Objective:Optimal luteinizing hormone(LH)levels forin vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection(IVF/ICSI)patients following the gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)antagonist protocol remain *** study aimed to estimate the association between serum LH levels on the triggering day(LHLOT)and clinical pregnancy outcomes in IVF/ICSI patients following the GnRH antagonist ***:We enrolled 4743 IVF/ICSI cycles using flexible or fixed GnRH antagonist protocols between January 2017 and June *** patients were stratified into four groups according to the LHLOT quartiles(Q1–Q4).Each group was further divided into two subgroups according to the median basal LH/*** main outcomes were clinical pregnancy,birth,and miscarriage *** outcomes were oocyte yield,number of MII,fertilized oocytes(2PN),and high-quality ***:Serum LHLOT levels were negatively correlated with oocyte yield and the numbers of MII,2PN,and high-quality *** outcomes were compared among the different quartiles and *** absolute difference in the clinical pregnancy rates between the Q4 and Q1 groups was 6.4%(47.2%vs.40.8%,P3.04 and≤3.04 were 32.7%and 48.6%(P2.14 and≤2.14 were 50.2%and 41.9%,respectively(P<0.05).The greater the decrease in LH levels,the lower the oocyte maturation rate across all ***:According to the LHLOT quartiles,the Q1 of serum LHLOT<1.43 IU/L may result in a higher number of oocytes but reduced oocyte maturation and lower clinical pregnancy rates.A decrease in LH levels by approximately 2.14 to 3.04 times compared to basal LH levels may lead to higher clinical pregnancy rates in IVF/ICSI patients following the GnRH antagonist protocol.

The polymer with nanoparticles tethered at each end is a unique model for unraveling the effect of chain ends on the polymer dynamics. We investigated the rheological behavior of this kind of polymer by using nonequilibrium molecular dynamics simulation. The effect of polymer lengths and nanoparticle radii on the complex moduli and viscosity was examined. The dependence of complex moduli on the frequency becomes less pronounced as the polymer is short or the nanoparticle is large. The shear thinning behavior was revealed for these systems, and the scaling exponent of complex viscosity with respect to the frequency was found to change from-1/2 to-3/4 as the polymer shortens or the nanoparticle enlarges. The rheological behavior was further explained by analyzing the mean square distance of nanoparticles. The simulation results were compared with the existing experimental finding, showing an agreement. The work provides information for understanding the chain end effect on polymer rheology.

The recently discovered,extremely proton-rich nuclide 18 Mg exhibits ground-state decay via two sequential two-proton(2p)emissions through the intermediate nucleus,*** study investigates the structure and the initial 2p decay mechanism of^(18)Mgby examining the density and correlations of the valence protons using a three-body Gamow coupled-channel *** results show that the ground state of^(18)Mgis significantly influenced by the continuum,resulting in a significant s-wave ***,based on the current framework,this does not lead to a significant deviation in mirror symmetry in either the structure or spectroscopy of the 18Mg-18C ***,the time evolution analysis of the^(18)Mgground state suggests a simultaneous 2p emission during the first step of *** observed nucleon-nucleon correlations align with those of the light-mass 2p emitters,indicating a consistent decay behavior within this nuclear region.

The Giant Radio Array for Neutrino Detection(GRAND)is a proposed large-scale observatory designed to detect cosmic rays,gamma-rays,and neutrinos with energies exceeding 100 Pe *** GRANDProto300 experiment is proposed as the early stage of the GRAND project,consisting of a hybrid array of radio antennas and scintillator *** latter,as a mature and traditional detector,is used to cross-check the nature of the candidate events selected from radio *** this study,we developed a simulation software called G4GRANDProto300,based on the Geant4 software package,to optimize the spacing of the scintillator detector array and to investigate its effective *** analysis was conducted at various zenith angles under different detector spacings,including 300,500,600,700,and 900 *** results indicate that,for large zenith angles used to search for cosmic-ray in the GRAND project,the optimized effective area is with a detector spacing of 500 *** G4GRANDProto300 software that we developed could be used to further optimize the layout of the particle detector array in future work.

We proposed and compared three methods(filter burnup,single energy burnup,and burnup extremum analysis)to build a high-resolution neutronics model for 238Pu production in high-flux *** filter burnup and single energy burnup methods have no theoretical approximation and can achieve a spectrum resolution of up to~1 eV,thereby constructing the importance curve and yield curve of the full energy *** burnup extreme analysis method combines the importance and yield curves to consider the influence of irradiation time on production efficiency,thereby constructing extreme *** three curves,which quantify the transmutation rate of the nuclei in each energy region,are of physical significance because they have similar distributions.A high-resolution neutronics model for ^(238)Pu production was established based on these three curves,and its universality and feasibility were *** neutronics model can guide the neutron spectrum optimization and improve the yield of ^(238)Pu by up to 18.81%.The neutronics model revealed the law of nuclei transmutation in all energy regions with high spectrum resolution,thus providing theoretical support for high-flux reactor design and irradiation production of ^(238)Pu.

The exercise recommendation system is emerging as a promising application in online learning scenarios,providing personalized recommendations to assist students with explicit learning *** solutions generally follow a collaborative filtering paradigm,while the implicit connections between students(exercises)have been largely *** this study,we aim to propose an exercise recommendation paradigm that can reveal the latent connections between student-student(exercise-exercise).Specifically,a new framework was proposed,namely personalized exercise recommendation with student and exercise portraits(PERP).It consists of three sequential and interdependent modules:Collaborative student exercise graph(CSEG)construction,joint random walk,and recommendation list ***,CSEG is created as a unified heterogeneous graph with students’response behaviors and student(exercise)***,a joint random walk to take full advantage of the spectral properties of nearly uncoupled Markov chains is performed on CSEG,which allows for full exploration of both similar exercises that students have finished and connections between students(exercises)with similar ***,we propose to optimize the recommendation list to obtain different exercise *** analyses of two public datasets,the results demonstrated that PERP can satisfy novelty,accuracy,and diversity.
