Microstructure and Shear Properties Evolution of Minor Fe-Doped SAC/Cu Substrate Solder Joint under Isothermal Aging

Different amounts of Fe(0.005,0.01,0.03,0.05,and 0.07 wt%)were added to SAC305 to study the shear behavior damage of Fe-doped SAC solder joints under thermal loading(170℃,holding time of 0,250,500,and 750 h).The results show that during isothermal aging at 170℃,the average shear force of all solder joints decreases with increasing aging time,while the average fracture energy first increases and then decreases,reaching a maximum at 500 *** Fe doping could both increase shear forces and related fracture energy,with the optimum Fe doping amount being 0.03 wt%within the entire aging *** is because the doping Fe reduces the undercooling of the SAC305 alloy,resulting in the microstructure refining of solder *** in turn causes the microstructure changing from network structure(SAC305 joint:eutectic network+β-Sn)to a single matrix structure(0.03Fe-doped SAC305 joint:β-Sn matrix+small compound particles).Specifically,Fe atoms can replace some Cu in Cu_(6)Sn_(5)(both inside the solder joint and at the interface),and then form(Cu,Fe)_(6)Sn_(5) compounds,resulting in an increase in the elastic modulus and nanohardness of the ***,the growth of Cu_(6)Sn_(5) and Cu_(3)Sn intermetallic compounds(IMC)layer are inhibited by Fe doping even after the aging time prolonging,and Fe aggregates near the interface compound to form FeSn_(2).This study is of great significance for controlling the growth of interfacial compounds,stabilizing the microstructures,and providing strengthening strategy for solder joint alloy design.

Web3.0时代,区块链技术构筑的分布式网络使得用户开始掌握数据主权,网络内容从生产到价值分配均归用户所有。但以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能的出现,意味着散落于用户手中的数据资源将再次聚集,其与下游互联网平台结合后将改变知识权威性的来源,生成式人工智能将会成为Web3.0时代的网络集权工具,平台权力再次走向中心化将成为可能。对于“平台+生成式人工智能”可能引发的技术风险,不宜过早地实施外部法律控制,而是应当采取“技术先行”的方案,首先依靠技术手段予以内部优化,同时,在政策层面秉持包容审慎的态度,采取一种“边发展,边治理”的应对策略。

从自治走向共治:平台经济“软硬协同”治理模式的确立及其展开

现阶段,平台经营者不再满足于经济目标上的经营管理,而是通过制定平台规则、行使监管权以及处理平台纠纷,企图掌握一种“准公权力”。由于平台交易的规模化、场景化和分散化,政府监管逐渐失灵导致平台权力失控;合规压力不断增大导致平台权力泛化,这意味着传统分散治理模式已无法充分发挥治理成效,需要转变社会治理理念,构建一种协同共治的治理模式。平台规则虽具有“民间软法”的一系列弊端,但其同样具有和“硬法”共同维护平台生态系统健康运行的主观愿望,应构建一种“软硬协同”的平台经济治理模式。具体而言,政府应当在必要时主动行使监管权,实现平台规则和监管规则的有效对接;司法机关原则上应当尊重平台自治,不对平台规则的合理性做出过多评价,甚至是实质性审查;例外情况下,司法机关应当对平台自治不足或过度自治导致的一系列问题及时做出司法回应。

Seasonal and regional diff erences in long-term changes in large mesozooplankton(>505μm)biomass and abundance in a semi-enclosed subtropical bay

Obvious spatiotemporal heterogeneity is a distinct characteristic of ecosystems in subtropical *** aid targeted management and ecological restoration in long and narrow semi-enclosed subtropical bays,we analyzed seasonal and regional differences in long-term changes(1980-2019)in the biomass and abundance of large mesozooplankton(LMZ;>505μm)in Xiangshan Bay,Zhejiang,*** found spatiotemporal heterogeneity in the historical changes of *** negative trends in LMZ biomass were found in the inner and middle bay during the warm season(summer and autumn),when the nutrient concentration(especially dissolved inorganic nitrogen)and temperature increased *** changes in Xiangshan Bay began in the late 1980s or early 1990s,coinciding with large-scale fish cage development.A rapid decline in LMZ biomass occurred after 2005 when power plants commenced operation,accelerating the warming ***,the joint stress of eutrophication and warming likely precipitated the decline in LMZ ***,a significant increase in LMZ biomass was found in the outer bay in *** trend was consistent with the trend of LMZ biomass near the Changjiang(Yangtze)River estuary,which indicates that the pelagic ecosystem in the outer bay was aff ected by water from the Changjiang River estuary during *** on our results,ecosystem management and restoration in semi-enclosed subtropical bays should focus on internal waters,which have a poor capacity for water *** Xiangshan Bay,the changes in the Changjiang River estuary ecosystem during the cold season(winter and spring)should also be considered.

Seasonal Variations of Net-Phytoplankton Community Structure in the Southern Yellow Sea

Based on the field survey data of four cruises in 2011,all phytoplankton communities in the southern Yellow Sea (SYS) were investigated for the species composition,dominant species,abundance and diversity indices.A total of 379 species belonging to9 phyla were identified,of which the most abundant group was Bacillariophyta (60.9%) ,followed by Pyrrophyta (23.7%) and Haptophyta (6.9%) .The seasonal distribution of abundance was:summer (4137.1×103ind m 3) >spring (3940.4×103ind m 3) >winter (3010.6×103ind m 3) >autumn (340.8×103ind m 3) ,while the horizontal distribution showed a decreasing tendency from inshore to offshore *** dominant species of phytoplankton varied in different *** dominant species were Thalassiosira pacifica,Skeletoema *** Chaetoceros cinctus in spring,Chaetoceros debbilis,Chaetoceros pseudocurvisetus and Chaetoceros curvisetus in summer,Thalassiosira curviseriata,Alexandrium catenella and Ceratium fusus in autumn,Paralia sulcata,Phaeocystis *** Bacillaria paradoxa in winter,*** SYS,the group of temperate coastal species was the major ecotype,and the groups of the central SYS species and oceanic species were also important *** average values of Shannon-Weaver diversity index (H’) and Pielou evenness index (J) were 2.37 and 0.65 *** indices H’and J in the open sea were higher than those in coastal *** co-variation tendencies between H’and J were observed in all but the summer cruise of this survey.

当前,人工智能发明对专利客体范围、专利“三性”审查标准及专利权属制度造成巨大冲击。就专利客体而言,在“算法+技术”规则的指引下,可将人工智能生成的技术方案明确为方法类专利客体;在专利“三性”审查方面,借鉴人工智能技术中立优势对相关发明进行“新式审查”,可以化解对传统审查方式的冲击;在专利权属制度设计上,基于产业政策和利益平衡考量,构建以人工智能投资者为核心、辅之以意思自治原则的专利权属制度成为必然。

The Ecological Distributions of N, P Utilizing Bacteria and Heterotrophic Bacteria in the Moderate Hypoxia Zone of the Changjiang Estuary

The distributions of N utilizing bacteria (denitrifying bacteria and ammonifying bacteria) ,P utilizing bacteria (organic phosphobacteria and inorganic phosphobacteria) and heterotrophic bacteria in the Changjiang Estuary,and the roles of main environmental factors in distributing bacteria,are explored with observations from two cruises in June and August *** between the two important periods of initial hypoxia phase (June) and developed hypoxia phase (August) show differences in both bacterial distributions and the associated main environmental ***,the primary group of ammonifying bacteria has larger magnitude with spatial maximum value in the hypoxic stations related to sediment in *** phosphobacterial abundance and detection rates in August are much lower than those in June,but the denitrifying bacterial abundance becomes greater in ***,the difference of heterotrophic bacterial abundance between June and August is not ***,main environmental factors influencing bacteria vary from initial hypoxia phase to developed hypoxia *** parameters (salinity and NO3) in surface water and five environmental parameters (pH,salinity,PO43,NO3and temperature) in bottom water and surface sediment play major roles in the bacterial abundance in June,while different parameter combinations (salinity and PO43) in surface water and different parameter combinations (DO,DOC,NO3,PO43 and pH) in bottom water and surface sediment play major roles in ***,the bottom bacteria distributions in area south of 31 N are related to the position of the Taiwan Warm Current in *** bacterial abundance and distribution may respond to the environmental change in the hypoxia processes of initial phase and developed *** the hypoxia processes,the whole structure of bacterial functional groups probably turns to different states,causing the recycling of nutrient regeneration and aggravating hypoxia regionally.

Partial function prediction of sulfate-reducing bacterial community from the rhizospheres of two typical coastal wetland plants in China

Sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)are ubiquitous anaerobic microorganisms that play signifi cant roles in the global biogeochemical *** wetlands,one of the major habitats of SRB,exhibit high sulfate-reducing activity and thus play signifi cant roles in organic carbon remineralization,benthic geochemical action,and plant-microbe *** studies have provided credible evidence that the functional rather than the taxonomic composition of microbes responds more closely to environmental ***,in this study,functional gene prediction based on PacBio single molecular real-time sequencing of 16S rDNA was applied to determine the sulfate-reducing and organic substrate-decomposing activities of SRB in the rhizospheres of two typical coastal wetland plants in North and South China:Zostera japonica and Scirpus *** this end,some physicochemical characteristics of the sediments as well as the phylogenetic structure,community composition,diversity,and proportions of several functional genes of the SRB in the two plant rhizospheres were *** *** a meadow had a higher dissimilatory sulfate reduction capability than the ***-comprising saltmarsh,owing to its larger proportion of SRB in the microbial community,larger proportions of functional genes involved in dissimilatory sulfate reduction,and the stronger ability of the SRB to degrade organic substrates *** study confi rmed the feasibility of applying microbial community function prediction in research on the metabolic features of SRB,which will be helpful for gaining new knowledge of the biogeochemical and ecological roles of these bacteria in coastal wetlands.

Seasonal Variability of Phytoplankton Community Structure in Relation to Different Nitrogen-Phosphorus Ratios in the Southern Coastal Waters of Zhejiang, China

With the rapid development of economy and increase of population in the drainage areas,the nutrient loading has increased dramatically in the Changjiang estuary and adjacent coastal *** properly assess the impact of nutrient enrichment on phytoplankton community,seasonal microcosm experiments were conducted during August 2010 July 2011 in the coastal waters of Zhejiang *** results of the present study indicated that the chl a concentration,cell abundance,diversity indices,species composition and community succession of the phytoplankton varied significantly with different N/P ratios and *** growth was observed in the 64:1(spring),32:1(summer),16:1(autumn)and 128:1,256:1(winter)treatments,*** values of Shannon-Wiener index(H′)and Pielou evenness index(J)were lower in the 8:1 and 16:1 treatments in autumn test,while H'value was higher in the 128:1 and 8:1 treatments in winter test.A definite community succession order from diatoms to dinoflagellates was observed in the autumn and winter tests,while the diatoms dominated the community throughout the culture in the spring and summer tests.
