A Novel Graph Structure Learning Based Semi-Supervised Framework for Anomaly Identification in Fluctuating IoT Environment

With the rapid development of Internet of Things(IoT)technology,IoT systems have been widely applied in health-care,transportation,home,and other ***,with the continuous expansion of the scale and increasing complexity of IoT systems,the stability and security issues of IoT systems have become increasingly ***,it is crucial to detect anomalies in the collected IoT time series from various ***,deep learning models have been leveraged for IoT anomaly ***,owing to the challenges associated with data labeling,most IoT anomaly detection methods resort to unsupervised learning ***,the absence of accurate abnormal information in unsupervised learning methods limits their *** address these problems,we propose AS-GCN-MTM,an adaptive structural Graph Convolutional Networks(GCN)-based framework using a mean-teacher mechanism(AS-GCN-MTM)for anomaly *** performs better than unsupervised methods using only a small amount of labeled *** Teachers is an effective semi-supervised learning method that utilizes unlabeled data for training to improve the generalization ability and performance of the ***,the dependencies between data are often unknown in time series *** solve this problem,we designed a graph structure adaptive learning layer based on neural networks,which can automatically learn the graph structure from time series *** not only better captures the relationships between nodes but also enhances the model’s performance by augmenting key *** have demonstrated that our method improves the baseline model with the highest F1 value by 10.4%,36.1%,and 5.6%,respectively,on three real datasets with a 10%data labeling rate.

Economic analysis of rooftop photovoltaics system under different shadowing conditions for 20 cities in China

Installing photovoltaic(PV)systems is an essential step for low-carbon *** economics of PV systems are strongly impacted by the electricity price and the shadowing effect from neighboring *** study evaluates the PV generation potential and economics of 20 cities in China under three shadowing ***,the building geometry models under three shadowing conditions for the 20 cities were constructed using ***,60 building models with PV systems and shadows from surrounding buildings were generated by City Buildings,Energy,and Sustainability(CityBES),an open platform,to simulate the PV power ***,the study presented one economic analysis model to evaluate the profitability by combining the market cost of rooftop PV systems and electricity prices in *** economic model included four indicators:payback period(static and dynamic),net present value(NPV),and internal rate of return(IRR).The results show that the reduction of PV power generation ranges from 8.29%to 16.01%under medium shadowing,and experiences a maximum decrease of up to 39.71%under high *** economic analysis shows that almost all the regions show reliable potential,obtaining an IRR higher than the reference value(5%).Nenjiang has the highest economic profit,with the highest NPV(86,181.15 RMB)and IRR(30.14%)under no shadowing among 20 *** also should be mentioned that the alignment between electricity price distribution and the solar power generation curve will directly impact the economic potential of PV systems.

The development of the Energy Internet has improved the efficiency of energy utilization and promoted sustainable development of power and energy *** multi-energy system modeling considering the dynamic process of transmission line is one of the key research points of Energy Internet operation *** the energy circuit theory,the lumped parameter model of natural gas pipelines is built and the dynamic characteristic parameters under the control instruction are *** with dynamic characteristic parameters,the long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network is designed to fit the natural gas pipeline dynamic process into discrete linear time-varying(LTV)*** with the equations,an energy hub method is used to build a control model of industrial parks with multi-energy distribution *** the rolling optimal control strategy given in this paper,the model is solved by the Matlab-Yalmip solver and rolling control instructions of each energy conversion unit are ***,the case study demonstrates that the LSTM neural network-based modeling method presented in this paper can accurately fit the dynamic process of a natural gas pipeline *** rolling control model of the multi-energy system can improve the efficiency of energy utilization,exhibit the transmission line status constraints during the optimization control process and improve reliability of the multi-energy system operation.

Catalytic enantioselective alkenylation is an efficient method to construct chiral alkene molecules,but the asymmetric alkenylation of simple alkenes catalyzed by metal-free catalysts remains an elusive ***,we reported an asymmetric alkenylation of benzoxazinones with diarylethylenes by utilizing a B(C_(6)F_(5))_(3)/chiral phosphoric acid catalyst.A broad of benzoxazinones and diarylethylenes with electron-withdrawing and electron-donating groups were tolerated(up to 95%yield and 97.5:2.5 e.r.)in the methodology under mild reaction ***,the synthetic utility was confirmed by the scaled-up reaction and transformations of the *** mechanism was preliminarily explored by control reactions,nonlinear effect experiment and DFT calculations.

Two-stage Scheduling for Island CPHH IES Considering Plateau Climate

In this paper,an island integrated energy system(IES)combining power,heat and hydrogen(CPHH)is built,and optimal power-heat-hydrogen scheduling is studied under actual plateau meteorological *** the comprehensive demands of residents,an IES including renewable energy sources(RESs),fuel cell,electrolyzer,electric boiler,thermal energy storage device and new energy vehicles is established and *** the first stage of operation,according to the prediction of RESs and demands,day-ahead optimization is carried out which aims to minimize operation cost,while electric vehicles(EVs)are considered as special demand response(DR)*** the second stage of operation,ultra-short-term prediction is implemented to provide prediction data for model predictive control(MPC),realizing real-time *** as a CPHH system,the fuel cell and electrolyzer collaborate to meet various needs of the plateau residential area with high *** addition,the method and IES structure proposed in this paper is compared with other options.

Cross-species transmission and host range genes in poxviruses

The persistent epidemic of human mpox, caused by mpox virus (MPXV), raises concerns about the future spread ofMPXV and other poxviruses. MPXV is a typical zoonotic virus which can infect human and cause smallpox-likesymptoms. MPXV belongs to the Poxviridae family, which has a relatively broad host range from arthropods tovertebrates. Cross-species transmission of poxviruses among different hosts has been frequently reported andresulted in numerous epidemics. Poxviruses have a complex linear double-strand DNA genome that encodeshundreds of proteins. Genes related to the host range of poxvirus are called host range genes (HRGs). This reviewbriefly introduces the taxonomy, phylogeny and hosts of poxviruses, and then comprehensively summarizes thecurrent knowledge about the cross-species transmission of poxviruses. In particular, the HRGs of poxvirus aredescribed and their impacts on viral host range are discussed in depth. We hope that this review will provide acomprehensive perspective about the current progress of researches on cross-species transmission and HRGvariation of poxviruses, serving as a valuable reference for academic studies and disease control in the future.

Attention-Based CNN Fusion Model for Emotion Recognition During Walking Using Discrete Wavelet Transform on EEG and Inertial Signals

Walking as a unique biometric tool conveys important information for emotion *** in different emotional states exhibit distinct walking *** this purpose,this paper proposes a novel approach to recognizing emotion during walking using electroencephalogram(EEG)and inertial *** recognition of emotion is achieved by training in an end-to-end deep learning fashion and taking into account multi-modal *** wear virtual reality head-mounted display(VR-HMD)equipment to immerse in strong emotions during *** environment shows excellent imitation and experience ability,which plays an important role in awakening and changing *** addition,the multi-modal signals acquired from EEG and inertial sensors are separately represented as virtual emotion images by discrete wavelet transform(DWT).These serve as input to the attention-based convolutional neural network(CNN)fusion *** designed network structure is simple and lightweight while integrating the channel attention mechanism to extract and enhance *** effectively improve the performance of the recognition system,the proposed decision fusion algorithm combines Critic method and majority voting strategy to determine the weight values that affect the final decision *** investigation is made on the effect of diverse mother wavelet types and wavelet decomposition levels on model performance which indicates that the 2.2-order reverse biorthogonal(rbio2.2)wavelet with two-level decomposition has the best recognition *** experiment results show that the proposed method outperforms other existing state-of-the-art works with an accuracy of 98.73%.

Warm-sector rainstorms are highly localized events, with weather systems and triggering mechanisms are not obvious,leading to limited forecasting capabilities in numerical models. Based on the ensemble Kalman filter(PSU-En KF) assimilation system and the regional mesoscale model WRF, this study conducted a simulation experiment assimilating all-sky infrared(IR)radiance for a warm-sector rainstorm in East China and investigated the positive impact of assimilating the Himawari-8 moisture channel all-sky IR radiance on the forecast of the rainstorm. Results indicate that hourly cycling assimilation of all-sky IR radiance can significantly improve the forecast accuracy of this warm-sector rainstorm. There is a notable increase in the Threat Score(TS), with the simulated location and intensity of the 3-hour precipitation aligning more closely with observations. These improvements result from the assimilation of cloud-affected radiance, which introduces more mesoscale convective information into the model's initial fields. The adjustments include enhancements to the moisture field, such as increased humidity and moisture transport, and modifications to the wind field, including the intrusion of mid-level cold air and the strengthening of lowlevel convergent shear. These factors are critical in improving the forecast of this warm-sector rainstorm event.
