Digital Twin for Human-Robot Interactive Welding and Welder Behavior Analysis

This paper presents an innovative investigation on prototyping a digital twin(DT)as the platform for human-robot interactive welding and welder behavior *** humanrobot interaction(HRI)working style helps to enhance human users'operational productivity and comfort;while data-driven welder behavior analysis benefits to further novice welder *** HRI system includes three modules:1)a human user who demonstrates the welding operations offsite with her/his operations recorded by the motion-tracked handles;2)a robot that executes the demonstrated welding operations to complete the physical welding tasks onsite;3)a DT system that is developed based on virtual reality(VR)as a digital replica of the physical human-robot interactive welding *** DT system bridges a human user and robot through a bi-directional information flow:a)transmitting demonstrated welding operations in VR to the robot in the physical environment;b)displaying the physical welding scenes to human users in *** to existing DT systems reported in the literatures,the developed one provides better capability in engaging human users in interacting with welding scenes,through an augmented *** verify the effectiveness,six welders,skilled with certain manual welding training and unskilled without any training,tested the system by completing the same welding job;three skilled welders produce satisfied welded workpieces,while the other three unskilled do not.A data-driven approach as a combination of fast Fourier transform(FFT),principal component analysis(PCA),and support vector machine(SVM)is developed to analyze their *** an operation sequence,i.e.,motion speed sequence of the welding torch,frequency features are firstly extracted by FFT and then reduced in dimension through PCA,which are finally routed into SVM for *** trained model demonstrates a 94.44%classification accuracy in the testing *** successful pattern recognition in skilled

目的研究阴道微生态与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)16/18感染的相关性,评价阴道微生态在HPV16/18感染诊断预测中的临床适用性。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月同时行阴道微生态及宫颈HPV检测的2000例妇女为研究对象。分析阴道微生态中导致HPV16/18感染的高危因素,并建立和评价HPV16/18感染发生风险的临床预测模型。结果阳性组241例,HPV阴性组1759例;两组的乳杆菌减少、细菌性阴道炎(BV)、需氧性阴道炎(AV)发生率及β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶(GUS)、唾液酸苷酶(SNA)和白细胞酯酶(LE)阳性率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳杆菌减少、BV、AV及GUS、SNA、LE阳性均是HPV16/18感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。建立Logistic回归、决策树和随机森林3种预测模型,其中BV及AV均为重要的预测因子;Logistic回归模型在预测HPV16/18感染风险方面的准确性最高;Logistic回归模型的校准曲线与预测概率具有良好的相关性,决策曲线分析表明预测模型具有良好的临床适用性。结论阴道微生态失衡与宫颈HPV16/18感染密切相关,尤其是BV、AV;基于乳杆菌减少、BV、AV、SNA、LE及GUS 6个因素建立的HPV16/18感染风险的Logistic回归预测模型具有较优的准确性和临床适用性。

Revealing the size effect of Fe S2on solid-state battery performances at different operating temperatures

FeS_(2) shows significant potential as cathode material for all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs)due to its high theoretical specific capacity,low cost,and environmental ***,the poor ion/electron conductivity and large volume variation effect of FeS_(2) inhibit its practical ***,the influence of particle size of FeS_(2) on the corresponding sulfide-based solid-state batteries is carefully investigated by tuning FeS_(2) ***,low operating temperature is chosen to mitigate the large volume changes during cycling in the battery.S-FeS_(2) with smaller particle sizes delivers superior electrochemical performances than that of the larger L-FeS_(2) in Li_(5.5)PS_(4.5)Cl_(1.5)-based ASSLBs under different operating temperatures.S-FeS_(2) shows stable discharge capacities during 50 cycles with a current density of 0.1 m A/cm^(2)under -20℃.When the current density rises to 1.0 m A/cm^(2),it delivers an initial discharge capacity of 146.9 m Ah/g and maintains 63% of the capacity after 100 *** work contributes to constructing ASSLBs enables excellent electrochemical performances under extreme operating temperatures.

The Experimental Investigation of Recirculation of Air-Cooled System for a Large Power Plant

The paper introduces thermal buoyancy effects to experimental investigation of wind tunnel simulation on direct air-cooled condenser for a large power plant. In order to get thermal flow field of air-cooled tower, PIV experiments are carried out and recirculation ratio of each condition is calculated. Results show that the thermal flow field of the cooling tower has great influence on the recirculation under the cooling tower. Ameliorating the thermal flow field of the cooling tower can reduce the recirculation under the cooling tower and improve the efficiency of air-cooled condenser also.

鉴于实时高精度航天器位姿测量不仅是航天器实时监控和跟踪的重要技术保证,同时也是实时调整和补偿航天器姿态的主要依据,提出一种基于单目视觉的航天器实时位姿测量方法,利用高精度旋转平台几何摄像机的方式对被测目标进行位姿解算。该方法不需要对被测目标进行几何约束,同时也不用进行转站测量,因而可以进行动态实时的在线位姿检测。航天器位姿实验结果表明:该单目视觉测量方法姿态测量误差小于0.05°,位置测量误差小于0.02m,满足实际工程0.1°和0.05m的精度需求。

目的探究经腹膜后入路腹腔镜肾上腺切除术(retro-peritoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy, RLA)对肾上腺肿瘤患者术后氧化应激水平、肾功能及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2023年3月于我院行肾上腺切除术的肾上腺肿瘤患者81例作为研究对象, 根据不同手术方式分为T组和R组。T组40例, 给予经腹腔入路肾上腺切除术( transperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy, TLA)。R组41例, 予以RLA手术。比较两组患者手术相关指标、氧化应激水平、肾功能、免疫功能、中转开放手术情况及术后并发症情况。结果 R组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后镇痛药物使用量和胃肠道功能恢复时间明显小于T组(P0.05)。结论 RLA应用于肾上腺肿瘤患者可明显降低肾上腺切除手术对患者氧化应激、肾功能及免疫功能的影响。
