In this paper, the perfo.mance o. the AWE technique in co.junctio. with hybrid finite element/bo.ndary integral （FE/BI） metho. is firstly Inveetlgeted. The fo.muletlo. o. the AWE applied in hybrid FE/BI metho. is given in detail. The characteristic implementatio. o. the applicatio. o. the AWE to.the hybrid FE/BI metho. is discussed. Numarlcel results demo.strate that the AWE technique can greatly speed up the hybrid FE/BI metho. to.acquire wide-band and wide-angle backecatter radar-cro.s-sectio. （rCS） by co.plex targets.

The lo.-wavenumber co.po.ents in the gradient o. full wavefo.m inversio.(FWI)play a vital ro.e in the stability o. the ***,when FWI is implemented in so.e high frequencies and current mo.els are no. far away fro. the real velo.ity mo.el,an excessive number o. lo.-wavenumber co.po.ents in the gradient will also.reduce the co.vergence rate and inversio. *** so.ve this pro.lem,this paper firstly derives a fo.mula o. scattering angle weighted gradient in FWI,then pro.o.es a hybrid *** hybrid gradient co.bines the co.ventio.al gradient o. FWI with the scattering angle weighted gradient in each inversio. frequency band based o. an empirical fo.mula derived *** weighted hybrid mo.e,we can retain so.e lo.-wavenumber co.po.ents in the initial lo.frequency inversio. to.ensure the stability o. the inversio.,and use mo.e high-wavenumber co.po.ents in the high-frequency inversio. to.impro.e the co.vergence *** results o. synthetic data experiment demo.strate that co.pared to.the co.ventio.al FWI,the FWI based o. the pro.o.ed hybrid gradient can effectively reduce the lo.-wavenumber co.po.ents in the gradient under the premise o. ensuring inversio. *** also.greatly enhances the co.vergence rate and inversio. accuracy,especially in the deep part o. the *** the field marine seismic data experiment also.illustrates that the FWI based o. hybrid gradient(HgFWI)has go.d stability and adaptability.

The sequence o. the rice geno.e ho.ds fundamental info.matio. fo. its bio.o.y, including physio.o.y, genetics, develo.ment, and evo.utio., as well as info.matio. o. many beneficial pheno.ypes o. eco.o.ic significance. Using a "who.e geno.e sho.gun" appro.ch, we have pro.duced a draft rice geno.e sequence o. o.yza sativa ssp. in-dica, the majo. cro. rice subspecies in china and many o.her regio.s o. Asia. The draft geno.e sequence is co.structed fro. o.er 4.3 millio. successful sequencing traces with an accumulative to.al length o. 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly o. the no.-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based o. 3.30 millio. successful sequencing traces with a to.al length o. 1797.4 Mb fro. an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated co.erage o. 95.29% o. the rice geno.e with an average base accuracy o. higher than 99%. The co.erage o. the draft sequence, the rando.ness o. the sequence distributio., and the co.sistency o. BIg-ASSEM-BLEr, a custo.-designed so.tware package

Under the dry weather co.ditio.s in the typical steppe regio. o. Inner Mo.go.ia, the diurnal change curve o. pho.o.ynthetic rate o. Aneuro.epidium chinense co.munity is a curve o. 'do.ble peaks' with midday depressio.. The pho.o.ynthetic rate in the mo.ning is height than in the afterno.n, which is related to.the water co.ditio. at that time. The decrease range o. co.munity pho.o.ynthetic rate at no.n is clo.ely co.related with the lo. air relative humidity and so.l mo.sture, the pho.o.ynthetic rate decreases less under better water *** instantaneo.s pho.o.ynthetic rate and diurnal net pho.o.ynthesis declined in dry co.ditio., but they rised after irrigatio. o. nitro.en-fertilizatio.. Thus irrigatio. and fertilizatio. is a effective way to.impro.e grasslands and to.raise grassland pro.uctivity.
