As the most common symptomatic reason to seek medical consultation,pain is a complex experience that has been classified into different categories and *** pain processing,noxious stimuli may activate the anterior cingulate cortex(ACC).But the function of ACC in the different pain conditions is not well *** this review,we elaborate the commonalities and differences from accumulated evidence by a variety of pain assays for physiological pain and pathological pain including inflammatory pain,neuropathic pain,and cancer pain in the ACC,and discuss the cellular receptors and signaling molecules from animal *** further summarize the ACC as a new central neuromodulation target for invasive and non-invasive stimulation techniques in clinical pain *** comprehensive understanding of pain processing in the ACC may lead to bridging the gap in translational research between basic and clinical studies and to develop new therapies.

Text event mining,as an indispensable method of text mining processing,has attracted the extensive attention of researchers.A modeling method for knowledge graph of events based on mutual information among neighbor domains and sparse representation is proposed in this paper,***,UKGE-MS can improve the existing text mining technology's ability of understanding and discovering high-dimensional unmarked information,and solves the problems of traditional unsupervised feature selection methods,which only focus on selecting features from a global perspective and ignoring the impact of local connection of ***,considering the influence of local information of samples in feature correlation evaluation,a feature clustering algorithm based on average neighborhood mutual information is proposed,and the feature clusters with certain event correlation are obtained;Secondly,an unsupervised feature selection method based on the high-order correlation of multi-dimensional statistical data is designed by combining the dimension reduction advantage of local linear embedding algorithm and the feature selection ability of sparse representation,so as to enhance the generalization ability of the selected feature ***,the events knowledge graph is constructed by means of sparse representation and l1 *** experiments are carried out on five real datasets and synthetic datasets,and the UKGE-MS are compared with five corresponding *** experimental results show that UKGE-MS is better than the traditional method in event clustering and feature selection,and has some advantages over other methods in text event recognition and discovery.

An Efficient Encrypted Speech Retrieval Based on Unsupervised Hashing and B+ Tree Dynamic Index

Existing speech retrieval systems are frequently confronted with expanding volumes of speech *** dynamic updating strategy applied to construct the index can timely process to add or remove unnecessary speech data to meet users’real-time retrieval *** study proposes an efficient method for retrieving encryption speech,using unsupervised deep hashing and B+ tree dynamic index,which avoid privacy leak-age of speech data and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of *** cloud’s encryption speech library is constructed by using the multi-threaded Dijk-Gentry-Halevi-Vaikuntanathan(DGHV)Fully Homomorphic Encryption(FHE)technique,which encrypts the original *** addition,this research employs Residual Neural Network18-Gated Recurrent Unit(ResNet18-GRU),which is used to learn the compact binary hash codes,store binary hash codes in the designed B+tree index table,and create a mapping relation of one to one between the binary hash codes and the corresponding encrypted *** B+tree index technology is applied to achieve dynamic index updating of the B+tree index table,thereby satisfying users’needs for real-time *** experimental results on THCHS-30 and TIMIT showed that the retrieval accuracy of the proposed method is more than 95.84%compared to the existing unsupervised hashing *** retrieval efficiency is greatly *** to the method of using hash index tables,and the speech data’s security is effectively guaranteed.

To mimic human mood disorders, traditional chronic stresses and social defeat stress have been developed and widely applied. However, these active stresses do not mimic the emotional flaws induced by stresses, and their input levels vary greatly. Also, emotional stresses resulting from social unobtainability remain largely elusive due to the lack of useful animal models. In this study, we developed a mouse model named ‘‘opposite sex contact and isolation’’(OSCI) and found that OSCI induced significant social avoidance, anhedonia, and anxiety. These behavioral defects developed differently after 7 days of OSCI. The social avoidance behavior was self-curable while anxiety gradually worsened but was alleviated by re-pairing with the same female partner. Corresponding to the behavior changes, the plasma corticosterone and phosphorylated c AMP response element binding protein levels were decreased in the nucleus accumbens of the mice that experienced isolation. Together,this study has developed a novel strategy for depression/anxiety modeling and shows that OSCI may be a useful tool for studying the lovelorn/lovesick type of depression.

Secure Content Based Image Retrieval Scheme Based on Deep Hashing and Searchable Encryption

To solve the problem that the existing ciphertext domain image retrieval system is challenging to balance security,retrieval efficiency,and retrieval *** research suggests a searchable encryption and deep hashing-based secure image retrieval technique that extracts more expressive image features and constructs a secure,searchable encryption ***,a deep learning framework based on residual network and transfer learn-ing model is designed to extract more representative image deep ***,the central similarity is used to quantify and construct the deep hash sequence of *** Paillier homomorphic encryption encrypts the deep hash sequence to build a high-security and low-complexity searchable ***,according to the additive homomorphic property of Paillier homomorphic encryption,a similarity measurement method suitable for com-puting in the retrieval system’s security is ensured by the encrypted *** experimental results,which were obtained on Web Image Database from the National University of Singapore(NUS-WIDE),Microsoft Common Objects in Context(MS COCO),and ImageNet data sets,demonstrate the system’s robust security and precise retrieval,the proposed scheme can achieve efficient image retrieval without revealing user *** retrieval accuracy is improved by at least 37%compared to traditional hashing *** the same time,the retrieval time is saved by at least 9.7%compared to the latest deep hashing schemes.

Modulation of Na_v1.8 by Lysophosphatidic Acid in the Induction of Bone Cancer Pain

Given that lysophosphatidic acid（LPA） and the tetrodotoxin-resistant sodium channel Na_v1.8 are both involved in bone cancer pain, the present study was designed to investigate whether crosstalk between the LPA receptor LPA_1（also known as EDG2） and Na_v1.8 in the dorsal root ganglion（DRG） contributes to the induction of bone cancer pain. We showed that the EDG2 antagonist Ki16198 blocked the mechanical allodynia induced by intrathecal LPA in na？ve rats and attenuated mechanical allodynia in a rat model of bone cancer. EDG2 and Na_v1.8expression in L_（4-6）DRGs was upregulated following intrathecal or hindpaw injection of LPA. EDG2 and Na_v1.8expression in ipsilateral L_（4-6）DRGs increased with the development of bone cancer. Furthermore, we showed that EDG2 co-localized with Na_v1.8 and LPA remarkably enhanced Na_v1.8 currents in DRG neurons, and this was blocked by either a protein kinase C（PKC） inhibitor or a PKCe inhibitor. Overall, we demonstrated the modulation of Na_v1.8 by LPA in DRG neurons, and that this probably underlies the peripheral mechanism by which bone cancer pain is induced.

Growth differentiation factor 15(GDF-15)is a member of the transforming growth factor-β*** is widely distributed in the central and peripheral nervous *** and how GDF-15 modulates nociceptive signaling remains ***,we found that peripheral GDF-15 significantly elevated nociceptive response thresholds to mechanical and thermal stimuli in naïve and arthritic ***,we demonstrated that GDF-15 decreased the excitability of small-diameter dorsal root ganglia(DRG)***,GDF-15 concentration-dependently suppressed tetrodotoxin-resistant sodium channel Nav1.8 currents,and shifted the steady-state inactivation curves of Nav1.8 in a hyperpolarizing ***-15 also reduced window currents and slowed down the recovery rate of Nav1.8 channels,suggesting that GDF-15 accelerated inactivation and slowed recovery of the *** results showed that activin receptor-like kinase-2(ALK2)was widely expressed in DRG medium-and small-diameter neurons,and some of them were *** of ALK2 prevented the GDF-15-induced inhibition of Nav1.8 currents and nociceptive *** of PKA and ERK,but not PKC,blocked the inhibitory effect of GDF-15 on Nav1.8 *** results suggest a functional link between GDF-15 and Nav1.8 in DRG neurons via ALK2 receptors and PKA associated with MEK/ERK,which mediate the peripheral analgesia of GDF-15.
