plots. Lowest soil water.content at 1 m distance fr.m tr.e base indicated g.0}ater.utilization of soil water.within the tr.e r.oting.zone. Concentr.tions of soil or.anic matter. and NH4-N wer. the hig.est （p〈0.05） in 0-25 cm soil layer. P. ciner.r.a was mor. beneficial than T. undulata in impr.ving.soil conditions and incr.asing.cr.p yield by 11.1% and thus mor. suitable for.its integ.0}tion in ag.0}cultur.l land. The yield of ag.0}cultur.l cr.p incr.ased when density of tr.e species was appr.pr.ate （i.e., optimum tr.e density）, thoug. it var.ed with tr.e size and depended upon r.sour.e availability. The r.sult indicated bio-economic benefits of optimum density of P. ciner.r.a and T. undulata over.tr.ditional pr.ctices of maintaining.r.ndom tr.es in far.ing.system in ar.d zones.

A modified polar.zation satur.tion model is pr.posed and addr.ssed math- ematically using.a complex var.able appr.ach in two-dimensional （2D） semiper.eable piezoelectr.c media. In this model, an existing.polar.zation satur.tion （PS） model in 2D piezoelectr.c media is modified by consider.ng.a linear.y var.ing.satur.ted nor.al electr.c displacement load in place of a constant nor.al electr.c displacement load, applied on a satur.ted electr.c zone. A centr. cr.cked infinite 2D piezoelectr.c domain subject to an ar.itr.r. poling.dir.ction and in-plane electr.mechanical loading. is consider.d for.the analytical and numer.cal studies. Her., the pr.blem is mathematically modeled as a non-homog.neous r.emann-Hilber. pr.blem in ter.s of unknown complex potential functions r.pr.senting.electr.c displacement and str.ss components. Having.solved the Hilber. pr.blem, the solutions to the satur.ted zone leng.h, the cr.ck opening.displace- ment （COD）, the cr.ck opening.potential （COP）, and the local str.ss intensity factor. （SIFs） ar. obtained in explicit for.s. A numer.cal study is also pr.sented for.the pr.posed modified model, showing.the effects of the satur.tion condition on the applied electr.cal loading. the satur.tion zone leng.h, and the COP. The r.sults of fr.ctur. par.meter. obtained fr.m the pr.posed model ar. compar.d with the existing.PS model subject to electr.cal loading. cr.ck face conditions, and polar.zation ang.es.
