霸府馆客制的出现,应该与东魏、北齐以邺和晋阳为双核心的统治体制有密切关系。由于高欢将晋阳作为统治的基地,所以使大丞相府成为霸府。为了加强霸府的实力,高欢采取了一系列重要措施。其中,为霸府招纳馆客就是重要一项。至高澄时,开始将霸府馆客的招纳与国家选官制度相结合,并对霸府馆客的规定逐渐实现制度化。高氏统治者主要招纳方伎之士、文学之士为霸府馆客。霸府馆客与高氏统治者实际建立起君臣关系约束下的特殊的主客关系。由于东魏、北齐的东、西部地区存在文化差异,而东部地区是汉文化繁荣之地,所以高氏统治者多将东部地区的优秀汉族文人招纳为馆客。霸府馆客也就可以利用自身文化优势而使汉文化在西部地区产生重要影响。这种影响对消除东、西部的文化差异起到了积极作用。而且,由于实行馆客制是以优秀文人服务于高氏统治者,因此也就成为北齐末年文林馆设置的参照。所以,文林馆在文化上的创获,实际上受到霸府馆客制的很大影响。

开塞通联合阿司匹林对缺血性中风患者神经功能及脑血流灌注参数的影响

目的探讨开塞通胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性中风(IS)的临床疗效,以及对患者神经功能及脑血流灌注参数的影响。方法选取医院2022年1月至2023年1月收治的IS患者140例,按随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,各70例。两组患者均予常规疗法联合... 详细信息

目的探讨开塞通胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性中风(IS)的临床疗效,以及对患者神经功能及脑血流灌注参数的影响。方法选取医院2022年1月至2023年1月收治的IS患者140例,按随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,各70例。两组患者均予常规疗法联合阿司匹林治疗,联合组加用开塞通,均治疗1个月。结果联合组总有效率为91.43%,显著高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均显著降低(P<0.05),日常生活活动能力量表(BI)评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且联合组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的脑血流量、脑血容量均显著升高(P<0.05),平均通过时间、达峰时间均显著缩短(P<0.05),且联合组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的记忆商数评分均显著升高(P<0.05),可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1和S100β水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且联合组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组和对照组不良反应发生率相当(1.43%比4.29%,P=0.310)。结论开塞通联合阿司匹林治疗IS的临床疗效良好,可改善患者的神经功能,提高灌注参数和生活质量,且安全性良好。

BACKGROUND In recent years,many studies have shown that proteasome 26S subunit non-ATPase 6(PSMD6)plays an important role in the occurrence and development of malignant ***,there are no reports on the evaluation of the potential role of PSMD6 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).AIM To comprehensively evaluate the overexpression pattern and clinical significance of PSMD6 in HCC *** This study integrated PSMD6 mRNA expression profiles from 4672 HCC and 3667 non-HCC tissues,along with immunohistochemical scores from 383 HCC and adjacent tissues,to assess PSMD6 overexpression in *** regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats knockout technology evaluated PSMD6’s essential role in HCC cell *** enrichment analysis explored the molecular mechanism of PSMD6 abnormalities in *** sensitivity analysis and molecular docking analysed the effect of abnormal expression of PSMD6 on the drug sensitivity of HCC *** The results of 41 external and two internal datasets showed that PSMD6 mRNA(SMD=0.26,95%CI:0.09-0.42,Phemical carcinogenesis—reactive oxygen *** sensitivity analysis and a molecular docking model showed that high expression of PSMD6 was associated with the tolerance of HCC cells to drugs such as ML323,sepantronium bromide,and *** PSMD6 effectively distinguished HCC tissues(AUC=0.75,95%CI:0.71-0.79).CONCLUSION This study was the first to discover that PSMD6 was overexpressed in HCC ***6 is essential for the growth of HCC cell

Uncertain information fusion with robust adaptive neural networks-fuzzy reasoning

In practical multi-sensor information fusion systems, there exists uncertainty about the network structure, active state of sensors, and information itself （including fuzziness, randomness, incompleteness as well as roughness, etc）. hence it requires investigating the problem of uncertain information fusion. Robust learning algorithm which adapts to complex environment and the fuzzy inference algorithm which disposes fuzzy information are explored to solve the problem. Based on the fusion technology of neural networks and fuzzy inference algorithm, a multi-sensor uncertain information fusion system is modeled. Also RANFIS learning algorithm and fusing weight synthesized inference algorithm are developed from the ANFIS algorithm according to the concept of robust neural networks. This fusion system mainly consists of RANFIS confidence estimator, fusing weight synthesized inference knowledge base and weighted fusion section. The simulation result demonstrates that the proposed fusion model and algorithm have the capability of uncertain information fusion, thus is obviously advantageous compared with the conventional Kalman weighted fusion algorithm.

Comprehensive contour prediction model of work rolls in hot wide strip mill

The predictive calculation of comprehensive contour of work rolls in the on-line strip shape control model during hot rolling consists of two important parts of wear contour calculation and thermal contour calculation, which have a direct influence on the ac- curacy of shape control. A statistical wear model and a finite difference thermal contour model of work rolls were described. The comprehensive contour is the equivalence treatment of the sum of grinding, wear, and thermal contours. This comprehensive contour calculation model has been applied successfully in the real on-line strip shape control model. Its high precision has been proved through the large amounts of actual roll profile measurements and theoretical analyses. The hit rates （percent of shape index satisfying re- quirement） of crown and head flatness of the strips rolled, by using the shape control model, which includes the comprehensive contour calculation model, have about 16% and 10% increase respectively, compared to those of strips rolled by using manual operation.

Consider the linear matrix equation ATXA -k BTYB = D, where AB are n × n real matrices and D symmetric positive semi-definite matrix. In this paper, the normwise backward perturbation bounds for the solution of the equation are derived by applying the Brouwer fixed-point theorem and the singular value decomposition as well as the property of Kronecker product. The results are illustrated by two simple numerical examples.
