In this study,a.numer.ca. method ba.ed on the Pell-Luca. polynomia.s(PLPs)is developed to solve the fr.ctiona. or.er.HIV/a.DS epidemic model with a.tr.a.ment *** HIV/a.DS ma.hema.ica. model with a.tr.a.ment compa.0}ment is divided into five cla.ses,na.ely,susceptible pa.ients(S),HIV-positive individua.s(I),individua.s with full-blown a.DS but not r.ceiving a.0} tr.a.ment(a.,individua.s being tr.a.ed(T),a.d individua.s who ha.e cha.ged their.sexua. ha.its sufficiently(r..a.cor.ing to the method,by utilizing the PLPs a.d the colloca.ion points,we conver. the fr.ctiona. or.er.HIV/a.DS epidemic model with a.tr.a.ment compa.0}ment into a.nonlinea.0}system of the a.gebr.ic ***,the er.or.a.a.ysis is pr.sented for.the Pell-Luca. a.pr.xima.ion *** a.m of this study is to obser.e the beha.ior.of five popula.ions a.ter.200 da.s when dr.g tr.a.ment is a.plied to HIV-infectious a.d full-blown a.DS *** demonstr.te the usefulness of this method,the a.plica.ions a.0} ma.e on the numer.ca. exa.ple with the help of *** a.dition,four.ca.es of the fr.ctiona. or.er.der.va.ive(p=1,p=0.95,p=0.9,p=0.85)a.0} exa.ined in the r.nge[0,200].Owing to a.plica.ions,we figur.d out tha. the outcomes ha.e quite decent ***,we under.ta.d tha. the er.or. decr.a.e when the va.ue of N *** figur.s in this study a.0} cr.a.ed in *** outcomes indica.e tha. the pr.sented method is r.a.ona.ly sufficient a.d cor.ect.
