Background and Aims:Hepatic ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)injury has become an inevitable issue during liver transplantation,with no effective treatments available.However,peptide drugs provide promising regimens for the treatment of this injury and peptidomics has gradually attracted increasing attention.This study was designed to analyze the spectrum of peptides in injured livers and explore the potential beneficial peptides involved in I/R injury.Methods:C57BL/6 mice were used to establish a liver I/R injury animal model.Changes in peptide profiles in I/R-injured livers were analyzed by mass spectrometry,and the functions of the identified peptides were predicted by bioinformatics.AML12 cells were used to simulate hepatic I/R injury in vitro.After treatment with candidate liver-derived peptides(LDPs)1–10,the cells were collected at various reperfusion times for further study.Results:Our preliminary study demonstrated that 6 h of reperfusion caused the most liver I/R injury.Peptidomic results suggested that 10 down-regulated peptides were most likely to alleviate I/R injury by supporting mitochondrial function.Most importantly,a novel peptide,LDP2,was identified that alleviated I/R injury of AML12 cells.It increased cell viability and reduced the expression of inflammation-and apoptosis-related proteins.In addition,LDP2 inhibited the expression of proteins related to autophagy.Conclusions:Investigation of changes in the profiles of peptides in I/R-injured livers led to identification of a novel peptide,LDP2 with potential function in liver protection by inhibiting inflammation,apoptosis,and autophagy.

CD28 serves as a co-stimulator for T-cell activation and survival,and is expressed on all naive T cells in newborns.1 However,as T cells experience antigenmediated activation and differentiation,they gradually lose CD28 expression.2 The age-related increase of CD28−T cells in human peripheral blood means that immune function declines in the elderly.1 Among the populations of CD28-T cells,CD8+CD28-T cells show the greatest age-related increase.1 These cells,which were first described in aged humans,exhibit weak immuneresponsiveness and shortened telomeres and are often considered to exhibit ageassociated replicative senescence.

The TMPRSS2‐ERG fusion gene has frequently been found in prostate cancer and is associated with malignancy.Identifying novel fusions will help to stratify patients and establish patient‐tailored therapies.A 78‐year‐old man presented to our hospital with severe symptoms of urinary urgency and frequency for 2 years,as well as severe bone pain for 1 year.He was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer with a Gleason score of 5+5.Three gene fusions,ERG_VEGFA,TMPRSS2_ERG,and VEGFA_TMPRSS2,were identified in the patient's prostate cancer tissue.Notably,administration of the tyrosine kinase inhibitor,anlotinib,in combination with a gonadotropinreleasing hormone agonist(GnRHa)and abiraterone,reduced the patient's bone pain and also stabilized his prostate cancer for more than 2 years.This is the first report of somatic fusions among the VEGFA,ERG,and TMPRSS2 genes in cancer tissues from a patient with prostate cancer who responded well to antiangiogenic treatment combined with a GnRHa and abiraterone.

目的分析河北省哨点监测<5岁儿童病毒性腹泻病原学特征,为儿童病毒性腹泻科学防控提供参考依据。方法收集2010-2020年河北省卢龙县哨点监测医院<5岁腹泻住院病例粪便标本。采用ELISA法检测轮状病毒抗原,轮状病毒分型采用半巢式两轮RT-PCR方法。杯状病毒检测及分型、星状病毒和肠道腺病毒检测均采用实时荧光定量PCR方法。采用SPSS 20.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果共检测2925例粪便标本,病原总体阳性率为65.61%(1919/2925)。轮状病毒、杯状病毒、肠道腺病毒和星状病毒阳性率分别为42.80%(1252/2925)、22.12%(647/2925)、6.19%(181/2925)、3.56%(104/2925)。2010-2017年病毒性腹泻主要以轮状病毒感染为主(59.30%,1017/1715),2018-2020年以杯状病毒感染为主(53.43%,109/204)。轮状病毒阳性率峰值出现在冬季,以12~17月龄婴幼儿最高(52.96%,483/912)。轮状病毒阳性标本,G/P分型以G9P[8]型为主(58.31%,730/1252),其次为G3P[8]型(8.15%,102/1252)。杯状病毒以诺如病毒Ⅱ组为主,2011-2016年和2018年优势基因型分别为GⅡ.4[P31]型和GⅡ.3[P12]型。结论轮状病毒和杯状病毒是2010-2020年河北省卢龙县<5岁儿童病毒性腹泻的优势病原体,冬季为主要流行季节。

BACKGROUND： Hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） is used for treating glaucoma, and affirmative curative effect has been obtained. HBO can sensitively reflect the obviously heightened b wave of electroretinogram （ERG） of injured tissue. OBJECTIVE： To observe the effect of HBO treatment on retinal function of rats with acute experimental intraocular hypertension with ERG. DESIGN： Randomized controlled experiment. SETTING： Department of Ophthalmology, Third Xiangya Hospital, Central South University; Department of Hyperbaric Oxygen, Xiangya Hospital, Central South University; Department of Anatomy, Xiangya Hospital, Central South University. MATERIALS： Eighteen adult healthy Wistar rats, of either gender, weighing from 150 to 250 g, were provided by the Animal Room of Central South University. Type YLCO. 5/I A baby hyperbaric oxygen chamber, type LMS-2A two-channel physiological recorder, type BG-1 retina exposure system, Jiangwan type Ⅰ stereotaxis instrument. METHODS： This experiment was carried out in the Central South University between March and September 2006. Eighteen healthy Wistar rats were made into models of acute experimental intraocular hypertension. Then, they were divided into two groups： model group and HBO treatment group, with 9 in each group. Following 7 days of HBO treatment, the rats in HBO treatment group were placed in Type YLCO. 5/I A baby hyperbaric oxygen chamber, which was pressurized with pure oxygen（ volume fraction 0.825 ± 0.025）.The treatment pressure was 0.2 MPa. The rats in HBO treatment group daily inhaled HBO for 80 minutes within 7 days; Rats in the model group were untouched. The performance of eyes was observed under the status of intraocular hypertension. ERG was recorded before, during and 7 days after modeling, meanwhile, the recovery rate of b wave from ERG was calculated. Recovery rate of b wave from ERG=（amplitude orb wave 7 days after modeling/amplitude orb wave before modeling）× 100%. 右江盆地是全球仅次于美国内华达地区的第二大卡林型金矿床集中分布区。由于成矿时代的不确定性,盆地内卡林型金矿床的成矿动力学背景一直不清。为准确确定这些金矿床的成矿时代,近四十年来国内外矿床学家进行了孜孜不倦的探索,从早期以石英裂变径迹和流体包裹体Rb-Sr等时线法为代表的定年,到中期以硫化物Re-Os等时线法为代表的单矿物溶样法定年,再到最新以热液金红石、独居石和磷灰石U-Th-Pb法为代表的微区原位定年,其定年对象和方法见证了同位素地质年代学的发展历程。现已基本明确,右江盆地主要发育两期卡林型金矿成矿作用,分别为215~200 Ma和155~140 Ma,相当于印支期和燕山期,其动力学背景分别对应于印支-华南-华北地块碰撞后的印支期陆内造山过程以及燕山期软流圈上涌诱发的岩石圈伸展作用。

One important aspect of mesenchymal stromal cells （MSCs）-mediated immunomodulation is the recruitment and induction of regulatory T （Treg） cells. However, we do not yet know whether MSCs have similar effects on the other subsets of Treg cells. Herein, we studied the effects of MSCs on CD8＋CD28- Treg cells and found that the MSCs could not only increase the proportion of CD8＋CD28- T cells, but also enhance CD8＋CD28-T cells＇ ability of hampering naive CD4＋ T-cell proliferation and activation, decreasing the production of IFN-γ by activated CD4＋ T cells and inducing the apoptosis of activated CD4＋ T cells. Mechanistically, the MSCs affected the functions of the CD8＋CD28- T cells partially through moderate upregulating the expression of IL-10 and FasL. The MSCs had no distinct effect on the shift from CD8＋CD28＋ T cells to CD8＋CD28- T cells, but did increase the proportion of CD8＋CD28- T cells by reducing their rate of apoptosis. In summary, this study shows that MSCs can enhance the regulatory function of CD8＋CD28- Treg cells, shedding new light on MSCs-mediated immune regulation.

为了分析中子波长,透镜几何参数对透镜聚焦性能的影响,利用MATLAB进行仿真建模和编程,根据射线追迹法模拟中子束在透镜中的传输;利用中国散裂中子源提供的0.10~1.18 nm波段多色中子束测试透镜聚焦性能.结果表明,透镜对所测宽波段中子束调控所得焦斑的模拟值562.0μm和实测值549.0μm非常接近,验证了仿真模型和程序的正确性.对实测焦斑数据进行分析得出:该透镜适用于0.20~1.18 nm波段;在适用波段内,焦斑尺寸与波长呈正相关,增益整体呈现先增大后降低的趋势.对通道内径变量系列仿真发现,在保证内外径比为0.8的前提下,降低微通道内径有利于获得具有高倍增益的小焦斑.

为改善干热河谷地区咖啡园脆弱的生态环境,探讨不同的覆盖作物种植模式对咖啡园土壤质量的影响,本研究通过设置紫花苜蓿单播(A1),紫花苜蓿×光叶紫花苕混播(A2)两个处理,以休闲处理(CK)为对照,分析了覆盖作物盛花期时对土壤酶活、理化性质、细菌群落结构和多样性的影响。结果表明:A1、A2处理都能显著提高咖啡园土壤有机质和氮素含量(P0.05);A1的Sobs指数、Chao1指数显著低于A2、CK处理(P<0.05),A1、A2的Shannon指数显著低于CK(P<0.05),与休闲处理相比,单播/混播覆盖作物种植降低了土壤细菌多样性,但紫花苜蓿×光叶紫花苕混播的土壤细菌多样性比紫花苜蓿单播更丰富;酸杆菌门是A1的优势菌门,放线菌门是A2、CK组的优势菌门,酸杆菌门的RB41是3个处理的优势菌属;pH值对土壤细菌种群分布的影响最大;细菌群落的主要功能是碳水化合物代谢和氨基酸代谢。覆盖作物种植可以显著增加干热河谷地区咖啡园土壤营养,调整土壤酸碱度,影响土壤细菌群落结构和功能,土壤改良效果显著,紫花苜蓿和光叶紫花苕混播是干热河谷地区咖啡园覆盖作物种植的较优模式。
