Deflagration characteristics of freely propagating flames in magnesium hydride dust clouds

The flame propagation processes of MgH_(2.dust clouds with four different particle sizes were recorded by a high-speed *** dynamic flame temperature distributions of MgH_(2.dust clouds were reconstructed by the two-color pyrometer technique,and the chemical composition of solid combustion residues were *** experimental results showed that the average flame propagation velocities of 2.μm,40μm,60μm and 103μm MgH_(2.dust clouds in the stable propagation stage were 3.7 m/s,2.8 m/s,2.1 m/s and 0.9 m/s,*** dust clouds with smaller particle sizes had faster flame propagation velocity and stronger oscillation intensity,and their flame temperature distributions were more even and the temperature gradients were *** flame structures of MgH_(2.dust clouds were significantly affected by the particle sinking velocity,and the combustion processes were accompanied by micro-explosion of *** falling velocities of 2.μm and 40μm MgH_(2.particles were 2.2. cm/s and 6.71 cm/s,*** the falling velocities of 60μm and 103μm MgH_(2.particles were as high as 15.07 cm/s and 44.42.cm/s,respectively,leading to a more rapid downward development and irregular shape of the ***,the dehydrogenation reaction had a significant effect on the combustion performance of MgH_(2.*** combustion of H_(2.enhanced the ignition and combustion characteristics of MgH_(2.dust,resulting in a much higher explosion power than the pure Mg *** micro-structure characteristics and combustion residues composition analysis of MgH_(2.dust indicated that the combustion control mechanism of MgH_(2.dust flame was mainly the heterogeneous reaction,which was affected by the dehydrogenation reaction.

Soaring bird migration often relies on suitable terrain and airflow;therefore,route selection is vital for successful *** age and experience have been identified as key factor influencing migration route selection among soaring raptors in the African-Eurasian Flyway,how they shape the migration route of soaring raptors in East Asia is still largely *** this study,we investigated potential variations in the routes and timing in autumn migration of juvenile and older soaring birds,using count data of Greater Spotted Eagles(Clanga clanga)from two coastal sites and two inland sites in *** 2.2. to 2.2.,we recorded a total of 340 individuals,with the highest site averaging over 90 individuals per autumn,making it one of the world’s top single-season counts and thus a globally important site for this *** found that 82. and 61% records from coastal sites were juveniles,significantly higher than inland sites(15% and 2.%).Juveniles at all four sites exhibited markedly earlier median passage time than non-juveniles,with brief overlapping in their main migration *** coastal sites are located on the tip of peninsulas stretching southwest,requiring long overwater flights if crossing the Bohai Bay or Beibu Gulf,which would be energetically demanding and increase mortality *** individuals may have learned to avoid such terrain and subsequent detour,while juveniles are more prone to enter these peninsulas due to lack of experience and opportunities for social learning,or following other raptor species that are more capable of powered *** findings highlight the importance of age and experience in migration route selection of large soaring birds.

Multicolor upconversion reversible modulations in YNbO_(4):Er^(3+)/Tm^(3+)/Yb^(3+) photochromic materials

Photochromic materials with multicolor upconversion reversible modulations are attractive in optical switching ***,the fabricated YNbO_(4):Er^(3+)/Tm^(3+)/Yb^(3+) materials exhibit excellent photochromism and multicolor upconversion properties from green,red to near infrared(NIR) emissions with increasing Yb *** multiband upconversion modulations are achieved by alternating light(365 and 405 nm) or thermal *** 365 nm irradiation,the luminescence color changes from yellow to red,the luminescent photoswitching contrast reaches up to 86.2.%(green),82.12.(red) and 77.38%(NIR) in the Y_(0.83)Er_(0.01)Tm_(0.01)NbO_(4):0.15 Yb ***,the upconversion emission intensity before and after photochromic reaction shows remarkable change in a wide temperature range of 2.8-718 *** results indicate that the Er^(3+)/Tm^(3+)/Yb^(3+) tri-doped YNbO_(4) materials can be a good candidate in optical switching and data storage applications.

Photo-stimuli responsive materials show great potential in the fields of information encryption and storage due to their distinctive spatial or temporal color ***,the conventional single or multi-color static outputs by light stimulus difficulty meet practical requirements for high-security optical storage ***,a novel dynamic irradiation-responsive phosphor of Na_(2.Ba_(2.Si_(2.O_(7):Eu is demonstrated,exhibiting high storage stability and convenient readout *** inherent Eu^(2.)luminescence can be dynamically tuned,instantly read out,and conveniently erased by controlling irradiation duration of a portable diode laser(365 nm).The modulation mechanism is unraveled by optically induced oxidation reactions of Eu^(2.)→Eu^(3+)and defects as killer *** excellent luminescence modulation degree(ΔR_(t)=89.5%)and the accompanying larger color contrast enable the creation of invisible optical codes with multi-level encryption in bright or dark *** results indicate potential applications of Na_(2.Ba_(2.Si_(2.O_(7):-based materials in information encryption and invisible optical storage,and are expected to expand more investigations on optically induced PL modulation behaviors based on mixed valences and defects.

Principal Model Analysis Based on Bagging PLS and PCA and Its Application in Financial Statement Fraud

Motivated by the Bagging Partial Least Squares(Bagging PLS)and Principal Component Analysis(PCA)algorithms,a novel approach known as Principal Model Analysis(PMA)method is introduced in this *** the proposed PMA algorithm,the PCA and the Bagging PLS are *** this method,multiple PLS models are trained on sub-training sets,derived from the training set using the random sampling with replacement *** regression coefficients of all the sub-PLS models are fused in a joint regression coefficient *** final projection direction is then estimated by performing the PCA on the joint regression coefficient ***,the proposed PMA method is compared with other traditional dimension reduction methods,such as PLS,Bagging PLS,Linear discriminant analysis(LDA)and *** results on six public datasets demonstrate that our proposed method consistently outperforms other approaches in terms of classification performance and exhibits greater ***,it is employed in the application of financial statement fraud *** and other five algorithms are utilized to financial statement fraud which concerned by the academic community,and the results indicate that the classification of PMA surpassed that of the other methods.

Migration and transformation of Pb,Cu,and Zn during co-combustion of high-chlorine-alkaline coal and Si/Al dominated coal

Shaerhu(SEH)coal is abundant in Xinjiang,*** utilization of SEH suffers from severe ash deposition,slagging,and fouling problems due to its high-chlorine-alkaline *** co-combustion of high-alkaline coal and other type coals containing high Si/Al oxides has been proven to be a simple and effective method that will alleviate ash-related problems,but the risk of heavy metals(HMs)contamination in this process is ***,the volatilization rates and chemical speciation of Pb,Cu,and Zn in co-combusting SEH and a high Si/Al oxides coal,i.e.,Yuanbaoshan(YBS)coal were investigated in this *** results showed that the addition of SEH increased the volatilization rates of Pb,Cu,and Zn during the co-combustion at 800℃from 2..70%,2..97%,and 34.98%to 82.31%,30.01%,and 44.03%,respectively,and promoted the extractable state of Cu and *** addition,the interaction between SEH and YBS inhibited the formation of the Pb residue ***-EDS mapping results showed that compared to Zn and Cu,the signal intensity of Pb was extremely weak in regions where some of the Si and Al signal distributions *** DFT results indicated that the O atoms of the metakaolin(Al_(2.O_(3)·2.iO_(2.)(001)surface were better bound to the Zn and Cu than Pb atoms after adsorption of the chlorinated *** results contribute to a better understanding of the effects of high-alkaline coal blending combustion on Pb,Cu,and Zn migration and transformation.

Transition metal-catalyzed asymmetric transfer hydrogenation has been proven to be a powerful approach for the synthesis of chiral ***,a highly efficient and enantioselective transfer hydrogenation of dibenzoheptaheterocyclic ketones catalyzed by an arene-tethered TsDPEN-based Rh(ll)catalyst has been successfully developed,and a variety of dibenzoheptaheterocyclic ketones were reduced by a 1/1 mixture of formic acid and DBU(1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene)with high yields and *** this method,the asymmetric reduction of 7,8-difluorodibenzo[b,e]thiepin-11(6H)-one has been realized,providing the key intermediate of baloxavir marboxil with>99% yield and>99% ee at a substrate/catalyst molar ratio of 1000.

Glutamate-ammonia ligase(GLUL, also known as glutamine synthetase) is a crucial enzyme that catalyzes ammonium and glutamate into glutamine in the ATP-dependent condensation. Although GLUL plays a critical role in multiple cancers, the expression and function of GLUL in gastric cancer remain unclear. In the present study, we have found that the expression level of GLUL was significantly lower in gastric cancer tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues, and correlated with N stage and TNM stage, and low GLUL expression predicted poor survival for gastric cancer patients. Knockdown of GLUL promoted the growth, migration, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, and vice versa, which was independent of its enzyme activity. Mechanistically, GLUL competed with β-Catenin to bind to N-Cadherin, increased the stability of N-Cadherin and decreased the stability of β-Catenin by alerting their ubiquitination. Furthermore, there were lower N-Cadherin and higher β-Catenin expression levels in gastric cancer tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues. GLUL protein expression was correlated with that of N-Cadherin, and could be the independent prognostic factor in gastric cancer. Our findings reveal that GLUL stabilizes N-Cadherin by antagonizing β-Catenin to inhibit the progress of gastric cancer.
