OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy and potential mechanism of Bailing capsule (百令胶囊， BL) anti-autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT). METHODS: Based on the AIT rat model， the effect of BL in alleviating AIT was evaluated by detecting serum thyroid index free triiodothyronine (FT3)， free thyroxine (FT4)， thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH)， thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb)， thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb)， and inflammatory factors Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ)， Interleukin-4， -10， and -12 (IL-4， IL-10， and IL-12) as well as thyroid tissue Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining and ultrastructure observation. The mechanism of BL was explored by combining transcriptome and proteome analysis， and further verified by Western blot (WB). RESULTS: BL effectively reduced serum FT3， FT4， TGAb， and TPOAb levels in AIT rats， restored TSH balance， inhibited the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines IFN-γ and IL-12， promoted the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-4 and IL-10， and significantly reduced IFN-γ/IL-4 and IL-12/IL-10， improved thyroid follicular structure， and protected thyroid tissue from injury. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes and protein interaction network analysis showed that BL affected the expression of fatty acid-binding protein 4， acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain family member 1， and acyl-CoA dehydrogenase long chain to regulate the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor signaling pathway， thereby inhibiting the fatty acid metabolism and the inflammatory state of AIT rats. CONCLUSIONS: BL could effectively reduce thyroid inflammation in AIT model rats. The possible BL mechanism was to regulate the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor signaling pathway and inhibit fatty acid metabolism. This study suggested that BL has the potential to be used in clinical treatment of AIT.

文章选取2016—2023年我国的293只开放式股票型基金,实证检验基金经理的网络关注度对其所在基金家族资金流量的影响。结果表明:高网络关注度的明星基金经理能给其所在的基金家族带来更多资金净流入,即高网络关注度的明星基金经理具有溢出效应;存在人为造星倾向的基金公司具有旗下基金超额回报标准差较大、基金家族规模较大、旗下包含同类排名后5%基金的特征;投资管理能力较弱的基金公司存在人为打造高网络关注度的明星基金经理的倾向。上述研究结论有助于为基金投资者选择合适的基金、为基金公司打造高质量产品、为监管部门完善相关监管措施提供参考。

近年来,随着新能源汽车“井喷式”发展,蔚来汽车迎来了新机遇。然而,具有不稳定性、不确定性、复杂性和模糊性的“乌卡时代”的到来,影响了蔚来汽车的发展。基于此,对蔚来汽车的商业模式“画布”进行解析,并结合价值网络视角对商业模式的价值创造、价值传递及价值实现进行财务研究,同时通过SWOT分析,找出蔚来汽车商业模式的不足并提出战略性改进建议,旨在改善蔚来汽车的商业模式,为其他新能源汽车企业优化商业模式提供参考。

目的探讨不同肝肿瘤对^(68)Ga-FAPI-04的摄取能力,分析^(68)Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT对肝肿瘤潜在的鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾分析2020-01-01-2022-09-30于西南医科大学附属医院疑诊为肝癌且接受^(68)Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT检查的70例患者临床资料。根据术后病理学检查结果以及相关随访结果(超声、CT和MRI等)将病例分为肝原发肿瘤45例(肝细胞肝癌25例,胆管细胞癌16例,肝血管瘤4例),肝转移癌25例。原发性肝癌(肝细胞肝癌及胆管细胞癌)和肝转移癌之间最大标准摄取值(SUV_(max))采用独立样本t检验,肝细胞癌、胆管细胞癌和肝转移癌之间的SUV_(max)采用方差分析及事后多重比较分析,肝内病灶长径与SUV_(max)之间关系采用Pearson检验,检验各指标的诊断能力用接受者操作特征曲线(ROC)分析。结果原发性肝癌与肝转移癌对显像剂摄取能力比较,除了肝细胞肝癌与胆管细胞癌差异无统计学意义外(P=0.021),其余各组间差异均有统计学意义,均P<0.05。肝癌平均SUV_(max)最高的是胆管细胞癌(14.90±5.33),其次是肝细胞肝癌(9.98±4.92),最低的是肝转移癌(6.57±2.82)。肝血管瘤的平均SUV_(max)为1.45±0.14。在行^(68)Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT的原发性肝癌及肝转移癌的66例患者中,SUV_(max)对于鉴别诊断原发性肝癌和肝转移癌的AUC值为0.809,分界值为7.600,灵敏度为0.756,特异度为0.720,约登指数为0.476。原发性肝癌病灶纵向直径与SUV_(max)值无关(r=0.200,P=0.211),肝转移癌病灶纵向直径与SUV_(max)值有关(r=0.570,P=0.003)。结论^(68)Ga-FAPI-04作为一种新的示踪剂,通过PET/CT显像在诊断肝癌方面具有较大潜力,在鉴别原发性肝癌、肝转移癌和良性病变方面也具有潜在的价值。

[目的]探明鲁中南地区不同经济林种植模式对土壤水分物理性质和土壤养分的影响规律，为该区域水土保持经济林种植模式筛选和栽植管理提供依据。[方法]选取鲁中南地区临沂市蒙阴县孟良崮小流域的桃树纯林(Amygdalus persica L.)(TS)、山楂纯林(Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge)(SZ)、苹果+樱桃混交林(Malus pumila Mill.+Prunus pseudocerasus(Lindl.)***)(PY)、板栗+花椒混交林(Castanea mollissima Blume+Zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim.)(BH)4种经济林种植模式为研究对象，以荒草地(CK)作为对照，测定分析土壤容重、孔隙度和蓄水量等水分物理指标，以及土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷和速效养分等养分指标，采用主成分分析和模糊数学隶属函数法综合评价其改良土壤效应。[结果](1)经济林种植可提高土壤孔隙度和蓄水性能。与CK相比，4种经济林种植模式可降低土壤容重7.3%～22.1%,提高土壤毛管孔隙度14.2%～42.0%,提高土壤最大贮水量16.5%～43.8%。土壤持水性能表现为TS>PY>BH>SZ>CK。除PY外，其他经济林种植模式均可有效增加土壤涵蓄量与蓄涵降水量，表现为BH>TS>SZ>CK。经济林种植对0—20 cm土层涵蓄降水量与有效涵蓄量提高效果更明显，与0—20 cm土层相比，20—40 cm土层孔隙度与最大贮水量均有下降，TS变化幅度最小。(2)经济林种植可提高土壤有机碳和速效养分。与CK相比，4种经济林种植模式可提高土壤有机碳6.9%～270.4%,表现为TS>PY>BH>SZ>CK;土壤全氮和全磷含量表现为TS>PY>BH>SZ>CK。经济林种植对0—20 cm土层养分含量提高效果更明显，与0—20 cm土层相比，20—40 cm土层养分含量均有下降。(3)反映经济林种植模式改良土壤效应的指标可归纳为3类，一是土壤毛管持水特征和养分特征，二是土壤蓄水特征，三是土壤非毛管持水特征。[结论]不同经济林种植模式的土壤改良效应综合评价为桃树>板栗+花椒混交林>苹果+樱桃混交林>山楂纯林>荒草地。与荒草地相比，经济林种植可显著改善土壤水分物理特性，提高土壤养分性能，但随种植模式的不同其改良土壤效应差异较大。在鲁中南干旱瘠薄山地桃树纯林种植模式对土壤改良效应最好，其次为板栗+花椒混交林，山楂纯林相对较差。

The scale of distributed energy resources is increasing,but imperfect business models and value transmission mechanisms lead to low utilization ratio and poor *** address this issue,the concept of cleanness value of distributed energy storage(DES)is proposed,and the spatiotemporal distribution mechanism is discussed from the perspectives of electrical energy and *** on this,an evaluation system for the environmental benefits of DES is constructed to balance the interests between the aggregator and the power system ***,an optimal low-carbon dispatching for a virtual power plant(VPP)with aggregated DES is constructed,where-in energy value and cleanness value are both *** achieve the goal,a green attribute labeling method is used to establish a correlation constraint between the nodal carbon potential of the distribution network(DN)and DES behavior,but as a cost,it brings multiple nonlinear ***,a solution method based on the convex envelope(CE)linear re-construction method is proposed for the multivariate nonlinear programming problem,thereby improving solution efficiency and ***,the simulation verification based on the IEEE 33-bus DN is *** simulation results show that the multidimensional value recognition of DES motivates the willingness of resource users to ***,resolving the impact of DES on the nodal carbon potential can effectively alleviate overcompensation of the cleanness value.

Spatial Interaction Network Analysis of Crude Oil Trade Relations between Countries along the Belt and Road

Based on the theories and methods of complex network,crude oil trade flows between countries along the Belt and Road(B&R,hereafter)are inserted into the Geo-space of B&R and form a spatial interaction network which takes the countries as nodes and takes the trade relations as *** networked mining and evolution analysis can provide important references for the research on trade relations among the B&R countries and the formulation of trade *** paper researches and discusses the construction,statistical analysis,top networks and stability of the crude oil trade network between the B&R countries from 2001 to 2020 from the perspectives of Geo-Computation for Social Sciences(GCSS)and spatial ***,evolutions of out-degree,in-degree,out-strength and in-strength of the top 10 countries in the crude oil trade network are computed and ***,the top network method is used to explore the evolution characteristics of hierarchical *** finally,the sequential evolution characteristics of the crude oil trade network stability are analyzed utilizing the network stability measure method based on the trade relationship autocorrelation *** analysis results show that Russia has the largest out-degree and out-strength,and China has the largest in-degree and *** crude oil trade volume of the top 10 import and export networks between 2001—2020 accounts for over 90%of the total trade volume of the crude oil trade network,and the proportion remains relatively ***,the stability of the network showed strong fluctuations in 2009,2012 and 2014,which may be closely related to major international events in these years,which could furtherly be used to build a correlation model between network volatility and major *** paper explores how to construct and analyze the spatial interaction network of crude oil trade and can provide references for trade relations research and trade policy formulation of B&R countrie
