Langasite-based SAW high-temperature vibration sensor with temperature decoupling

Monitoring high-temperature vibrations is critical in aerospace engineering, industrial manufacturing, and energy production,where harsh conditions necessitate robust vibration sensors for detecting anomalous signals. However, the accuracy of such sensors is often compromised by crosstalk between temperature and vibration signals. This study introduces a high-temperature vibration sensor based on langasite(LGS) surface acoustic wave(SAW) technology, designed to withstand temperatures up to500°C. The sensor demonstrates high sensitivity, ranging from 12.54 kHz/g at 25°C to 15.63 k Hz/g at 500°C. A comprehensive mechanical and electrical coupling model for the SAW vibration sensor was developed by integrating theoretical equations with numerical simulations to optimize the sensor's performance. Additionally, a novel decoupling algorithm for temperature and vibration was established, achieving thermomechanical decoupling with precise vibration parameters. Experimental results indicated a maximum relative deviation of 4.67% for the algorithm. In conclusion, the proposed LGS SAW vibration sensor emerges as a promising solution for the accurate detection of multiple parameters in high-temperature vibration monitoring.

Protein-mediated chromatin interactions can be revealed by coupling proximity-based ligation with chromatin immunoprecipitation.However,these techniques require complex experimental procedures and millions of cells per experiment,which limits their widespread application in life science research.Here,we develop a novel method,Hi-Tag,that identifies high-resolution,long-range chromatin interactions through transposase tagmentation and chromatin proximity ligation(with a phosphorothioate-modified linker).Hi-Tag can be implemented using as few as 100,000 cells,involving simple experimental procedures that can be completed within 1.5 days.Meanwhile,Hi-Tag is capable of using its own data to identify the binding sites of specific proteins,based on which,it can acquire accurate interaction information.Our results suggest that Hi-Tag has great potential for advancing chromatin interaction studies,particularly in the context of limited cell availability.

An in-depth mechanism in zonal activation of CO_(2)and H2molecular over dual-active sites has not been revealed yet.Here,Ni-Co-MgO was rationally constructed to elucidate the CO_(2)methanation mechanism.The abundant surface nickel and cobalt components as active sites led to strong Ni-Co interaction with charge transfer from nickel to cobalt.Notably,electron-enriched Coδ-species participated in efficient chemisorption and activation of CO_(2)to generate monodentate carbonate.Simultaneously,plentiful available Ni0sites facilitated H2dissociation,thus CO_(2)and H2were smoothly activated at zones of Coδ-species and Ni0,respectively.Detailed in situ DRIFTS,quasi situ XPS,TPSR,and DFT calculations substantiated a new formate evolution mechanism via monodentate carbonate instead of traditional bidentate carbonate based on synergistic catalysis of Coδ-species and Ni0.The zonal activation of CO_(2)and H2by tuning electron behaviors of double-center catalysts can boost heterogeneous catalytic hydrogenation performance.

Urban black blooms that are primarily caused by organic carbon are deleterious environmental problems.However,detailed studies on the microbial characteristics that form urban black blooms are lacking.In this study,we observed the composition,diversity,and function of bacterial community in the overlying water and sediments during the occurrence and remediation of urban black blooms using high-throughput 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing analysis.First,we found that pivotal consortia in the overlying water increased significantly during the formation of black blooms,including the genera Acidovorax,Brevundimonas,Pusillimonas,and Burkholderiales involved in the degradation of refractory organics,as well as the genera Desulfovibrio,Dechloromonas,and Rhizobium related to the production of black and odorous substances.An RDA analysis revealed that chemical oxygen demand,dissolved oxygen,and oxidation reduction potential were related to the changes in microbial community composition.Furthermore,aeration was found to accelerate the removal of ammonia nitrogen and enhance the function of microbial community by stimulating the growth of order Planktomycetes during the remediation of black blooms,but aeration substantially damaged the microbial diversity and richness.Therefore,the health of the aquatic ecosystem should be comprehensively considered when aeration is applied to restore polluted waterbodies.Notably,we observed a large number of pathogenic bacteria in urban black blooms,which emphasizes the importance of treating domestic sewage so that it is harmless.Together,these findings provide new insights and a basis to prevent and manage urban black blooms.

The global concerns of energy crisis and climate change,primarily caused by carbon dioxide(CO_(2)),are of utmost importance.Recently,the electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR) to high value-added multi-carbon(C_(2+)) products driven by renewable electricity has emerged as a highly promising solution to alleviate energy shortages and achieve carbon neutrality.Among these C_(2+) products,ethylene(C_(2)H_(4))holds particular importance in the petrochemical industry.Accordingly,this review aims to establish a connection between the fundamentals of electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction reaction to ethylene(CO_(2)RRto-C_(2)H_(4)) in laboratory-scale research(lab) and its potential applications in industrial-level fabrication(fab).The review begins by summarizing the fundamental aspects,including the design strategies of high-performance Cu-based electrocatalysts and advanced electrolyzer devices.Subsequently,innovative and value-added techniques are presented to address the inherent challenges encountered during the implementations of CO_(2)RR-to-C_(2)H_(4) in industrial scenarios.Additionally,case studies of the technoeconomic analysis of the CO_(2)RR-to-C_(2)H_(4) process are discussed,taking into factors such as costeffectiveness,scalability,and market potential.The review concludes by outlining the perspectives and challenges associated with scaling up the CO_(2)RR-to-C_(2)H_(4) process.The insights presented in this review are expected to make a valuable contribution in advancing the CO_(2)RR-to-C_(2)H_(4) process from lab to fab.

信任媒介在信任建构的过程中扮演着重要的角色,其物质属性及功能结构塑造着信任的认知进路。信任媒介可以通过垄断化和自然化两条路径参与信任的建构,同时自身以转译者角色参与信任语义的构序。从历史角度看,信任的生成是物质媒介、社会观念与文化浸润的构型及其符号化的延异运动,信任媒介则是信任生成过程的“踪迹”,是交往主体将信任外化并实现控制的重要载体。人们控制信任机制以应对社会风险的同时,也面临着自主性让渡所带来的不确定性与主体性焦虑。

目的探讨护理实习生(以下简称护生)职业认同感与工作投入的相关性,为护理管理者开展带教任务以及进一步培养护理人才提供参考依据。方法 2022年12月至2023年1月,采用便利抽样法选取上海某三级甲等医院的207名护生作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、护生职业认同问卷(professional identity questionnaire for nurse students, PIQNS)、工作投入量表(job engagement scale, JES)对其进行调查。结果护生PIQNS总分为(62.54±11.71)分、JES总分为(72.03±10.61)分,其PIQNS总分及各维度得分与JES总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应把握护生身份转变的关键时期,通过构建并实施个性化、高质量带教模式,提高护生的职业认同水平,促进护理人才队伍发展。

知识图谱可辅助现场人员处理配电网运行过程中积累的海量异构文本,挖掘高价值运行信息。针对知识图谱构建需求人工标注成本过高的问题,提出一种基于知识增强的远程监督关系抽取方法。利用GloVe编码与Bi-GRU网络对配电网运行语料库的句包进行向量表征;同时,新增外部知识增强模块,通过Attention-GCN模型获取编码文本的句法结构以及非线性关系,实现低成本的关系抽取,解决传统远程监督学习存在的长尾分布及噪声问题,提升关系抽取精度。实验结果表明,该方法在配电网运行信息关系抽取任务中表现优秀,相较于主流模型在精确率上提升6%。
