We propose a fully enclosed hybrid nanogenerator consisting of five elec- tromagnetic generators （EMGs） and four triboelectric nanogenerators （TENGs）. Under a vibration frequency of 15.5 Hz, one TENG can deliver a high output voltage of approximately 24 V and a low output current of approximately 24 μA, whereas one EMG can deliver a low output voltage of approximately 0.8 V and a high output current of approximately 0.5 mA. By integrating five rectified EMGs in series and four rectified TENGs in parallel, the hybrid nanogenerator can be used to charge a home-made Li-ion battery from 1 to 1.9 V in 6.3 h. By using the hybrid nanogenerator to scavenge the vibrational energy produced by human hands, a temperature-humidity sensor can be sustainably powered by the nanogenerator, which is capable of charging the 200 ~F system power capacitor from 0 to 2 V in 15 s, and sustainably power the sensor in 29 s.

Thermal-force driving of roll profile electromagnetic control technology(RPECT),which can be used to adjust the roll profile,can be affected by the sequential temperature rise between the electromagnetic stick(ES)and electromagnetic control *** to the limited space of ES and induction coil,the cross-sectional area of induction coil can be inevitably affected by changing the size of the ES induction zone,which can further change the energy input under the same electromagnetic parameters,the temperature rising effect and the bulging *** investigate this phenomenon,the effects of the radius of the induction zone on the thermal-force contribution ratio,the heating ability of ES and the temperature distribution were analyzed through an electromagnetic-thermal-structural finite element *** ensure that the results are applicable to RPECT,the thermal energy conversion ability and thermal-force roll crown control ability under different lengths of the induction zone were *** was found that whether the current density regulation mode or the current frequency regulation mode is adopted,the cases with 20 or 25 mm radius of the induction zone have the great thermal energy conversion ability and the good thermal-force roll crown control *** reasonable adjustment of the length of the induction zone can reduce the radius required for the maximum energy efficiency *** with the results of the simulation analysis,the optimization of ES based on the control ability maximization requirement is achieved,which provides the base for the design and configuration of ES in RPECT.

A heat transfer model for three-fluid separated heat pipe exchanger was analyzed,and the temperature transfer matrix for general three-fluid separated heat exchanger working in parallel-flow or counter-flow mode was *** was found that the forms of temperature transfer matrix are similar for heat pipe rows with equal or different heat transfer surface ***,by using the temperature transfer matrix of the heat pipe exchanger,the relationship between heat transfer effectiveness θ 1,θ 2 and M,NTU,U,Δt i were derived for the exchanger operating in parallel-flow or counter-flow mode,and a simple special example was adopted to demonstrate the correctness of these relationships.

Analysis and Application of Variable Conductance Heat Pipe Air Preheater

The heat transfer analysis of variable conductance heat pipe air preheater was carried out. The temperature trans-fer matrix was obtained for the air preheater that comprises several discrete heat transfer units with same or different heat transfer surface area in a parallel or counter flow mode. By using the temperature transfer matrix, the outlet fluid temperatures could be easily calculated for a given air preheater and inlet fluid temperatures. The active length of condenser in a variable conductance heat pipe is determined according to the flat interface model. With the same initial conditions, the comparisons between variable conductance heat-pipe air preheater and regular heat pipe air preheater has been analyzed and tested in terms of heat pipe wall temperature, heat transfer surface area and outlet fluid temperatures. Based on the real industrial applications, it has been confirmed that the variable conductance heat pipe air preheater has excellent performance of anti-corrosion and anti-ash-deposition especially at the variable working condition and the sulfur coal (5%-6% mass fraction of sulfur) condition.

Load distribution is the foundation of shape control and gauge control, in which it is necessary to take into account the shape control ability of TCM （tandem cold mill） for strip shape and gauge quality. First, the objective function of generalized shape and gauge decoupling load distribution optimization was established, which considered the rolling force characteristics of the first and last stands in TCM, the relative power, and the TCM shape control ability. Then, IGA （immune genetic algorithm） was used to accomplish this multi-objective load distribution optimization for TCM. After simulation and comparison with the practical load distribution strategy in one tandem cold mill, general- ized shape and gauge decoupling load distribution optimization on the basis of IGA approved good ability of optimizing shape control and gauge control simultaneously.

Plants have evolved complex mechanisms to defend themselves against pathogens. It has been shown that several defense responses are influenced by light, and the red/far-red light photoreceptor phytochromes （PHY） modulate plant defense responses in Arabidopsis. Blue light receptor cryptochromes （CRY） work together with PHY to regulate many light-controlled responses, including photomorphogenesis, floral induction, and entrainment of the circadian clock. We report here that the Arabidopsis blue light photoreceptor CRY1 positively regulates inducible resistance to Pseudomonas syringae under continuous light conditions. By challenging plants with R syringae pv. tomato （Pst.） DC3000 carrying avrRpt2, we demonstrate that effector-triggered local resistance is down-regulated in the cry1 mutant, leading to more pathogen multiplication. In plants overexpressing CRY1 （CRYl-ovx）, however, local resistance is significantly up-regulated. We also show that systemic acquired resistance （SAR） is positively regulated by CRY1, and that salicylic acid （SA）-induced pathogenesis-related gene PR-1 expression is reduced in the cry1 mutant, but enhanced in CRYl-ovx plants. However, our results in- dicate that CRY1 only modestly influences SA accumulation and has no effect on hypersensitive cell death. These results suggest that CRY1 may positively regulate R protein-mediated resistance to P. syringae with increased PR gene expression.

背景:巨噬细胞M1/M2极化方向的调节在组织工程应用中尤为关键,及时调控可最大程度地减少促炎、促进抗炎或组织愈合反应。目的:将慢病毒介导的miRNA-378a过表达巨噬细胞株复合胶原蛋白海绵回植入动物模型,据此检测免疫调节在体内环境中的相关表达水平等组织修复相关的指标,进一步阐明在体内环境中miRNA-378a是否促进巨噬细胞M2极化及其对免疫调节和组织修复的作用。方法:将慢病毒介导的miRNA-378a过表达巨噬细胞株、阴性对照病毒巨噬细胞株扩增、筛选,复苏培养巨噬细胞株后与胶原蛋白海绵共培养以此构成复合体,具体分组如下:①阳性组:过表达miRNA-378a巨噬细胞-胶原蛋白海绵复合体;②阴性组:阴性对照病毒介导的miRNA-378a巨噬细胞-胶原蛋白海绵复合体;③对照组:巨噬细胞-胶原蛋白海绵;④空白对照组:胶原蛋白海绵。通过免疫荧光及扫描电镜观察各组细胞密度、表型、黏附情况,后回植入小鼠背部皮下模型,分别于造模后4,7 d处死小鼠,通过大体观察、苏木精-伊红染色、Masson染色、免疫组化分析慢病毒介导的miRNA-378a过表达巨噬细胞胶原蛋白海绵复合体中巨噬细胞极化的方向及其对机体免疫调控、组织修复的作用。结果与结论:①免疫荧光镜下观察各组巨噬细胞株确实与胶原蛋白海绵形成复合体;②扫描电镜下慢病毒介导的miRNA-378a巨噬细胞(阳性组)较其他分组细胞密度增加,细胞出现球形、椭圆形及多边形分化,具有更多的伪足;③大体观察下总体7 d愈合好于4 d,慢病毒介导的miRNA-378a过表达巨噬细胞(阳性组)无论4,7 d愈合均好于其他分组;④苏木精-伊红染色、Masson染色下,慢病毒介导的miRNA-378a过表达巨噬细胞(阳性组)具有较多量的纤维细胞、毛细血管、成纤维细胞以及胶原纤维增生;⑤免疫组化显示,慢病毒介导的miRNA-378a过表达巨噬细胞(阳性组)无论4,7 d M2极化细胞阳性率均大于其他分组;对照组及阴性组巨噬细胞无论4,7 d M2极化细胞阳性率均大于空白对照组,而对照组及阴性组之间无统计学差异;阳性组、阴性组、对照组无论4,7 d染色细胞数量均大于空白对照组,且阳性组>阴性组≈对照组>空白对照组;⑥提示在体内环境中miRNA-378a过表达巨噬细胞具有较多量的纤维细胞、毛细血管、成纤维细胞以及胶原纤维增生,对组织修复起到了正向作用,并且能促进巨噬细胞向M2型极化并抑制M1型极化,从而有助于减少机体炎症反应。

Comprehensive contour prediction model of work rolls in hot wide strip mill

The predictive calculation of comprehensive contour of work rolls in the on-line strip shape control model during hot rolling consists of two important parts of wear contour calculation and thermal contour calculation, which have a direct influence on the ac- curacy of shape control. A statistical wear model and a finite difference thermal contour model of work rolls were described. The comprehensive contour is the equivalence treatment of the sum of grinding, wear, and thermal contours. This comprehensive contour calculation model has been applied successfully in the real on-line strip shape control model. Its high precision has been proved through the large amounts of actual roll profile measurements and theoretical analyses. The hit rates （percent of shape index satisfying re- quirement） of crown and head flatness of the strips rolled, by using the shape control model, which includes the comprehensive contour calculation model, have about 16% and 10% increase respectively, compared to those of strips rolled by using manual operation.
