目的探讨中心性肥胖与肝癌的关系。方法腰围、经BMI矫正的腰围、臀围、经BMI校正的臀围、腰臀比和经BMI校正的腰臀比相关的全基因组关联分析(genome wide association study,GWAS)数据来自欧洲一个包含224459个样本的大型数据库。内脏脂肪体积数据集来自欧洲数据库,包括32860名欧洲受试者的9275407个单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)位点信息。肝癌的数据集来自英国生物银行数据库,包括372184名欧洲受试者的汇总数据。对获得的数据集进行两样本孟德尔随机化研究。结果逆方差加权法(IVW)分析结果显示,经BMI矫正的腰围会增加肝癌发生风险(OR=1.001,95%CI:1.000~1.001,P=0.024),且被加权中位数(WM)分析(OR=1.001,95%CI:1.000~1.002,P=0.020)证实,但在MR-Egger回归(OR=1.002,95%CI:0.999~1.004,P=0.135)中未被证实。其他中心性肥胖指标与肝癌无关。结论不同中心性肥胖指标与肝癌的相关性存在差异。经BMI矫正的腰围可能会导致肝癌发生,表明在相对较瘦的人群中,中心性肥胖与肝癌发生相关,且可能存在因果关系。

Highly efficient electroreduction of CO_(2) by defect single-atomic Ni-N_(3) sites anchored on ordered micro-macroporous carbons

Microporous supports typically fail to fully expose active sites for electrolytes and CO_(2) molecules,and this usually results in low current density for the electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR).To overcome the biggest obstacle and facilitate commercial applications,defective single-atomic Ni-N_(3) sites anchored to ordered micro-macroporous N-doped carbon(Ni-N/OMC)have been prepared by the pyrolysis of the Ni-ZIF-8@PS(ZIF=zeolitic imidazolate framework)and are intended to provide enhanced CO_(2)RR with a current density at an industrial *** Ni-ZIF-8@PS is constructed of nickel-based ZIF-8 embedded in the three-dimensional(3D)highly ordered polystyrene spheres(PS).The 3D ordered micro-macroporous architecture of Ni-N/OMC could facilitate the mass transfer of substrates to the accessible defective single-atomic Ni-N_(3) sites through micropores(0.6 nm)and macropores(~200 nm)interconnected by 50 nm *** a flow cell,Ni-N/OMC exhibits almost 100.0%CO Faraday efficiency(FECO)between−0.2 and−1.1 V *** and an industrial level CO partial current density of 208 mA cm^(−2).It has a turnover frequency of 1.5×10^(5) h^(−1) at−1.1 V *** in 1 M KOH electrolyte,which exceeds that of most reported nickel-based *** excellent CO_(2)RR performance for Ni-N/OMC makes it a state-of-the-art electrocatalyst for CO_(2)*** calculations show that the defective Ni-N_(3) site can lower the energy of*COOH formation compared with that of the Ni-N4 site,thereby accelerating CO_(2)***-N/OMC can also be utilized as a cathodic catalyst in Zn-CO_(2) battery,exhibiting high CO selectivity in the discharge process and excellent *** work paves a pathway to rational design of highly efficient electrocatalysts with 3D hierarchically ordered micro-macroporous architecture for CO_(2)RR towards industrial production and commercial applications.

Hydrophobic perfluoroalkane modified metal‐organic frameworks for the enhanced electrocatalytic reduction of CO_(2)

The electrochemical reduction of CO_(2) to value‐added chemicals would be an efficient way to utilize CO_(2) and mitigate greenhouse gas ***,the associated competitive hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in aqueous electrolytes usually leads to poor selectivity for the CO_(2) electroreduction reactions(CO_(2)RR).Due to their high specific surface areas and tunable single active sites,metal‐organic frameworks(MOFs)are considered as promising candidates for CO_(2)***,the Fe‐porphyrin based Zr‐MOF,PCN‐222(Fe),was treated with perfluorocarboxylic acid to afford the hydrophobic Fn‐PCN‐222(Fe)(n=5 and 7,n is the number of fluorine atoms in the perfluoroalkyl chain)for improving the selectivity CO_(2)RR via inhibiting the *** to the single active Fe sites were positioned in a hydrophobic microenvironment,the optimal F5‐PCN‐222(Fe)shows a high Faradic efficiency of 97%toward production of CO at−0.7 V versus reversible hydrogen ***,F5‐PCN‐222(Fe)achieved a high turnover frequency value of 3850 h−1 at−0.8 V,which was almost 3.6 times higher than that of PCN‐222(Fe)and surpassed most of other reported *** study paves a new way to improve the selectivity of the CO_(2)RR via inhibiting the associated HER by increasing the hydrophobicity of the electrocatalysts.

Morphological Classification of Infrared Galaxies Based on WISE

This study introduces a novel convolutional neural network,the WISE Galaxy Classification Network(WGC),for classifying spiral and elliptical galaxies using Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer(WISE)*** attains an accuracy of 89.03%,surpassing the combined use of K-means or SVM with the Color-Color method in more accurately identifying galaxy *** enhanced variant,WGC_mag,integrates magnitude parameters with image features,further boosting the accuracy to 89.89%.The research also delves into the criteria for galaxy classification,discovering that WGC primarily categorizes dust-rich images as elliptical galaxies,corresponding to their lower star formation rates,and classifies less dusty images as spiral *** paper explores the consistency and complementarity of WISE infrared images with SDSS optical images in galaxy morphology *** SDSS Galaxy Classification Network(SGC),trained on SDSS images,achieved an accuracy of 94.64%.The accuracy reached 99.30% when predictions from SGC and WGC were *** the complementarity of features in WISE and SDSS images,a novel variant of a classifier,namely the Multi-band Galaxy Morphology Integrated Classifier,has been *** classifier elevates the overall prediction accuracy to 95.39%.Lastly,the versatility of WGC was validated in other data *** the HyperLEDA data set,the distinction between elliptical galaxies and Sc,Scd and Sd spiral galaxies was most pronounced,achieving an accuracy of 90%,surpassing the classification results of the Galaxy Zoo 2 labeled WISE data *** research not only demonstrates the effectiveness of WISE images in galaxy morphology classification but also represents an attempt to integrate multi-band astronomical data to enhance understanding of galaxy structures and evolution.
