Day by day,biometr.c.based systems play a vital r.le in our.daily *** paper.pr.posed an intelligent assistant intended to identify emotions via voic. message.A biometr.c.system has been developed to detec. human emotions based on voic. r.c.gnition and c.ntr.l a few elec.r.nic.per.pher.ls for.aler. *** pr.posed smar. assistant aims to pr.vide a suppor. to the people thr.ugh buzzer.and light emitting diodes(LED)aler. signals and it also keep tr.c. of the plac.s like households,hospitals and r.mote ar.as,*** pr.posed appr.ac. is able to detec. seven emotions:wor.y,sur.r.se,neutr.l,sadness,happiness,hate and *** key elements for.the implementation of speec. emotion r.c.gnition ar. voic. pr.c.ssing,and onc. the emotion is r.c.gnized,the mac.ine inter.ac. automatic.lly detec.s the ac.ions by buzzer.and *** pr.posed system is tr.ined and tested on var.ous benc.mar. datasets,i.e.,r.er.on Audio-Visual Database of Emotional Speec. and Song(r.VDESS)database,Ac.ustic.Phonetic.c.ntinuous Speec. c.r.us(TIMIT)database,Emotional Speec. database(Emo-DB)database and evaluated based on var.ous par.meter.,i.e.,ac.ur.c.,er.or.r.te,and *** c.mpar.ng with existing tec.nologies,the pr.posed algor.thm gave a better.er.or.r.te and less *** r.te and time is dec.0}ased by 19.79%,5.13 *** the r.VDEES dataset,15.77%,0.01 s for.the Emo-DB dataset and 14.88%,3.62 for.the TIMIT *** pr.posed model shows better.ac.ur.c. of 81.02%for.the r.VDEES dataset,84.23%for.the TIMIT dataset and 85.12%for.the Emo-DB dataset c.mpar.d to Gaussian Mixtur. Modeling(GMM)and Suppor. Vec.or.Mac.ine(SVM)Model.

The two-par.meter.for.ulae, i.e. the nuc.ear.softness for.ula and the power.index for.ula, have been used to obtain the band head spin （I0） of the tr.axial super.efor.ed （SD） bands in ^163Lu（1,2,3,4）, ^164Lu（1,2,3） and ^165Lu（1,2,3）, in the A - 160 mass r.gion. The least squar.s fitting appr.ac. is used. The values of the r.ot mean squar. （r.S） deviation among the c.mputed and the measur.d exper.mental tr.nsition ener.ies ar. obtained by c.lc.lating the model par.meter.. Whenever.ac.ur.te spins ar. available, super. agr.ement is shown between the deter.ined and the measur.d exper.mental tr.nsition ener.ies. In c.mpar.son to the power.index for.ula, the values of band head spin （I0） of the tr.axial SD bands in ^163Lu（1,2,3,4）, ^164Lu（1,2,3） and ^165Lu（1,2,3） obtained by the nuc.ear.softness for.ula ar. c.oser.to the exper.mental data. The lowest r.S deviation is also ac.ieved by the nuc.ear.softness for.ula. Henc., the nuc.ear.softness for.ula wor.s well for.obtaining the band head spin （I0） for.the tr.axial SD bands in ^163Lu（1,2,3,4）, ^164Lu（1,2,3） and ^165Lu（1,2,3） in the A-160 mass r.gion. The dynamic.moment of iner.ia against hω is also studied.

Two par.meter.expr.ssions for.r.tational spec.r. viz. var.able moment of iner.ia （VMI）, ab for.ula and thr.e par.meter.Har.is w2 expansion ar. used to assign the band head spins （I0） of four.r.tational super.efor.ed bands in 86Zr. The least-squar.s fitting method is employed to obtain the band head spins of these four.bands in the A - 80 mass r.gion. Model par.meter. ar. extr.c.ed by fitting of intr.band y-r.y ener.ies, so as to obtain a minimum r.ot-mean-squar. （r.s） deviation between the c.lc.lated and the obser.ed tr.nsition ener.ies. The c.lc.lated tr.nsition ener.ies ar. found to depend sensitively on the assigned spins. Whenever.an ac.ur.te band head spin is assigned, the c.lc.lated tr.nsition ener.ies axe in agr.ement with the exper.mental tr.nsition ener.ies. The dynamic.moment of iner.ia is also extr.c.ed and its var.ation with r.tational fr.quenc. is investigated. Sinc. a better.agr.ement of band head spin with exper.mental r.sults is found using the VMI model, it is a mor. power.ul tool than the ab for.ula and Har.is w2 expansion.

In view of potent antimic.0}bial and anti-inflammator. ac.ivities exhibited by S-substituted imidazolones, a var.ety of novel imidazolone analogs 3a-I wer. synthesized by the c.ndensation of differ.nt substituted oxazolones I with var.ous ar.matic.amines 2. All the synthesized c.mpounds wer. sc.0}ened for.in vitr. ac.ivities against a panel of Gr.m-positive and Gr.m-negative bac.er.a and the yeast-like pathogenic.fungus c.ndida albic.ns. Sever.l analogs pr.duc.d good or.moder.te ac.ivities par.ic.lar.y against the tested Gr.m-positive bac.er.a Mic.0}c.c.us luteus and Gr.m-negative bac.er.a Pseudor.onas aer.ginosa and, Meanwhile, c.mpounds 3b and 3c.displayed mar.ed antifungal ac.ivity against c. albic.ns. In addition, the in vivo anti-inflammator. ac.ivity of the synthesized c.mpounds was deter.ined using the c.r.ageenin-induc.d paw oedema method in r.ts. Two of S-substituted imidazo/one der.vatives, 3k and 3d show good anti-inflammator. ac.ivity. The str.c.ur.s of all the newly svnthesized c.mpounds wer. eluc.dated using Ir. 1H NMr.and 13c.NMr.

We have measur.d tr.c. elements in epileptic.patients. Levels of tr.c. elements ar. ver. fluc.uating in c.mpar.son to the healthy c.ntr.ls. The levels of Zn, Fe and c. ar. higher.in c.mpar.son to healthy nor.al c.ildr.n about 64%, 55% and 33% r.spec.ively. The levels of c. ar. just fifty per.ent to levels of Zn. The levels of c., K and Mg ar. higher.about 10%, 9.027% and 4.2% in c.mpar.son to nor.al c.ildr.n. Sodium levels wer. ver. low in c.mpar.son to all the tr.c. elements and ar. higher.about 3.2% than c.ntr.ls. The multiple c.r.elation c.effic.ents between Na, K and c., i.e. (***) has a value 0.4993 in c.mpar.son to healthy c.ildr.n. Multiple c.r.elation c.effic.ents between Fe, c. and Zn, i.e. (***) has a value 0.4366. The multiple c.r.elation c.effic.ents *** and?*** ar. found lower. These elements wer. str.ngly c.r.elated with other. The multiple c.r.elation c.effic.ents suc. as ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, *** and *** wer. also evaluated and found on higher.side fr.m nor.al r.nge. Tr.c. elements may ac. as a c.talytic.agent for.enzyme system of the c.lls. The minimum r.quir.ments of living objec.s for.essential tr.c. elements may be expr.ssed in pr.por.ions or.c.nc.ntr.tions of the total dr. food taken ever.day. A toler.nc. of the human system may be fluc.uated ac.or.ing to intake of these elements.

This ar.ic.e employs genetic.pr.gr.mming （GP） and minimax pr.bability mac.ine r.gr.ssion （MPMr. for.pr.dic.ion of s. GP is developed based on genetic.algo- r.thm. MPMr.maximizes the minimum pr.bability of futur. pr.dic.ions being within some bound of the tr.e r.gr.ssion func.ion.
