Objective: There is accumulated evidence that mesial temporallobe seizures are preceded by a preictal transition that evolves over minutes to hours. In the pr esent study, we investigated these possible preictal changes in long-term intra cranial recordings of five patients by a measure of phase *** ord er to clearly distinguish preictal changes from all the other interictal states, we developed an automatic extraction of representative patterns of interictal s ynchronization *** reference library was used to classify the successi ve synchronization patterns of long-term recordings into groups of similar patt erns. Altered states of brain synchronization were identified as deviating from patterns in the reference library and were evaluated relative to the times of se izure onset in terms of sensitivity and specificity. Methods: A phase-locking m easure was estimated using a sliding window analysis on 15 frequency bands (2 Hz steps between 0 and 30 Hz), for all pairs of EEG channels in the epileptogenic temporal lobe (14-20 channels), over the entire data sets (total analyzed durat ion 305 h). The preictal identification encompasses three basic stages: (1) a pr eprocessing stage involving the determination of a reference library of characte ristic interictal synchronization patterns using a K-means algorithm, and the identification of discriminant variables different iating interictal from preictal states, (2) a classification stage of the synchr onization pattern via a minimum Mahalanobis distance to the reference patterns,a s well as detection of outliers, (3) an evaluation stage of the sensitivity and specificity of the detection by receiver-operating characteristic curves. Resul ts: In most of the cases (36 of 52 seizures, i.e. 70%), a specific state of bra in synchronization can be observed several hours before the actual seizure. Aim:Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are an excellent potential source of cells for bone tissue engineering due to their excellent renewal ability and osteogenic differentiation *** study was designed to evaluate the bone formation properties of a demineralized cancellous bone scaffold seeded with MSCs,with or without periosteum,in a critical size bone defect model in ***:Rabbit culture-expanded bone marrow(BM)-MSCs were seeded onto a human demineralized cancellous bone(HDCB)*** defects measuring 15 mm in length were created in each radius.A total of 56 bone defects in 28 rabbits were randomly assigned to one of the 4 groups for scaffold implantation:Group 1:HDCB graft only;Group 2:periosteum-wrapped HDCB graft;Group 3:HDCB graft seeded with BM-MSCs and Group 4:periosteum-wrapped HDCB graft seeded with *** rabbits were sacrificed 12 weeks after surgery for gross observation,radiological assessment,histological analyses and biomechanical ***:New bone(NB)formation and bone healing were successfully achieved,both radiologically and histologically,on demineralized cancellous bone graft seeded with *** were improved when BM-MSCs were associated with ***:This study demonstrates that repair of bone defects in a rabbit model can be achieved through bone grafting using BM-MSCs,implanted on a demineralized cancellous bone *** formation of NB was optimized when combined with the preservation of periosteum at the site of injury.

The roughness of the model function f(x) to the basis functions has been identified. When the model function is continuous segment, its roughness does not depend on the behavior of the first segment, but depends on "h", the shift in the slope of two consecutive segments. If the distribution of design is uniform, f(x) is continuous segment function, and h is constant, then the maximum roughness is 2 h /192 obtained at the midpoint of the observations. Suppose that we have a sequence of designs n {P (x)} then its corresponding distribution n {F (x)} converges weakly to some distribution F(x). Let D(f) be a set of discontinuous points of f(x), it is possible to take the limit of the roughness if D(f) has zero (dF)-measure. The behavior of maximum roughness of the discontinuous segment function has been studied by using grid points.

近几年来,随着汉语使用的需求不断增加,越南胡志明市很多所大学都开设了中文系,考上并且在中文系学习的大学生也占了相当大的比例。从事汉语教学的教师以及学习汉语的学生都应该意识到,汉字教学与学习技巧需要贯穿汉语教学和学习的始终。汉字是汉语的书写形式,在汉语教学与学习当中占有非常重要的地位,然而,大部分学生都感到汉字难学、难记,汉字书写偏误的频率很高。什么原因导致这些状况?如何减少大学生书写汉字的偏误?本文从这个角度浅论越南学生学习汉字的方法、书写汉字的偏误问题并且提出一些建议。

This paper presents the results of the survey to initially assess the current situation of power supply chain development in Vietnam. The research team used questionnaires to identify challenges and barriers in power production investment. Surveyors came from power generation units, power transmission and distribution units, service providers for power plants, consulting agency and research institutes. The results indicated that there is a difference among enterprises’ barriers and difficulties in the management, finance and investment environment. This difference is related to the business profiles of the enterprise, its segment of the electricity generation market, capacity and experience in the market.
