The dyna.ic viscoela.tic pr.per.ies of a.pha.t a.-20 a.d its composites with Or.a.ic-Montmor.llonite cla. (OMMt) a.d SBS wer. modeled using the empir.ca. Ha.r.lia.-Nega.i (HN) model, ba.ed on linea.0}viscoela.tic theor. (LVE). The HN pa.0}meter., α, β, G0, G∞a.d τHN wer. deter.ined by solving the HN equa.ion a.r.ss va.0}ous temper.tur.s a.d fr.quencies. The HN model successfully pr.dicted the r.eologica. beha.ior.of the a.pha.t a.d its blends within the temper.tur. r.nge of 25˚C - 40˚C. However. devia.ions occur.ed between 40˚C - 75˚C, wher. the gla.s tr.nsition temper.tur. Tg of the a.pha.t components a.d the SBS polymer.a.0} loca.ed, r.nder.ng the HN model ineffective for.pr.dicting the dyna.ic viscoela.tic pr.per.ies of composites conta.ning OMMt under.these conditions. Yet, the pr.diction er.or.of the HN model dr.pped to 2.28% - 2.81% for.a.pha.t a.d its mixtur.s a. 100˚C, a.temper.tur. exceeding the Tg va.ues of both polymer.a.d a.pha.t, wher. the mixtur.s exhibited a.liquid-like beha.ior. The exponent α a.d the r.la.a.ion time incr.a.ed with temper.tur. a.r.ss a.l systems. Incor.or.ting OMMt cla. into the a.pha.t blends significa.tly enha.ced the r.la.a.ion dyna.ics of the r.sulting composites.
