Rock failure can cause serious geological disasters, and the non-extensive statistical features of electric potential(EP) are expected to provide valuable information for disaster prediction. In this paper, the uniaxial compression experiments with EP monitoring were carried out on fine sandstone, marble and granite samples under four displacement rates. The Tsallis entropy q value of EPs is used to analyze the selforganization evolution of rock failure. Then the influence of displacement rate and rock type on q value are explored by mineral structure and fracture modes. A self-organized critical prediction method with q value is proposed. The results show that the probability density function(PDF) of EPs follows the qGaussian distribution. The displacement rate is positively correlated with q value. With the displacement rate increasing, the fracture mode changes, the damage degree intensifies, and the microcrack network becomes denser. The influence of rock type on q value is related to the burst intensity of energy release and the crack fracture mode. The q value of EPs can be used as an effective prediction index for rock failure like b value of acoustic emission(AE). The results provide useful reference and method for the monitoring and early warning of geological disasters.

氮肥行业中BGL气化技术应用前景好,但该技术生产的合成气中CH_(4)含量较高,无法满足合成氨原料要求。本研究充分考虑气化反应特性,拟在BGL气化炉设第二喷嘴,通过二次补燃的方式去除CH_(4)。进而,在已建立的新型BGL气化炉模型基础上,探究了二次补燃去除合成气中CH_(4)的效果。研究表明:补燃剂进料量为第一喷嘴进料量的25%时,出口气体中CH_(4)含量降至1%以下,且碳转化率大于99%。通过提高第一喷嘴进料蒸气比例可获得用于合成氨生产的高氢碳比合成气。

To realize the industrialization of the novel single-column air separation process proposed in previous work,steady-state simulation for four different configurations of the single-column process with ternary(nitrogen,oxygen and argon)is ***,exergy analysis of the single-column processes is also carried out and compared with the conventional double-column air separation process at the same ***,based on the steady-state simulation of single-column processes,the different heat exchanger networks(HENs)for the main heat exchanger and subcooler in each process are *** obtain better performance for this novel process,optimization of process configuration and operation is *** optimal condition and configuration for this process is consisted as:feedstock is divided into two streams and the reflux nitrogen is compressed at the approximate temperature of 301 *** addition,HEN is optimized to minimize the *** without utilities are obtained for the four different configurations of single-column ***,capital costs of the HEN for different cases are estimated and compared.

充分考虑碎煤加压熔渣气化(British Gas Lurgi, BGL)炉内的流动特性,将BGL气化炉分为并流段和逆流段,并依此建立了BGL气化炉的一维稳态机理模型.并利用该模型模拟了以烟煤为原料的某工业BGL气化炉,模拟结果与工业实测值误差小于2%,从而验证该模型的正确性.然后在所得到模型的基础上探讨了氧煤比及汽煤比对气化性能的影响.研究表明,氧煤比对碳转化率以及蒸汽分解率的影响较大,随着氧煤比增加,碳转化率增大,蒸汽分解率先增大后减小,当氧煤比为0.47时,蒸汽分解率最大;汽煤比增大有利于水煤气变换反应,但该反应受化学平衡限制,当气化剂充足时,蒸汽的消耗量将小于其增加量,随着汽煤比增大蒸汽分解率逐渐降低.

为研究瓦斯对煤体力学特性的影响,设计不同瓦斯压力条件下煤体单轴压缩试验,研究煤样力学参数及变形特征随瓦斯压力的变化趋势,探讨瓦斯对煤体力学性质的影响机制,得出单轴压缩下煤样力学参数,并记录煤样的破坏形态。研究结果表明:随瓦斯压力增大,应力-应变曲线压实阶段增大,弹性阶段缩小,失稳破坏后曲线缓慢下降,抗压强度和弹性模量单调减小,峰值应变单调增大;不含瓦斯煤样受载破坏产生的裂纹较为单一,含瓦斯煤样受载破坏后出现明显主裂纹及多向分叉裂纹,并出现局部煤体脱落现象。

基于光纤中的瑞利、布里渊、拉曼等散射效应以及弱反射阵列的分布式光纤传感(DOFS)能够对光纤损耗、温度、应变、振动、声音等多种参量实现长距离、高空间分辨率的实时监测,受到了越来越多的关注,具有非常广阔的应用。在DOFS中使用编码脉冲序列增加DOFS的信号能量,是提高传感性能的一个重要技术途径。因此,编码技术的应用一直是DOFS研究的一个重要领域。综述了DOFS中编码技术的研究进展,阐述了编码技术提高传感性能的技术原理,归纳了不同编码方案的设计和实现方法,分析了不同类型DOFS的技术特征及其相应的编码技术应用方法。最后,对DOFS中的编码技术的发展进行了展望。

红外热像法是一种评估煤岩损伤有广阔应用前景的手段。通过红外热像中的关键信息进行识别和提取,从而对煤岩损伤状态进行判别。本文对岩样进行了单轴加载,同步采集红外热像和岩样表面裂隙发育图,采用归一化直方图的方式对红外热像进行了分析处理,并利用不同灰度值区间的像素占比对红外热像的细节信息进行了定量表征。结果表明,不同时刻红外热像的灰度值分布能良好反映试样受载破坏过程表面温度和应力值的变化,在主破裂发生时,灰度值区间[240,255](岩样表面温度29.01℃~33.19℃)的像素点百分比较上一时刻增加13.85个百分点。另外,灰度值区间[224,255]的像素占比随时间的变化趋势与岩样损伤变量呈高度相关性,这表明基于归一化直方图的红外热像能够很好表征岩样损伤破坏过程。

湖泊中腹足类壳体碳酸盐的碳同位素与水体溶解无机碳密切相关,是研究区域湖泊水体碳循环的重要材料之一。滇中地区湖泊众多,然而该区域湖泊中水体溶解无机碳的变化特征仍不清楚。孟氏螺蛳壳体为滇中湖泊特有属,本文通过对杞麓湖现生孟氏螺蛳壳体采集,并对其壳体沿生长方向开展碳酸盐δ~(13)C测试,尝试利用孟氏螺蛳壳体δ~(13)C分析杞麓湖水体溶解无机碳变化的变化特征。研究结果表明:(1)孟氏螺蛳壳体δ~(13)C与壳体生长环境密切相关,QLH-A与QLH-B在母体环境中的δ~(13)C平均值分别为-3.78‰与-5.55‰,变化幅度分别为2.07‰与3.03‰;在湖泊水体环境中的δ~(13)C平均值分别为-2.90‰与-3.28‰,变化幅度分别为1.81‰与1.74‰。(2)孟氏螺蛳在湖泊水体环境中生长时,壳体δ~(13)C记录了湖泊水体DIC的δ~(13)C_(DIC)变化特征,揭示出杞麓湖水体DIC主要受大气交换和湖泊中生物系统共同影响,其δ~(13)C_(DIC)在季节尺度变化不显著。(3)杞麓湖湖泊中大量水生藻类的死亡引起的有机质分解将导致湖泊水体δ~(13)C_(DIC)发生显著偏负变化,据此推断壳体δ~(13)C记录的偏负变化与云南2013年大旱期事件吻合,揭示出孟氏螺蛳壳体δ~(13)C具有记录湖泊生态系统自身重大变化的潜力。孟氏螺蛳古螺壳在滇中湖泊广泛分布,本文研究结果将有利于基于地层中的壳体识别地质历史时段滇中湖泊水体DIC特征及其湖泊生态系统的变化。
