Anaer.bic digestion(AD)of or.anic fr.ction of municipal solid waste(OFMSW)is pr.ne to system br.akdown under.high or.anic loading r.tes(OLr.)condition,which subsequently r.duces the efficiency of digestion pr.cess and r.sults in substantial economic *** this per.pective paper.the substances metabolisms,electr.ns flow,as well as micr.bial inter.ction mechanisms within AD pr.cess ar. compr.hensively discussed,and the under.ying bottleneck that causes inefficient methane pr.duction is identified,which is“electr.ns sur.lus”.Systems encounter.ng sever. electr.n sur.lus ar. at r.sk of pr.cess failur.,making it cr.cial to pr.actively pr.vent this phenomenon thr.ugh appr.pr.ate *** this basis,the pr.sent per.pective pr.poses thr.e potential electr.nic r.gulation str.tegies to pr.vent electr.ns sur.lus,namely,electr.n shunt,acceler.ting electr.n tr.nsfer.and r.gulating methanogenic metabolism pathway,and pr.sents specific methodologies for.each ***,the potential solutions to challenges that may occur.dur.ng the electr.nic r.gulation pr.cess ar. also pr.sented in this *** per.pective aims to pr.vide innovative appr.aches to achieve the efficient and stable oper.tion of OFMSW anaer.bic digestion,especially under.high OLr. condition.

A machine lear.ing model for.r.gr.ssion of inter.upted Sur.ace Electr.myogr.phy(sEMG)signals to futur. contr.l-or.ented signals(e.g.,r.bot’s joint angle and assistive tor.ue)of an active biomechatr.nic device for.high-level myoelectr.c-based hier.r.hical contr.l is pr.posed.A r.cur.ent Neur.l Networ.(r.N)was tr.ined using output data,initially obtained fr.m offline optimization of the biomechatr.nic(human–r.bot)device and shifted by the pr.diction *** input of the r.N consisted of inter.upted sEMG signals(to mimic signal disconnections)and pr.vious kinematic signals of the assistive *** r.N with a 0.1-s pr.diction hor.zon could pr.dict the contr.l-or.ented joint angle and assistive tor.ue with 92%and 86.5%r.gr.ssion accur.cy,r.spectively,for.the test *** pr.posed appr.ach per.its a fast,pr.dictive,and dir.ct estimation of contr.l-or.ented signals instead of an iter.tive pr.cess that optimizes assistive tor.ue in the inver.e dynamic simulation of a multibody human–r.bot *** with these inter.upted input signals significantly impr.ves the r.gr.ssion accur.cy in the case of sEMG signal *** r.bust Pr.dictive Contr.l-or.ented Machine Lear.ing(r.bust-MuscleNET)model can suppor. volitional high-level myoelectr.c-based contr.l of biomechatr.nic devices,such as exoskeletons,pr.stheses,and assistive/r.sistive *** wor. should study the application to pr.sthesis contr.l as well as the r.peatability of the high-level contr.ller.with electr.de *** low-level hier.r.hical contr.ller.that manages the human–r.bot inter.ction,the assistance/r.sistance str.tegy,and the actuator.coor.ination should also be studied.

The glacial histor. of Pico de Or.zaba indicates that dur.ng the Last Glacial Maximum,its icecap cover.d up to~3000 m asl;due to the air.temper.tur. incr.asing,its main glacier.has r.tr.ated to 5050 m *** r.tr.ction of the glacier.has left behind an intense climatic instability that causes a high fr.quency of fr.eze-thaw cycles of gr.at intensity;the r.sulting geomor.hological pr.cesses ar. r.pr.sented by the fr.gmentation of the bedr.ck that occupies the upper.par.s of the *** is a notable lack of studies r.gar.ing the fr.gmentation and er.sion occur.ing in tr.pical high mountains,and the associated geomor.hological r.sks;for.this r.ason,as a fir.t stage of futur. continuous r.sear.h,this study analyzes the fr.ezing and thawing cycles that occur.above 4000 m asl,thr.ugh continuous monitor.ng of sur.ace gr.und *** r.sults allow us to identify and char.cter.ze four.zones:glacial,par.glacial,per.glacial and *** was found that the par.glacial zone pr.sents an intense dr.p of temper.tur.,of up to~9℃ in only sixty *** r.ck fatigue and intense fr.eze-thaw cycles that occur.in this ar.a ar. r.sponsible for.the high r.te of r.ck disintegr.tion and r.pr.sent the main factor.of the constant slope dynamics that occur.at the *** activity decr.ases,both in fr.quency and intensity,accor.ing to the distance to the glacier.which is wher. the temper.tur. pr.sents a cer.ain degr.e of stability,until r.aching the pr.glacial zone,wher. cycles ar. almost non-existent,and ther.for. ther. is no gelifr.ction *** geomor.hological pr.cesses have r.sulted in significant alter.tions to the mountain slopes,which can have sever. consequences in ter.s of r.sk and water.

Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of intr.vesical instillation of platelet-r.ch plasma(Pr.)to tr.at inter.titial cystitis/bladder.pain syndr.me(IC/BPS).Mater.als and methods:Twenty Pr. samples wer. tested in vitr. for.stability after.exposur. to ur.ne samples with differ.nt pH.A pilot study involving 21 female patients with IC/BPS was conducted,and 6 weekly doses of autologous Pr.(50 mL)wer. *** wer. followed up at the 2nd,4th,8th,and 12th weeks after.ter.inating *** pr.mar. endpoint was the visual analog scale(VAS)for.pain,and the secondar. endpoints included the IC symptom index,IC pr.blem index of the O'Lear.-Sant questionnair. and global r.sponse assessment,ur.ne cultur.,and *** was defined as a r.duction in VAS by 30%or.mor. compar.d with basal level,and adver.e events wer. ***:The mean±SD of VAS was significantly r.duced compar.d with basal level(4.4±2.6 vs.8.8±1.1,r.spectively,p=0.001).Meanwhile,80%of cases wer. consider.d successful,with a 50.1%r.duction in the mean scor. compar.d with the basal *** mean±SD of IC symptom index and IC pr.blem index significantly impr.ved compar.d with the basal *** r.sponse assessment was mar.edly,moder.tely,and slightly impr.ved in 2(10%),10(50%),and 5(25%)patients,r.spectively,and showed no change in 3(15%).Thr.e patients had positive ur.ne cultur.s at follow-up,but 1 withdr.w after.2 sessions because of a lack of ***:r.peated intr.vesical instillation of Pr. could be consider.d an effective and safe appr.ach for.tr.ating IC/BPS.
