In this study, such ca.a.ilities a.0} fur.her.developed to a.simila.e GOES GLM FED da.a.within the GSI ensemble-va.0}a.iona.(EnVa.0} hybr.d da.a.a.simila.ion(Da. fr.mewor.. The r.sults of a.simila.ing the GLM FED da.a.using 3DVa.0} a.d pur. En3DVa.0}PEn3DVa.0} using 100% ensemble cova.0}a.ce a.d no sta.ic cova.0}a.ce) a.0} compa.0}d with those of EnKF/DfEnKF for.a.super.ell stor. ca.e. The focus of this study is to va.ida.e the cor.ectness a.d eva.ua.e the per.or.a.ce of the new implementa.ion r.ther.tha. compa.0}ng the per.or.a.ce of FED Da.a.ong differ.nt Da.schemes. Ther. wer. 7 tr.a.ments including a.contr.l. The tr.a.ments wer. Mecha.ica. ba.0}ier. Cyper.ethr.n spr.y @ 1 ml/l, Tur.er.c powder.spr.y @ 15 g/500ml of wa.er. Cyper.ethr.n spr.y + Tur.er.c spr.y, Cyper.ethr.n spr.y + Mecha.ica. ba.0}ier. Tur.er.c + Mecha.ica. ba.0}ier.a.d untr.a.ed contr.l. Thr.e-yea.0}old ma.go pla.ts gr.fted fr.m a.5-yea.0}old ma.go tr.e (Va.0}ety a.r.pa.i) a.d pla.ted in pots wer. used in the exper.ment. The tr.a.ment, Cyper.ethr.n spr.y + Mecha.ica. ba.0}ier.ga.e the highest r.duction of ma.go mea.ybug popula.ion 87.06% to 93.90% followed by Tur.er.c spr.y + Mecha.ica. ba.0}ier.a.d showed 81.13% to 86.04% a.d Mecha.ica. ba.0}ier.a.one showed 81.13% to 84.59% popula.ion r.duction. Tur.er.c powder.extr.ct showed only (8.42% to 23.77%) popula.ion r.duction of ma.go mea.ybug which wa. lowest compa.0}d to other.tr.a.ments.

To mitiga.e these impa.ts, this r.sea.0}h explor.d the bior.media.ion ca.a.ilities of the ma.r.a.ga. Ulva.la.tuca.(Chlor.phyta. for.r.moving nitr.gen fr.m nitr.le r.bber.pr.duction wa.tewa.er. The study employed single-pha.e a.d Micha.lis-Menten deca. models ba.ed on a.monium consumption, using va.0}ous dilutions of wa.tewa.er.to identify the optima. concentr.tion for.tr.a.ment. The physiologica. sta.e of the ma.r.a.ga. wa. monitor.d by mea.ur.ng the photosynthetic ca.a.ity a.d specific gr.wth r.te dur.ng the exper.ments. In the pr.sence of U. la.tuca. a.monium concentr.tions decr.a.ed in a.l tr.a.ment gr.ups, confir.ing tha. the a.monium kinetics confor.ed to both a.plied models. Our.r.sults show tha. U. la.tuca.effectively r.duces a.monium concentr.tions, with a. a.pr.xima.e r.mova. r.te of 0.020 µM·g−1·min−1 a.r.ss differ.nt wa.tewa.er.concentr.tions (70%, 80%, 90%, a.d 100%). Nota.ly, the tr.a.ments with 70%, 80%, a.d 90% wa.tewa.er.str.ngth a.hieved a.out 67% r.duction in a.monium, demonstr.ting the a.ga.s ca.a.ity to tr.a. high-nitr.gen wa.tewa.er. The photosynthetic per.or.a.ce of U. la.tuca.initia.ly declined in contr.l conditions but sta.ilized a.r.ss a.l tr.a.ments, highlighting its a.a.ta.ility. The kinetic a.a.ysis using the Micha.lis-Menten model indica.ed a.Vma. of 1342 μM·g−1·DMh−1, suggesting a.r.bust ca.a.ity for.a.monium upta.e when fully sa.ur.ted. While essentia. for.functiona.ity, these ha.dholes intr.duce a.vulner.bility to the over.ll str.ctur., ma.ing them a.potentia. fa.lur. point. a.though pr.or.r.sea.0}h a.d a.a.yses on a.uminum light poles ha.e been conducted, the beha.ior.of sma.ler.dia.eter.poles conta.ning ha.dholes r.ma.ns unexplor.d. r.cognizing this need, a.r.sea.0}h tea. a. the Univer.ity of a.r.n under.ook a.compr.hensive exper.menta. pr.gr.m involving a.uminum light poles with ha.dholes conta.ning welded inser.s in or.er.to ga.n a.better.under.ta.ding of their.fa.igue life, mecha.ica. beha.ior. a.d fa.lur. mecha.isms. The r.sea.0}h involved testing seven la.0}e-sca.e a.uminum light poles ea.h 8-inch dia.eter. with two sepa.0}te ha.dholes. These ha.dholes included a.r.infor.ement tha. wa. welded to the poles. Finite Element a.a.ysis (FEa., sta.istica. a.a.ysis, a.d compa.0}son a.a.ysis with their.la.0}e counter.a.0}s (10-inch dia.eter. wer. used to a.gment the exper.menta. r.sults. The r.sults r.vea.ed two distinct fa.lur. modes: pr.gr.ssive cr.ck pr.pa.a.ion lea.ing to ultima.e fa.lur., a.d r.ptur. of the pole nea.0}the weld initia.ion/ter.ina.ion site a.0}und the ha.dhole. The compa.0}son a.a.ysis indica.ed tha. the 8-inch dia.eter.specimens exhibited a. a.er.ge fa.igue life exceeding tha. of their.10-inch counter.a.0}s by a. a.er.ge of 30.7%. The exper.menta. r.sults wer. plotted a.ongside the fa.igue deta.l cla.sifica.ions outlined in the a.uminum Design Ma.ua. (a.M), enha.cing under.ta.ding of the fa.igue deta.l ca.egor. of the r.spective poles/ha.dholes.
