Gd2O3:Er^3+nanophosphors were fabricated by the combustion method in presence of Na2 ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid(EDTA-Na2)as fuel at not high temperature(≤350℃)within a very short time of 5 *** added concentration of Er^3+ions in Gd2O3 matrix was changed from 0.5 mol%to 5.0 mol%.The X-ray diffraction pattern of samples indicates the monoclinic structure of Gd2O3:Er^3+.The morphology and chemical composition analysis of the Gd2O3:Er^3+samples are characterized by a field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and a Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR).The photoluminescence(PL),photo luminescence excitation(PLE)and upconversion(UC)at room temperature of the prepared materials with different concentrations of Er^3+were *** PL of Gd2O3:Er^3+nanomaterials are shown in visible at 545,594,623,648,688 nm under excitation at 275 *** emission bands from transitions of Er^3+from 2P3/2 to 4F9/2 are observed,UC luminescent spectra of the Gd2O3:Er^3+/silica nanocomposites under 976 nm excitation show the bands at 548 and 670 *** influence of excitation power at 980 nm for transitions were measured and *** results indicate that the upconversion process of Gd2O3:Er^3+/silica is two photons absorption *** low temperature dependence of UC luminescent intensities of the main bands of Gd2O3:Er^3+was investigated towards development of a nanotemperature sensor in the range of 10-300 K.

Tin-doped Indium Oxide （ITO） has been successfully prepared via solvothermal method with a mixture of Indium（Ill） acetylacetonate and Tin（IV） bis（acetylacetonate）dichioride in oleyamine solvent under the condition of the different reaction time from 12 h to 48 h for the first time. The morphology, phase composition and particle size of the ITO powder were characterized by TEM and XRD. Two significant properties required for ITO samples to become noncarbon support for Pt in PEMFCs including specific surface area and electrical conductivity were studied.

The paper gives a brief introduction about the workflow management platform,Flowable,and how it is used for textual-data *** is relatively new with its first release on 13 October,*** the short time on the market,it seems to be quickly well-noticed with 4.6 thousand stars on GitHub at the *** focus of our project is to build a platform for text analysis on a large scale by including many different text ***,we have successfully connected to four different text resources and obtained more than one million *** resources are dynamic,which means that they might add more data or modify their current ***,it is necessary to keep data,both the metadata and the raw data,from our side up to date with the *** addition,to comply with FAIR principles,each work is assigned a persistent identifier(PID)and indexed for searching *** the last step,we perform some standard analyses on the data to enhance our search engine and to generate a knowledge ***-users can utilize our platform to search on our data or get access to the knowledge ***,they can submit their code for their analyses to the *** code will be executed on a High-Performance Cluster(HPC)and users can receive the results later *** this case,Flowable can take advantage of PIDs for digital objects identification and management to facilitate the communication with the HPC *** one may already notice,the whole process can be expressed as a workflow.A workflow,including error handling and notification,has been created and *** execution can be triggered manually or after predefined time *** to our evaluation,the Flowable platform proves to be powerful and *** usage of the platform is already planned or implemented for many of our projects.

Although fibers are used only infrequently as an additive in concrete in the construction industry,fiberenhanced concrete is known to provide a wide range of advantages over conventional *** main objective of this study was to investigate the influences of fiber type and content on the mechanical properties and durability of highperformance fiber-reinforced concrete(HPFRC)designed using a novel densified mixture design algorithm with fly ash and rice husk *** types of fiber,including polypropylene(PP)fiber,steel fiber(SF),and hybrid fiber(HF),were *** on the results,the inclusion of fibers decreased HPFRC flowability,regardless of fiber *** the compressive strength of HPFRC with 1.6%PP fiber content was 11.2%below that of the reference HPFRC specimen at 91 d of curing age,the 91-d compressive strengths of both SF and HF-enhanced HPFRC specimens were significantly better than that of the reference HPFRC ***,the HPFRC specimens incorporating SF and HF both exhibited better splitting tensile and flexural strengths as well as less drying shrinkage than the HPFRC specimens incorporating PP ***,the fiber-enhanced specimens,especially those with added SF,registered less surface electrical resistivity and greater vulnerability to chloride ion penetration than the reference HPFRC specimen.

Recently emerging disadvantages in conventional disinfection have heightened the need for finding a new solution. Developments in the use of high pressure carbon dioxide for food preservation and sterilization have led to a renewed interest in its applicability in wastewater treatment and water disinfection. Pressurized CO2 is one of the most investigated methods of antibacterial treatment and has been used extensively for decades to inhibit pathogens in dried food and liquid products. This study reviews the literature concerning the utility of CO2 as a disinfecting agent, and the pathogen inactivation mechanism of CO2 treatment is evaluated based on all available research. In this paper, it will be argued that the successful application and high effectiveness of CO2 treatment in liquid foods open a potential opportunity for its use in wastewater treatment and water disinfection. The findings from models with different operating conditions（pressure, temperature, microorganism, water content, media …） suggest that most microorganisms are successfully inhibited under CO2 treatment. It will also be shown that the bacterial deaths under CO2 treatment can be explained by many different ***, the findings in this study can help to address the recently emerging problems in water disinfection, such as disinfection by-products（resulting from chlorination or ozone treatment）.

Question-Answer systems are now very popular and crucial to support human in automatically responding frequent questions in manyﬁ***,these systems depend on learning methods and training ***,it is necessary to prepare such a good dataset,but it is not an easy *** ontol-ogy-based domain knowledge base is able to help to reason semantic information and make effective answers given user *** study proposes a novel chatbot model involving ontology to generate efﬁcient responses automatically.A case study of admissions advising at the International University–VNU HCMC is taken into account in the proposed chatbot.A domain ontology is designed and built based on the domain knowledge of university admissions using Protégé.The Web user interface of the proposed chatbot system is developed as a prototype using *** includes a search engine reasoning the ontology and generat-ing answers to users’*** experiments are carried out to test how the system reacts to different ***ﬁrst experiment examines questions made from some templates,and the second one examines normal questions taken from frequent *** results have shown that the ontology-based chatbot can release meaningful and long *** results are analysed to prove the proposed chatbot is usable and promising.
