Numerical Analysis of Finite Deformation of Overbroken Rock Mass in Gob Area Based on Euler Model of Control Volume

The overbroken rock mass of gob areas is made up of broken and accumulated rock blocks compressed to some extent by the overlying strata. The beating pressure of the gob can directly affect the safety of mining fields, formarion of road retained along the next goaf and seepage of water and methane through the gob. In this paper, the software RFPA＇2000 is used to construct numerical models. Especially the Euler method of control volume is proposed to solve the simulation difficulty arising from plastically finite deformations. The results show that three characteristic regions occurred in the gob area：（1） a naturally accumulated region, 0-10 m away from unbroken surrounding rock walls, where the beating pressure is nearly zero; （2） an overcompacted region, 10-20 m away from unbroken walls, where the beating pressure results in the maximum value of the gob area; （3） a stable compaction region, more than 20 m away from unbroken walls and occupying absolutely most of the gob area, where the beating pressures show basically no differences. Such a characteristic can exolain the easy-seeoaged “O”-ring phenomena around mining fields very well.

本实验室前期研究中基于全基因组关联分析(GWAS)方法筛选到抗白斑综合征病毒(WSSV)候选基因:parkin共调基因(PACRG)。PACRG与帕金森病相关基因parkin共用一个双向启动子,二者共同参与细胞自噬过程,从而在细胞保护方面发挥作用。本研究对凡纳对虾(Penaeus vannamei)PACRG和parkin在抗WSSV中的功能进行探讨,对其mRNA和氨基酸序列进行特征分析,利用real-timePCR技术检测对虾感染WSSV后不同时间、不同组织中PACRG和parkin的表达水平。通过荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)进行空间定位。利用PCR和Sanger测序技术获得单核苷酸多态性位点(SNP)并进行抗WSSV的关联分析。结果显示,PACRG开放阅读框(ORF)全长600bp,编码199个氨基酸,预测包含一个ParcG结构域。parkinORF序列全长1653bp,编码550个氨基酸,预测包含UBQ、IBR结构域和一个信号肽结构。与多物种进行同源序列比对发现,凡纳对虾PACRG氨基酸序列与日本对虾(Penaeus japonicus)的同源性高达89.70%;凡纳对虾parkin氨基酸序列与中国对虾(Penaeus chinensis)和斑节对虾(Penaeus monodon)的同源性高达93.45%。PACRG和parkin蛋白的保守性较高。感染WSSV后,PACRG和parkin在对虾肝胰腺、鳃、肌肉和眼柄中的表达水平发生显著变化,其中,眼柄中PACRG和parkin表现出极相似的组织表达模式。在肌肉中,PACRGmRNA和WSSV在空间位置上呈现高度重叠状态。结合上述结果,推测PACRG和parkin在凡纳对虾与WSSV的互作中发挥功能。在PACRG中筛选到2个SNP位点,在parkin中筛选到15个SNP位点,其中位于parkin非翻译区(UTR)的5个SNP位点与抗WSSV性状显著相关。本文为研究凡纳对虾抗WSSV的分子机制和抗病分子育种提供了理论依据和参考数据。

In this scheme, N non-maximally entangled particle pairs are used as quantum channel to teleport an unknown N-particle entangled GHZ state via entanglement swapping. In order to realize this teleportation, the sender Alice operates Bell-state measurement on particles belonging to herself. Then she informs the results to the receiver Bob through classical communication. According to the results, Bob operates corresponding transformation to reconstruct the initial state. The advantage of this scheme is that it needs only one common unitary matrix for Alice＇s different results, which has a more general meaning. As a special case, teleporting an unknown three-particle entangled GHZ state is proposed.

When satellite navigation receivers are equipped with multiple antennas, they can deliver attitude information. In previous researches, carrier phase differencing measurement equations were built in the earth-centered, earth-fixed (ECEF) co- ordinate, and attitude angles could be obtained through the rotation matrix between the body frame (BF) and the local level frame (LLF). Different from the conventional methods, a hybrid algorithm is presented to resolve attitude parameters utilizing the single differencing (SD) carrier phase equations established in LLF. Assuming that the cycle integer ambiguity is known, the measure- ment equations have attitude analytical resolutions by using simultaneous single difference equations for two in-view satellites. In addition, the algorithm is capable of reducing the search integer space into countable 2D discrete points and the ambiguity function method (AFM) resolves the ambiguity function within the analytical solutions space. In the case of frequency division multiple access (FDMA) for the Russian Global Orbiting Navigation Satellite System (GLONASS), a receiver clock bias estimation is employed to evaluate its carrier phase. An evaluating variable and a weighted factor are introduced to assess the integer ambiguity initialization. By static and dynamic ground experiments, the results show that the proposed approach is effective, with enough accuracy and low computation. It can satisfy attitude determination in cases of GPS alone and combined with GLONASS.

We revisit hidden-charm pentaquark states P_c(4380) and P_c(4450) using the method of QCD sum rules by requiring the pole contribution to be greater than or equal to 30% in order to better that the one-pole parametrization is valid. We find two mixing currents, and our results suggest that P_c(4380) and P_c(4450) can be identified as hiddencharm pentaquark states having J^P= 3/2^-and 5/2^+, respectively. However, there still exist other possible spin-parity assignments, such as J^P = 3/2^+ and J^P = 5/2^-, which must be clarified in further theoretical and experimental studies.

Ever since Venuti put forward the concept of translator＇s invisibility in 1995, studies have been conducted on the discursive presence of translators in the translated texts. The translator, as the receiver of the source text and m the meantime the producer of the target text, is sure to leave his/her voice traceable in the translated texts throughout the whole translating process. This paper aims to present an overview of the conceptual development of the translator＇s voice in translation studies from different perspectives like narratology, stylistics, socio-narrative theory, speech-act theory etc.

The wide application of Chinese and foreign allusions is a big feature of QIAN Zhong-shu＇s only novel and masterpiece Fortress Besieged, which was first published in 1947. The paper makes an attempt to categorize and analyze the strategies in translating allusions adopted by Jeanne Kelly and Nathan K. Mao in the only English version. The strategies include literal translation, literal translation plus endnote, literal translation plus explanation added in the text, interpretation of the implied meaning plus endnote, and interpretation of the implied meaning in the text. In particular, the strategy of literal translation plus endnote is mostly adopted. This is indicative of the translators＇ wish to be as faithful as possible to the source text. What＇s more, the literal translation strategy and use of endnotes is of a big help to communicate the Chinese culture to foreigners

Zhao Yuanren＇s translation of Alice＇s Adventures in Wonderland can be regarded as the best Chinese version even though dozens more have been published ever since. Its success can be largely attributed to Zhao＇s child-oriented concept which attaches much importance to children＇s tastes and interests. With the guidance of child-oriented principle, Zhao mainly adopted the strategies of addition and substitution to present a different Alice＇s wonderland to the intended Chinese child readership, especially in dealing with Carroll＇s word plays.
