Porous intermetallics show potential in the field of filtration and separation as well as in the field of ***,porous Ti Fe2intermetallics were fabricated by the reactive synthesis of elemental *** phase transformation and pore formation of porous TiFe2intermetallics were investigated,and its corrosion behavior and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)performance in alkali solution were *** TiFe2intermetallics with porosity in the range of 34.4%-56.4%were synthesized by the diffusion reaction of Ti and Fe elements,and the pore formation of porous TiFe2intermetallic compound is the result of a combination of the bridging effect and the Kirkendall *** porous TiFe2samples exhibit better corrosion resistance compared with porous 316L stainless steel,which is related to the formation of uniform nanosheets on the surface that hinder further corrosion,and porous TiFe2electrode shows the overpotential of 220.6 and 295.6 mV at 10 and 100 mA·cm-2,suggesting a good catalytic *** synthesized porous Fe-based intermetallic has a controllable pore structure as well as excellent corrosion resistance,showing its potential in the field of filtration and separation.

The distribution of inclusions at the bottom of a Ce-treated heavy steel ingot was detected and *** three-dimensional morphology and spatial distribution of CeAlOs clusters were characterized using the electrolytic extraction and Micro-CT detection.A model of inclusion collision to predict the aggregation of CeAlO_(3) inclusions in the ingot was established and validated by measured *** were mainly CeAlO_(3) and a small amount of Ce_(2)O_(2)S in the tundish after cerium *** collision and aggregation of inclusions led to the formation of large clusters in the ingot during the solidification *** slag entrainment inclusions,large CeAO_(3) clusters and small CeAlO_(3) particles were observed from the center to the edge of the ingot *** inclusions were mainly concentrated at the *** number density of inclusions larger than 200μm was 0.21 mm^(-3).The maximum diameter of CeA1O_(3) clusters was 1340μ*** the edge to the radial center and from the bottom to the top,the average diameter of inclusions gradually increased due to the longer solidification time of the ingot.

Thermal stable intermetallic particles are important for the heat resistance of magnesium(Mg)*** this work,many lath-like particles formed in α-Mg grains of a Mg-8Gd-3Sm-0.7Al casting alloy when heat-treated at 873 ***-resolution high-angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADF-STEM) characterizations indicate that most of them are Mg-containing Al_(2)(Gd,Sm),with the atomic ratio of Mg:Al:(Gd,Sm) being ~1:1:1;a small part of them with relatively wider thickness are long-period stacking ordered(LPSO) phases simultaneously containing both 14H and 18R *** followed common orientation relationships with Mg matrix as those reported in previous *** addition,many Mg laths were observed in the primary blocky Al_(2)(Gd,Sm) phase at grain boundaries,where the atomic ratio of Al:(Gd,Sm) in the Al_(2)(Gd,Sm) matrix was 2:***,density functional theory(DFT) calculations illustrated the detail structure of the re-constructed Mg/Al_(2)RE interface and simultaneously deduced the underlying reason for the re-dissolution of the newly formed Mg-containing Al_(2)(Gd,Sm) plates in α-Mg matrix.

Emerging therapeutic methods represented by targeted therapy are effective supplements to traditional first-line chemoradiotherapy *** epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)is one of the most important targets in targeted therapy for gastric *** combined with chemotherapy has been used as the first-line treatment for advanced gastric *** safety and efficacy of pertuzumab and margetuximab in the treatment of gastric cancer have been ***,monoclonal antibodies,due to their large molecular weight,inability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier,and drug resistance,lead to decreased therapeutic efficacy,so it is necessary to explore the efficacy of other HER2-targeting therapies in gastric ***-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors,such as lapatinib and pyrrotinib,have the advantages of small molecular weight,penetrating the blood-brain barrier and high oral bioavailability,and are expected to become the drugs of choice for perioperative treatment and neoadjuvant therapy of gastric cancer after validation by large-scale clinical trials in the ***-drug conjugate,such as T-DM1 and T-DXd,can overcome the resistance of monoclonal antibodies despite their different mechanisms of tumor killing,and are a supplement for the treatment of patients who have failed the treatment of monoclonal antibodies such as ***,after more detailed stratification of gastric cancer patients,various gastric cancer drugs targeting HER2 are expected to play a more significant role.

BACKGROUND Programmed comprehensive nursing was adopted for intensive care unit(ICU)children following severe cardiac surgery to improve respiratory function and delirium *** To explore how programmed comprehensive nursing impacts respiratory func-tion and delirium incidence in ICU children post cardiac *** Between January 2022 and January 2024,180 pediatric patients from the Chil-dren’s Hospital of Nanjing were admitted to the ICU after cardiac surgery and randomly *** control group comprised 90 patients and received routine nursing *** observation group comprised 90 patients and received program-med comprehensive *** groups received continuous nursing care until *** respiratory function,incidence of delirium,and clinical outcomes were *** memory state and sleep quality of both groups were *** The incidence of delirium was 5.56%in the observation group when admitted to ICU,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%;Png volume,and tidal volume in the ICU compared with the control ***,the observation group showed higher sleep depth,sleep latency,night awakening,return to sleep,and sleep quality com-pared with the control group(Png in ICU patients following severe cardiac surgery can reduce the impact on respiratory function,improve sleep quality,and alleviate postoperative delirium,showing significant promise for clinical application.

The coexistence of inorganic and organic contaminants is a challenge for real-life water treatment ***,in this research,we used NH_2-MIL-125(Ti)to evaluate the single adsorption of hexavalent chromium(Cr(Ⅵ))or Rhodamine B(RhB)in an aqueous solution and further investigate simultaneous adsorption experiments to compare the adsorption behavior *** main influencing factors,for example,reaction time,initial concentration,reaction temperature,and pH were studied in *** all reaction systems,the pseudo-second-order kinetic and Langmuir isotherm models were well illuminated the adsorption progress of Cr(Ⅵ)and *** studies showed that the adsorption process was spontaneous and *** compared to the single system,the adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ)in the binary system gradually decreased as the additive amount of RhB increased,whereas the adsorption capacity of RhB in the binary system was expanded *** the binary reaction system contained 100 mg/L Cr(Ⅵ),the removal rate of RhB increased to 97.58%.The formation of Cr(Ⅵ)-RhB and Cr(Ⅲ)-RhB complexes was the cause that provided facilitation for the adsorption of *** findings prove that the interactions during the water treatment process between contaminants may obtain additional benefits,contributing to a better adsorption capacity of co-existing contaminant.

The N,N,N'-ferrous chloride complexes,[2-{CMeN(2,4-(CHPh)_(2)-6-FC_(6)H_(2))}-6-(CMeNAr)C_(5)H_(3)N]FeCl_(2)(Ar=2,6-Me_(2)C_(6)H_(3) Fe1,2,6-Et_(2)C_(6)H_(3)Fe2,2,6-^(i)Pr_(2)C_(6)H_(3) Fe3,2,4,6-Me_(3)C_(6)H_(2) Fe4 and 2,6-Et_(2)-4-MeC_(6)H_(2) Fe5),each possessing one N-2,4-dibenzhydryl-6-fluorophenyl group,were readily synthesized from their respective unsymmetrical bis(imino)pyridines,*** identification of Fe2 highlighted the variation in the steric properties provided by the dissimilar N-aryl *** pre-treatment with either MAO or MMAO,complexes Fe1-Fe5 all displayed,at an operating temperature of 80℃,high activities for ethylene polymerization with levels falling in the order:Fe4> Fe1> Fe5> Fe2> ***,Fe4/MAO displayed the highest activity of 1.94×10^(7) g_(PE)·mol_(Fe)^(-1)·h^(-1) of the study with only a modest loss in performance at 90℃.Generally,the resulting polyethylenes were highly linear(T_(m) range:122-132℃),narrowly disperse and of low molecular weight(M_(w) range:6.73-46.04kg·mol^(-1)),with the most sterically hindered Fe3 forming the highest molecular weight polymer of the ***-group analysis by ^(1)H-and ^(13)CNMR spectroscopy revealed saturated alkyl(n-propyl and i-propyl) and unsaturated vinyl chain ends indicative of the role of both β-H elimination and chain transfer to aluminum as termination *** comparison with previou sly reported iron precatalysts with similar tridentate ligand skeletons,it is evident that the introduction of a large benzhydryl group in combination with a fluorine as the ortho-substituents of one N-aryl group has the effect of enhancing thermal stability of the iron polymerization catalyst whilst maintaining appreciable polymer molecular weight.

As the scale of federated learning expands,solving the Non-IID data problem of federated learning has become a key challenge of *** existing solutions generally aim to solve the overall performance improvement of all clients;however,the overall performance improvement often sacrifices the performance of certain clients,such as clients with less *** fairness may greatly reduce the willingness of some clients to participate in federated *** order to solve the above problem,the authors propose Ada-FFL,an adaptive fairness federated aggregation learning algorithm,which can dynamically adjust the fairness coefficient according to the update of the local models,ensuring the convergence performance of the global model and the fairness between federated learning *** integrating coarse-grained and fine-grained equity solutions,the authors evaluate the deviation of local models by considering both global equity and individual equity,then the weight ratio will be dynamically allocated for each client based on the evaluated deviation value,which can ensure that the update differences of local models are fully considered in each round of ***,by combining a regularisation term to limit the local model update to be closer to the global model,the sensitivity of the model to input perturbations can be reduced,and the generalisation ability of the global model can be *** numerous experiments on several federal data sets,the authors show that our method has more advantages in convergence effect and fairness than the existing baselines.

GJB2 gene mutations are the most common causes of autosomal recessive non-syndromic hereditary *** individuals suffering from severe to profound GJB2-related deafness,cochlear implants have emerged as the sole remedy for auditory *** previous studies have highlighted the crucial role of preserving cochlear neural components in achieving favorable outcomes after cochlear ***,we generated a conditional knockout mouse model(Cx26-CKO)in which Cx26 was completely deleted in the cochlear supporting cells driven by the Sox2 *** Cx26-CKO mice showed severe hearing loss and massive loss of hair cells and Deiter’s cells,which represented the extreme form of human deafness caused by GJB2 gene *** addition,multiple pathological changes in the peripheral auditory nervous system were found,including abnormal innervation,demyelination,and degeneration of spiral ganglion neurons as well as disruption of heminodes in Cx26-CKO *** findings provide invaluable insights into the deafness mechanism and the treatment for severe deafness in Cx26-null mice.
