目的研究清肺颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者血清Toll样受体4(TLR4)与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)表达水平的影响。方法西安市中心医院2022年1月—2023年4月住院收治73例AECOPD患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组36例采用常规抗感染、吸氧、化痰及平喘等治疗,研究组37例加用清肺颗粒口服治疗,观察两组治疗前后肺功能水平(FEV1与FEV1/FVC)及炎症介质(血清TLR4与IL-6水平)差异,同时采用Speaman秩相关分析探究血清TLR4与IL-6水平与患者肺功能指标之间的相关性。比较两组临床疗效和安全性。结果 (1)治疗前对照组与研究组组间TLR4与IL-6水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3周后,研究组与对照组血清TLR4与IL-6水平均下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗3周后,研究组与对照组FEV1/FVC、FEV1均上升(P0.05)。结论清肺颗粒可显著降低AECOPD患者的血清TLR4与IL-6水平,同时改善肺功能,且血清TLR4和IL-6与肺功能存在一定的负相关关系。

Although aqueous zinc ion hybrid capacitors have advantageous integration of batteries and supercapacitors,they still suffer from the inherent problems of dendrite growth and interfacial side reactions on Zn ***,a universal fast zinc-ion diffusion layer on a three-dimensional(3 D)mesh structure model is demonstrated to effectively improve Zn plating/stripping *** fast ion diffusion alloy layer accelerates the Zn^(2+)migration in an orderly manner to homogenize Zn^(2+)flux and overcomes the defects of the commercial mesh substrate,effectively avoiding dendrite growth and side ***,the proof-of-concept silver-zinc alloy modified stainless steel mesh delivers superb reversibility with the high coulombic efficiency over 99.4%at 4 mA cm^(-2)after 1600 cycles and excellent reliability of over 830 h at 1 mA cm^(-2),Its feasibility is also evidenced in commercial zinc ion hybrid capacitors with activated carbon as the *** work enriches the fundamental comprehension of fast zinc-ion diffusion layer combined with a 3 D substrate on the Zn deposition and opens a universal approach to design advanced host for Zn electrodes in zinc ion hybrid capacitors.

The deformation, flicker, and drift of a light field owing to complex media such as a turbulent atmosphere have limited its practical applications. Thus, research on invariants in randomly fluctuated light fields has garnered considerable attention in recent years. Coherence is a statistical property of light,while its full and quantitative characterization is challenging. Herein, we successfully realize the orthogonal modal decomposition of partially coherent beams and introduce the application of coherence entropy as a global coherence characteristic of such randomly fluctuated light fields. It is demonstrated that coherence entropy remains consistent during propagation in a unitary system by unraveling complex channels. As representative examples, we study the robustness of coherence entropy for partially coherent beams as they propagate through deformed optical systems and turbulent media. Coherence entropy is anticipated to serve as a key metric for evaluating the propagation of partially coherent beams in complex channels. This study paves the way for a broader application scope of a customized low-coherence light field through nonideal optical systems and complex media.

Vortex beams with orbital angular momentum play a crucial role in increasing the information capacity in optical *** magnitude of orbital angular momentum determines the ability of information *** practice,a vortex beam can encounter random objects or turbulence during free-space propagation,resulting in information ***,accurately measuring the orbital angular momentum of a randomly fluctuated and obstructed vortex beam is a considerable ***,we propose a single-shot method for the phase retrieval of a randomly fluctuated and obstructed vortex beam by combining the phase-shift theorem and self-reference *** results reveal that the sign and magnitude of the initial orbital angular momentum can be simultaneously determined based on their quantitative relation with the number of coherence singularities on the observation plane,thus addressing the effects of random occlusion and atmospheric *** proposed method considerably improved the accurate decoding of orbital angular momentum information in nonideal freespace optical communications.

太阳池型钾石盐热溶槽运行稳定后,采取合理方法提取和补充溶液是其实际应用的重要环节,影响其运行效率的主要因素为单次取补液量、取补液速率和补液管位置.为探索取补液最优方法,通过实验考察了单次取补液量、取补液速率和补液管位置对太阳池型钾石盐热溶槽性能的影响.结果表明:太阳池型钾石盐热溶槽运行至第6 d时其密度、盐度与温度处于稳定状态,在15℃左右室温下运行稳定后其最高温度达到36.7℃;单次取补液量越大、取补液速率越快,热溶槽底层溶液温度下降越多,恢复时间越长,对盐梯度层的破坏也越明显.实验得出取补液最优方法:连续操作单次取补液量1 000 mL,间歇操作单次取补液量2 000 mL;取液管位置在热溶槽底部,补液管位置在距热溶槽底部150 mm处;取补液速率1.243 mL/s,太阳池型钾石盐热溶槽能够稳定运行,且单位时间内取补液量较大.

新年伊始,我国中东部各地就陆续出现大范围和长时间雾霾天气。受雾霾天气影响,我国各地空气质量监测数据引发热议。而造成雾霾的罪魁祸首之一的就是从制定开始就备受争议的刚刚入选"国标"的PM2.5,窥一斑而知全豹,笔者主要从这个视角出发去探究我国环境标准制定程序中存在的问题,试图通过对信息技术的广泛应用来弥补环境标准制定程序中存在的不足,特别是加强在公众参与程序中信息技术的应用,以提高环境标准的科技水平。

The substantial arsenic(As)content present in arsenic-containing bio-leaching residue(ABR)presents noteworthy environ-mental challenges attributable to its inherent instability and susceptibility to *** its elevated calcium sulfate content,ABR exhibits considerable promise for industrial *** study delved into the feasibility of utilizing ABR as a source of sulfates for producing super sulfated cement(SSC),offering an innovative binder for cemented paste backfill(CPB).Thermal treatment at varying temperatures of 150,350,600,and 800℃ was employed to modify ABR’s *** investigation encompassed the examination of phase transformations and alterations in the chemical composition of As within ***,the hydration characteristics of SSC utilizing ABR,with or without thermal treatment,were studied,encompassing reaction kinetics,setting time,strength development,and *** findings revealed that thermal treatment changed the calcium sulfate structure in ABR,consequently impacting the resultant sample ***,calcination at 600℃ demonstrated optimal modification effects on both early and long-term strength *** enhanced performance can be attributed to the augmented formation of reaction products and a densified ***,the thermal treatment elicited modifications in the chemical As fractions within ABR,with limited impact on the As immobilization capacity of the prepared binders.
