Exper.ments wer. ca.0}ied out on the InSb [ 111 ] a.B sur.a.es, showing tha. ta.0}a.0}c a.id etcha.t could cr.a.e a.ver. smooth sur.a.e on the InSb [1^-1^- 1^-] B without a.y tr.ces of oxides a.d etch pit but simulta.eously cr.a.e etch pit on InSb [ 111 ] a.sur.a.es. a.ter.la.ping a.d polishing, some pa.0}icles r.ma.ned on the InSb [1^-1^- 1^-] B sur.a.e, they could not be r.moved ea.ily by sta.da.0} clea.ing pr.cess a.d if these pa.0}icles r.ma.n on the sur.a.e of the substr.te, the gr.wth la.er.wa. not unifor. a.d some isla.d-like r.gions wer. obser.ed. 中国与土库曼斯坦经贸合作问题研究

土库曼斯坦是全球五大天然气产地之一,石油天然气资源开发潜力巨大,其伴生的矿物资源也非常丰富,近年来与周边国家及地区的经贸合作日益频繁。中国作为市场潜力巨大的发展中国家,其对能源及矿物资源需求十分旺盛。在“一带一路”的倡议下,中土两国由于贸易结构互补以及良好的外交关系,经贸合作日渐深入、广泛,并为进一步开展各领域的合作创造了很多的有利条件。本文借鉴了国内外学者对中土两国贸易现状的研究结果,并参考了类似的能源贸易研究内容,从中国与土库曼斯坦两国的贸易规模、贸易结构、经济合作现状几个角度,对两国经济发展趋势、基础设施建设、劳务输出、工程承包、能源合作、贸易潜力等多方面进行了研究,综合分析了中国与土库曼斯坦经贸合作中的影响因素,并对两国经贸的长远发展做出建议及展望。研究发现,中土经贸合作发展势头迅猛,合作领域不断扩大,贸易额连年攀升。中国对土库曼斯坦贸易产品范围广泛,两国贸易互补性强。能源合作是两国贸易往来的重点。中土已开展多方面经济合作。地缘因素、利益驱动、两国经济的发展等都是双方经贸合作的有利条件,但也存在如安全局势不稳定、外籍劳务规模控制及相关法律法规不健全等问题。因此,应积极改善贸易政策和环境、优化商品贸易结构、加深多方面来往交流、鼓励金融机构深化合作。
