Fuzzy optimization design of multicomponent refinery hydrogen network

Hydrogen and light hydrocarbon components are essential resources of the refinery.The optimization of the refinery hydrogen system and recovery of the light hydrocarbon components contained in the gas streams are key strategies to reduce the operating costs for sustainable development.Many research efforts have been focused on the optimization of single impurity hydrogen network,and the flowrates of the hydrogen sources and sinks are assumed to be constant.However,their flowrates vary along with the quality of crude oil and refinery processing plans.A general superstructure of multicomponent refinery hydrogen network is proposed,which considers four components,namely H_(2),H_(2)S,CH_(4) and C_(2+),as well as the flowrate variations of hydrogen source and hydrogen sink.The mathematical model based on the superstructure is developed with objective functions,including the minimization of total annualized cost and the maximization of overall satisfaction of the hydrogen network.Moreover,the model considers the removal of hydrogen sulfide and the recovery of light hydrocarbon components(i.e.,C_(2+))in the optimization.To verify the applicability of the proposed mathematical model,a simplified industrial case study with four scenarios is solved.The optimization results show that the economic benefit can be maximized by considering both the direct reuse of gas streams from high-pressure separator(HP gas stream)and from low-pressure separator(LP gas stream)and the recovery of the light hydrocarbon streams.The fuzzy optimization method can be used to guide the optimal design of the refinery hydrogen system with multi-period variable flowrates.

Electrochemical reduction of CO_(2)(CO_(2)RR)to value-added chemicals is an attractive strategy for greenhouse gas mitigation and carbon recycle.Carbon material is one of most promising electrocatalysts but its product selectivity is limited by few modulating approaches for active sites.Herein,the predominant pyridinic N-B sites(accounting for 80%to all N species)are fabricated in hierarchically porous structure of graphene nanoribbons/amorphous carbon.The graphene nanoribbons and porous structure can accelerate electron and ion/gas transport during CO_(2)RR,respectively.This carbon electrocatalyst exhibits excellent selectivity toward CO_(2)reduction to CH_(4)with the faradaic efficiency of 68%at−0.50 V vs.RHE.As demonstrated by density functional theory,a proper adsorbed energy of∗CO and∗CH_(2)O are generated on the pyridinic N-B site resulting into high CH_(4)selectivity.Therefore,this study provides a novel method to modulate active sites of carbon-based electrocatalyst to obtain high CH_(4)selectivity.

Common wheat(Triticum aestivum)is one of the most widely cultivated and consumed crops globally.In the face of limited arable land and climate changes,it is a great challenge to maintain current and increase future wheat production.Enhancing agronomic traits in wheat by introducing mutations across all three homoeologous copies of each gene has proven to be a difficult task due to its large genome with high repetition.However,clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associ-ated nuclease(Cas)genome editing technologies offer a powerful means of precisely manipulating the genomes of crop species,thereby opening up new possibilities for biotechnology and breeding.In this review,we first focus on the development and optimization of the current CRISPR-based genome editing tools in wheat,emphasizing recent breakthroughs in precise and multiplex genome editing.We then describe the general procedure of wheat genome editing and highlight different methods to deliver the genome editing reagents into wheat cells.Furthermore,we summarize the recent applications and ad-vancements of CRISPR/Cas technologies for wheat improvement.Lastly,we discuss the remaining chal-lenges specific to wheat genome editing and its future prospects.

Force Control Compensation Method with Variable Load Stiffness and Damping of the Hydraulic Drive Unit Force Control System

Each joint of hydraulic drive quadruped robot is driven by the hydraulic drive unit（HDU）, and the contacting between the robot foot end and the ground is complex and variable, which increases the difficulty of force control inevitably. In the recent years, although many scholars researched some control methods such as disturbance rejection control, parameter self-adaptive control, impedance control and so on, to improve the force control performance of HDU, the robustness of the force control still needs improving. Therefore, how to simulate the complex and variable load characteristics of the environment structure and how to ensure HDU having excellent force control performance with the complex and variable load characteristics are key issues to be solved in this paper. The force control system mathematic model of HDU is established by the mechanism modeling method, and the theoretical models of a novel force control compensation method and a load characteristics simulation method under different environment structures are derived, considering the dynamic characteristics of the load stiffness and the load damping under different environment structures. Then, simulation effects of the variable load stiffness and load damping under the step and sinusoidal load force are analyzed experimentally on the HDU force control performance test platform, which provides the foundation for the force control compensation experiment research. In addition, the optimized PID control parameters are designed to make the HDU have better force control performance with suitable load stiffness and load damping, under which the force control compensation method is introduced, and the robustness of the force control system with several constant load characteristics and the variable load characteristics respectively are comparatively analyzed by experiment. Compared with the traditional heteroatom doping,employing heterostructure is a new modulating approach for carbon-based electrocatalysts.Herein,a facile ball milling-assisted route is proposed to synthesize porous carbon materials composed of abundant graphene/hexagonal boron nitride(G/h-BN)heterostructures.Metal Ni powder and nanoscale h-BN sheets are used as a catalytic substrate/hard template and“nucleation seed”for the formation of the heterostructure,respectively.As-prepared G/h-BN heterostructures exhibit enhanced electrocatalytic activity toward H_(2)O_(2) generation with 86%-95%selectivity at the range of 0.45-0.75 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)and a positive onset potential of 0.79 versus RHE(defined at a ring current density of 0.3 mA cm^(-2))in the alkaline solution.In a flow cell,G/h-BN heterostructured electrocatalyst has a H_(2)O_(2) production rate of up to 762 mmol g_(catalyst)^(-1) h^(-1) and Faradaic efficiency of over 75%during 12 h testing,superior to the reported carbon-based electrocatalysts.The density functional theory simulation suggests that the B atoms at the interface of the G/h-BN heterostructure are the key active sites.This research provides a new route to activate carbon catalysts toward highly active and selective O_(2)-to-H_(2)O_(2) conversion.

为了优化永磁同步电机(PMSM)调速系统的动态性能,使用滑模控制的PMSM控制系统的非线性速度控制算法。提出一种新的快速积分终端滑模面(FITSMC),以提高传统积分终端滑模控制在速度误差远离平衡点时的跟踪误差收敛速度。针对高切换增益引起的大抖动现象,提出一种改进的抗干扰滑模速度控制器,该方法引入扩展状态观测器观测集中扰动,并在FITSMC中添加前馈补偿项。最后,通过仿真验证所提控制方法的有效性。结果表明:采用FITSMC替代传统的PI控制器,可以有效地降低动态速度跟踪误差。通过与传统方法进行比较,验证了所提方法(FITSMC+ESO)的优越性。

为达到超低排放标准,某电厂筹建超临界660 MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉机组时在旋风分离器处安装了选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝设备。本文通过实验研究了反应温度、氨氮摩尔比、含氧量和循环灰组分对SNCR脱硝反应的影响。结果表明:随着反应温度从800℃升至950℃,脱硝效率不断提高,在950℃达到峰值,继续升温后由于NH3的氧化作用脱硝效率下降;当反应温度低于850℃时,温度是脱硝反应的控制因素,此时提升氨氮摩尔比对脱硝效率影响不大,当反应温度超过850℃时,提升氨氮摩尔比会明显提高脱硝效率,但氨氮摩尔比大于1.50后,脱硝效率增速放缓;含氧量为0时,OH等活性根很少,会导致SNCR反应进行缓慢,而含氧量增加会加强NH_3氧化,减小脱硝效率;循环灰含有Fe_2O_3、CaO金属氧化物可以促进NH3的氧化反应,从而降低脱硝效率。

在我国东部油田的新生代地层中,多发育大套的红色碎屑岩地层,其中发育有很好的油气藏。红层中油气藏的形成受多种因素影响。对东部油田的红层油气藏的研究表明,沉积与构造是控制红层油气成藏的关键因素,因沉积作用而形成的油气保存条件直接影响圈闭的有效性。厚层泥岩沉积对圈闭的封闭性也有重要影响。对红层中油气藏的分析与对比表明,供油断层与砂岩体相接触、储层侧向与垂向受泥岩或其他岩性或不整合的封堵是形成红层中油气藏的关键因素。

Tripterygium glycosides tablet(TGT),the classical commercial drug of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.F.has been effectively used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,nephrotic syndrome,leprosy,Behcet's syndrome,leprosy reaction and autoimmune hepatitis.However,due to its narrow and limited treatment window,TGT-induced organ toxicity(among which liver injury accounts for about 40%of clinical reports)has gained increasing attention.The present study aimed to clarify the cellular and molecular events underlying TGT-induced acute liver injury using single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)technology.The TGT-induced acute liver injury mouse model was constructed through short-term TGT exposure and further verified by hematoxylin-eosin staining and liver function-related serum indicators,including alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase and total bilirubin.Using the mouse model,we identified 15 specific subtypes of cells in the liver tissue,including endothelial cells,hepatocytes,cholangiocytes,and hepatic stellate cells.Further analysis indicated that TGT caused a significant inflammatory response in liver endothelial cells at different spatial locations;led to marked inflammatory response,apoptosis and fatty acid metabolism dysfunction in hepatocytes;activated hepatic stellate cells;brought about the activation,inflammation,and phagocytosis of liver capsular macrophages cells;resulted in immune dysfunction of liver lymphocytes;disturbed the intercellular crosstalk in liver microenvironment by regulating various signaling pathways.Thus,these findings elaborate the mechanism underlying TGT-induced acute liver injury,provide new insights into the safe and rational applications in the clinic,and complement the identification of new biomarkers and therapeutic targets for liver protection.

随着“双碳”目标的提出,多能源交互和新能源消纳的区域综合能源系统(region integrated energy system,RIES)成为研究热点。为兼顾RIES中各主体利益,文中提出一种考虑风光不确定和碳交易的RIES双层博弈优化运行策略。首先,基于多智能体技术,建立以能源销售代理商(energy sales agent,ESA)、能源运营代理商(energy operation agent,EOA)和用户代理商(energy use agent,EUA)为主体的双层多智能体系统模型;其次,针对风光出力不确定性,采用蒙特卡洛法进行随机场景生成并通过k-means聚类和同步回代消除技术进行场景削减;然后,在考虑源侧各主体运行收益、碳交易成本以及负荷侧综合需求响应基础上,搭建纵向Stackelberg博弈嵌套横向EOA非合作博弈竞价的双层博弈框架并证明Nash均衡;最后,利用改进双变异差分进化算法结合YALMIP工具箱和商业软件CPLEX在MATLAB中进行仿真分析,算例结果表明所提优化策略可有效实现各主体利益提升的同时减少弃风光率和碳排放量。
